The order went completely wrong. Ordered kebab pizza with salad and sauces. Delivered without salad and sauces. Unfortunately the pizza was unpacked first and then called. Would be processed courteously and the correct one should be delivered. But then the two kebab pockets. Both not as ordered either. This time it went completely wrong. Now I hope that at least the right pizza will be delivered later

I ordered 10 euros just for meat and got half a bowl of meat like a small portion. Not correct

The staff is very nice and accommodating, the food is plentiful and VERY tasty. Everything is clean and appetizingly presented, both on the counter and on the plate. Were there for the first time since it's been under this ownership and will definitely continue to try out what's on offer!

Pizza arrived totally broken. Under no circumstances will anyone order any more.

The new owner is an absolute joke compared to the old one

Today I went to Heckinghausen again after a year to have something to eat in the best chip shop in the city. I was sad to discover that the owners had changed after decades. Very unfortunate! We briefly considered whether we should go somewhere else to eat, but we thought everyone deserved a chance. There will be one chance, but the result was more than unsatisfactory for both of us. Usually one of us always says it was OK, but this time we agreed. It didn't taste good at all, the first thought of leaving was probably the right one. The pizza was soggy and tasted more like nothing than pizza. The currywurst fries were also something for the trash can. We've both had stomach aches since we ate there, so we definitely don't recommend it. For me this is a prime example of how not to do it, it's a shame that the old owners are gone. And I don't want to say anything about the RNB music that was playing there, it's absolutely unfortunate that such a good store can be trashed so quickly. It will probably take a while until everyone realizes that it's not worth it and then the next ones will come. Too bad

Update (current owner): New look, new people behind the counter, no more gyros but kebab (veal and chicken) 👍. Prices at the acceptance limit. First test with 2 X fries/mayo and currywurst/fries/mayo. Grade 2-3. No more hustle and bustle. New owner after the long-time one: Not recommended. Old owner (long-time): Large portions for little money that also taste good. Friendly people behind the counter. Recommended for a quick snack.

I came across this shop while looking for the opportunity to eat Yaprak kebab (not a rotisserie type mush). I ate 2 delicious kebabs for a reasonable price. Plenty of evidence. The store is very clean and both the employees and the boss were very friendly. I will come back and try other dishes there too.

I haven't seen such an incompetent driver in a long time. I left the house because he couldn't find his way, he stood next to me and drove away, shocked!! So I called him and explained to him that he was standing next to me and drove away, and not only did he tell me that maybe I lived upstairs, but he also rudely mentioned the tip, which I'm sorry about because we enjoyed the food , but I have no intention of ordering delivery again nor do I have any intention of how I was treated.

Der döner war unterste Schublade. Der Service ist gut jedoch das Essen wirklich nicht gut. Ich bitte jeden hier aufzupassen wo er oder sie sein essen kauft.

It's a shame to pay so much money for quality and quantity. I ordered a grill plate, I got a skewer, 2 kofta, a small portion of non-greasy fries and some gyros. The rest was filled with grilled vegetables but there was no mention of that.

Cheesy Lavas, the best in the valley, kebab great, always friendly and nice and fast.

Today we ordered two kebab plates from the grill for the first time and we are very satisfied. Delivery time was supposed to take 40 minutes, but they arrived early. The delivery person had been there for about 20 minutes and was very polite and the lady on the phone was also very friendly and understood everything straight away. The food tastes excellent and the meat is very tender and fresh. The sauces are very tasty and the rice also tastes great and was really well seasoned. The salad is also very fresh, the quantity is also excellent. We would order there more often from now on.

Ordered for delivery for the first time today. The food was great and there was plenty. I would be happy to order there again and I'm thrilled.

Delivery took over 2 hours, for 2 kebabs and nh kebab plates. Food was cold except for the salad (for whatever reason) and the delivery person sat in the car for half an hour talking on the phone instead of delivering my food.

