I've ordered there again for a long time and the food has always been good and satisfying. But apparently the shop has changed hands and the food is an absolute disgrace. The kebab was lukewarm and the veal was absolutely tough and inferior. The sauces weren't really good either. Wouldn't recommend anyone to eat there and won't do it myself again. At least the delivery was relatively quick.

Here you can eat very well and inexpensively. I can only recommend the kebab. The portions are really sufficient and the prices are not exorbitant. But, because of this, the store is always busy.

The Becker is gone, "SHAME" Yesterday, October 22nd, 2024, I was there for the 2nd time since the Becker left. I had shish kebab for the 2nd time. And it was like the first time, 40-50% fat on the meat.. FAT, ON SHASHLIK a no go. I don't know what the other food is like, but shish kebab is no longer recommended. Fries were good, my special requests were taken care of without any problems. And everyone was very nice to me. Which is rare. Because I have lupus and have bad red spots on my face.

It can always happen that you forget something, deliver something incorrectly, etc. We are all only human - but what we experienced yesterday didn't even deserve one star! We had the flyer in our mailbox and wanted to order delicious pizzas and rolls. We placed the order online, but have not yet received a confirmation by email. So we called the snack bar - they confirmed the order and immediately started eating, pointing out that the confirmation always ends up in the spam folder - and that's how it was. The email said delivery would take place after 30 minutes. When we still received nothing after more than an hour, we called again. This time only the owner of the snack bar was there, who was at the checkout. She knew nothing about it and didn't accommodate us in any way (e.g. another delivery on a different day). Unfortunately it was so late that no other snack bar or shop was open. Taking and confirming an order and then not delivering without a word is an absolute no go!

Dear Istanbul Team, I once had food (108) delivered to me and it was burned. I then complained and new food was delivered to me, but it was burned again. I didn't like that and I would like the preparation to improve! Maybe you could check if the oven is set correctly.

The food was totally shit. Once ordered, never again. There are 2 suppliers where we order a lot and they are 1000 times better

Arrived quickly. I ordered whole chicken and shawarma. The food is very tasty and juicy. The recipe is authentically Syrian, just like you know it back home. Upon request, I received Arabic bread when ordering. Very nice guys thank you.

Had the food delivered to us. For the salad bag, no tomatoes and no cucumbers were checked. Both were on there and you had to look for the cocktail sauce. The Pizza Mosaik was actually always quite ok, but now suddenly there are peppers and sheep's cheese on it!! It doesn't work at all. I don't know if the owners or chefs have changed, but please, everything is expensive enough anyway. Can't you expect anything more for your money...!?

My part of the company order was really very bad in taste. Pasta Pollo was soft penne in cream and chicken. The sauce was tasteless. There really wasn't a highlight to this meal. Colleagues reported similar things and none of the 19 people were positive.

We ordered there for the first time. We enjoyed it very much, delivery as announced and a very nice driver. We will definitely buy there again.

Ordered once and never again, they sent the wrong order and then argued because they didn't want to recognize their mistake and neither brought a new correct order nor gave the money back. The manager of the store is not child-friendly

Please don't go here, last time I got a muffin there and it was musty inside

Wir haben früher (vor Jahren) dort immer bestellt essen kam schnell an super lecker und warm Preis war auch gut Und jetzt irgendwie entweder fehlt eine Bestellung, oder es kommt die falsche und über die Preise brauchen wir garnicht mehr reden leider auch die Bedienung am Telefon irgendwie jedes Mal total genervt

Today I ordered Chinese noodles with vegetables and chicken, which was very, very tender and so hard on the outside that you couldn't chew, probably made before or leftover? Peanut sauce was cold like ice cream. Vegetables burnt... so honestly, are you serious? So that you immediately get a stomach ache and have to throw it away, so that never happened to me!! You should be ashamed of yourself!! It's disgusting that you can still deliver something like this, in my opinion you should change! Unfortunately I had to give it 1 star.
