Nice beer garden, delicious drinks, tiramisu was not based on the original. But no deduction, it's not an Italian restaurant either. Should have used something else. Espresso was good.

Very nicely located inner courtyard, with great old trees. We ate there and can't say anything about the rest of the restaurant. Our pizzas were really very good and the service was first class and very personable. We will integrate the restaurant into our bike tours.

We spent this summer evening with friends at the Freiheiter Hof. First of all - we were not disappointed! A wonderful ambience in the courtyard under the trees, plus very quick and attentive service, even though the restaurant was busy. Each of us ate something different. The unanimous opinion: we really enjoyed it! Our waiter Mario must definitely be mentioned - perhaps I should say: Super Mario - who served us professionally and very entertainingly with wit and charm. One thing is certain for us: we would love to come back!

The restaurant is beautiful and is in the Raesfeld Castle area (Schloss Raesfeld), which is a beautiful environment, with old buildings, surrounded by bodies of water. Today we once again had a good meal with 6 to 8 people, as we have often done before. Prices are good and the food is really tasty and also filling. I can't understand all the bad reviews about the quality of the food. The salad alone is really great. Yes, and then as a small note for all the critics here, say that if it doesn't taste good or takes too long, I can't imagine that there won't be an agreement in favor of the guest.

We had dinner there with friends today, if I had known about the quality beforehand... I would have shopped at Lidl today and warmed it up with my friends at home... FOR MOTHER'S DAY, WAS THERE TODAY. THE WELCOME WAS VERY NICE AT THE BEGINNING. WHEN THE FOOD CAME, SO CAME THE DISAPPOINTMENT, SPAGHETTI AND SHRIMP, ONLY LOW WARM, ASPARAGUS ORDERED, NOT EDIBLE, IT WAS ALSO LOW WARM AND SO TIGHT TO THE BIT THAT WE LEFT THIS DISH BACK, WITH THE NOTE LIKE WARM AND NOT EDIBLE, AFTER 5 MINUTES THE ALLEGEDLY NEW ASPARAGUS ARRIVED, WAS EXACTLY INEDIBLE, THE WAITER WAS RUDE AND RUDE WHEN PAYING. ATTACKING GUESTS PERSONALLY IS NOT POSSIBLE AT ALL. HIS COMMENT ON THE ASPARAGUS IT WOULD PROBABLY BE UP TO OUR TEETH, AS A GUEST YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE OFFERED SOMETHING SUCH OUTRAGEOUS AND NAUGHTY. Location is really nice. Unfortunately the service is poor. You easily wait 2 hours for your food. However, the biggest joke is the size of the portions. For that much money I expect to be full. However, they were really only children's portions. It was already bad in 2023. But now in 2024 it was even worse. The last time for us. It's a shame actually

We ended up in Raesfeld quite spontaneously, unfortunately very hungry. A table just became available outside in the beer garden and we sat down. We liked the ambience and it smelled like delicious food. So we wanted to order both food and drinks, but were initially ignored. Whenever we tried to wave someone over, they looked away. Only the beer garden was attended, there were only two or three people eating inside. At some point, after a very long wait, a friendly waiter came and asked if we were already being served. Grateful that someone finally came, we asked for the card. We had to wait a few minutes for this too. We could then order drinks, which also took time to arrive. We then had to wait quite a long time for our food. It was slowly getting cold outside. Salad came, but without cutlery. And it took another time to bring it. Overall, we waited a very long time. The food was okay. The gyros tasted good. A piece of meat on the grill plate, both mine and my husband's, was undercooked. The piece of beef was absolutely cooked and dry. Unfortunately the meat was missing at least a pinch of salt. Fries were good. Tzatziki was very tasty. I found the Kritaraki (rice noodles) very tasty. I will definitely buy one for home. I think although it wasn't packed, the service was a bit overwhelmed and it seemed a bit disorganized. But these are all points that can definitely be remedied quickly. And maybe it just wasn't a good day to eat there. Finally, there are also a lot of positive reviews. 🤞

Very attentive staff and very tasty food. However, not recommended with small children. A high chair is only available to a limited extent (had to be fetched from another restaurant even though we had reserved the day before) and unfortunately there is no changing facility at all.