The kebab was incredibly tasty, nice and crunchy and fresh meat. Simply delicious, I can only recommend it.

Company of 9 people needed lunch. We ordered 9 'large' pizzas and had them delivered. Everything as usual. For the price we were all fed up. Still for delivery: Directly in front of the shop there are rarely free parking spaces, which is almost typical in Wuppertal. But there is sometimes parking around 1 or 2 corners if necessary. That’s why delivery is so important. We will order again.

We are absolutely thrilled 😊 We had two kebabs that were really huge, a Pizza Inferno with a lot of cheese even though I didn't use any extra cheese 😍 and the kids also really liked the spaghetti 😊 would love to do it again 😊

Since the Heckinghauser changed ownership, the food has tasted so good that we regularly order food there, pick it up or eat on site. The owners and all other employees are super friendly and the food is, WITHOUT EXCEPTION, hot and appetizingly prepared. 10/10 from us ♥️

Catastrophe, I hope that many people read it and just kept their hands off it. I would have ordered it after an hour. I called them nicely and Dan told me it would last until 8:30 p.m. so another hour, it would be two hours for a single plate and fries with bratwurst and we live with the car 5.minn so totally cheeky, if you want to eat well, go a little further to Heckin Grill the lifer is not there you can eat delicious food super quality only recommended there because even after They haven't even made an offer for two hours, we're just counting on the help or so just say it's a shame at my heckin grill 500 mm further, if you wait there for a few minutes you get everything for free

So I ordered a pomdöner, a large fries, a currywurst with fries and mayo and a shish kebab with fries. It took an hour and a half for the food to arrive and then it was children's portions. Shish kebab 4 pieces of meat and a handful of fries and with the currywurst it looked exactly the same never again thank you I'm served.

I got a delicious pizza there that could be blessed...Great toppings and the price was also acceptable...Very nice staff...

Especially the doner kebab is very nice. I would recommend it to everyone.

Der Döner ist sehr zu empfehlen! Gutes Fleisch, knuspriges Brot und knackiges Gemüse nur etwas sparsam mit der Soße aber das hat den Gesamteindruck nicht verschlechtert

Pizza katastrophal! Fertigteig Boden. Wabbelig. Nicht kross. Seltsame Tomatensoße. Null Gefühl. Minderwertige Zutaten. Fader Nachgeschmack. Würde hier nie wieder Pizza essen. Preis/Leistung stimmt hier auf keinen Fall.

Ich habe eine Pizza bestellt. Ich habe 90 Minuten gewartet, die Pizza kam, ich habe die Pizza abgeholt. Nach 10 Minuten öffne ich den Karton und es stellt sich heraus, dass ich eine andere Pizza erhalten habe als bestellt. Ich rief in der Pizzeria an, um mich zu beschweren, der Herr sagte „Ich schicke gleich eine zweite Pizza.“ Nach 2 Stunden Wartezeit rief ich zurück. Du tust so, als wüsstest du nichts. Er fragt mich, was ich will. Ich antwortete, dass es Pizza mit Tsaziki-Sauce und Gemüse sei. Nach 50 Minuten erhielt ich es. Gemüse + Tsaziki-Sauce in einer Box Ohne pizza

Ich kann nur das beste sagen vor allem hervorragendes Personal, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit und kompetent

Heute haben wir zum 1. Mal dort etwas zu Essen bestellt und werden auch nochmal bestellen. Es war superlecker, die Portionen sind groß und es war alles heiß. Die Pizzabrötchen waren gut gebacken und gefüllt. Zuerst war ich etwas enttäuscht, denn mein CheesyTeller war mit Hähnchen statt mit Kalb zubereitet. Ich rief an und erklärte, was los war. Der Mann am Telefon entschuldigte sich und sagte, er würde so schnell wie möglich Ersatz schicken und bat nochmal um unsere Adresse. Da ich erst dann realisiert habe, daß es doch recht weit bis zu uns ist, bot ich an, daß eine Lieferung bis 20.00 Uhr absolut okay sei. Das falsche Essen durfte ich behalten, denn ich sagte, daß mein Sohn es essen würde, wenn es okay sei. Um 19.45 Uhr war mein Essen dann auch da! Und es war sehr sehr lecker! Vielen Dank für den fairen Umgang mit der Reklamation! Deswegen auch 5 Sterne für den Service!

