We stopped for dinner at the Diers inn on Sunday evening. We sat “in the little room”; The restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Our food was served quickly and tasted excellent. The rump steak with onions was fried medium to perfection and very well seasoned. The zander fillets, the rump steak with pepper sauce and the Braumeister schnitzel were also very tasty. The only negative things I noticed were the relatively hard, uncomfortable chairs and the very oily vinaigrette on the side salad. The prices were very cheap compared to the performance. We would be happy to come back again if we are looking for a restaurant in Werl!

At best, middle-class, the Aldi goods were recognizable. The salmon was overcooked, i.e. dry and very darkly roasted, and the nuggets and fries were soggy. No recommendation!

Today we once again had a good meal with 6 to 8 people, as we have often done before. Prices are good and the food is really tasty and also filling. I can't understand all the bad reviews about the quality of the food. The salad alone is really great. Yes, and then as a small note for all the critics here, say that if it doesn't taste good or takes too long, I can't imagine that there won't be an agreement in favor of the guest. Were here again today in April 2025 for dinner with our children. Everyone ate asparagus dishes and all the plates were empty. Even if you can't meet everyone's taste, you have to say again and again that it just tastes good here. Thank you for the lovely Sunday lunch.

Wir waren müde im Hotel und hatten keine große Lust noch lange nach einem Restaurant zu suchen. Also sind wir im Green Olive im Hotel geblieben. Das war überraschend gut. Nettes Ambiente und einen spektakulär großen Pizzaoffen, auf einem riesigen Drehteller werden gleich mehrere Pizzen am Feuer vorbeigeführt und backen die Pizzen auf den Punkt groß und lecker. Aber auch das Wiener Schnitzel, und sogar die Curry Wurst ist sehr gut. Also Alles in Allem eine sehr gute Bewertung, wenn nicht die drei Bedien- Grazien nicht am liebsten mit dem Rücken zu den Gästen um den Pizzaofen stehen würden, tief ins Gespräch vertieft, so dass sie nicht wirklich mitbekommen ob man vielleicht noch etwas bestellen möchte.