Macht qualitativ einen deutlichen hochwertigeren Eindruck als die meisten anderen Läden. Hole echt gerne da Essen

Zum Vorbesitzer sind wir über 30 Jahre gegangen und waren Dementsprechend sehr skeptisch. Diese Woche waren wir schon 2x da und das sagt ja wohl alles. Das Dönerfleisch ist der absolute Kracher, saftig und sehr gut gewürzt. Auch die Portionen können sich sehen lassen, was bei anderen ja oft auf der Strecke bleibt. Essen 5 Sterne, Service 5 Sterne und zum Ambiente .. nunja , geht schöner aber zuwenig Platz.

Super sympathischer Laden mit leckerem Essen. Sind immer gerne da, aber diesmal haben wir bestellt und es ging super schnell, die Pizza war heiß und lecker.

Heckinghauser Grill has the best food in all of Wuppertal. The lavash roll ups are exquisitely delicious! Everyone who works there is very friendly and helpful. We went everyday for lunch because we love it so much! Highly recommended! You will not be disappointed.

Die Hauptsache ist doch das es schmeckt das tat es

Bestellung mit Lieferung: Döner Teller mit Pommes, Salat und Sauce. Dazu Pizzabrötchen. Positiv: Sehr großzügige Portion. Leckere Pommes, gutes Fleisch, gute Zwiebeln sogar ein paar Rote dabei, schön heiß. Einfach, aber schmackhafter, frischer Salat. Schnelle Lieferung. Negativ: "Welche Sauce möchten Sie haben" wurde ich gefragt. "Egal. Nur keine Cocktail Sauce, die mag ich nicht", habe ich geantwortet. Es wurde scharfe Sauce und Tzaziki vorgeschlagen. Ich habe dankend angenommen. Geliefert wurde leider diese Cocktail Sauce. Die ist zwar nicht giftig, mag ich aber nicht über Fleisch! Die einfachen Pizzabrötchen haben mir nicht sonderlich geschmeckt. Bestimmt sind die Dinger gefüllt besser? Fazit: Alles in Allem bin ich trotzdem zufrieden. Preis- Leistung passt. Empfehlenswert. Ich werde wieder bestellen und oder dort essen gehen. Hoffentlich das nächste Mal ohne Cocktail Sauce. Dann wird es volle Punktzahl geben. 😁

Habe mir eine Currywurst Pommes geholt. Von Beyenburg aus gibt es nicht viele Alternativen, wenn es zum Mitnehmen sein soll. Beim früheren Inhaber war es nen Tacken besser, aber OK.

Schlimmster Imbiss wo ich war Pommes bei jedem halb roh nicht gewürzt. Schmeckt echt zum Weg laufen kann ich keinem empfehlen der noch was für sein Geld möchte. Echt Wiederlich mein Sohn hat das Hähnchen Fleisch und Kalb ausgespuckt weil er es so Wiederlich fand noch nicht einen halben Stern verdient. Die Griechen waren tausend Mal besser. Vor allem vom Essen her und den Portionen.

Schlimmster Imbiss wo ich war Essen schmeckt wie 3 mal aufgewärmt. Pommes halb roh Pizza Margarita sehr scharf obwohl die ja eigentlich nicht scharf sein sollte. Als die vorgänger also die Griechen den Laden noch war es sehr lecker und die Portion war ordentlich. Jetzt ist es wie ein Kinderteller. Kann ich garnicht empfehlen

Ich war nie persönlich im Laden da ich immer bestelle aber das Essen ist wirklich lecker und tatsächlich eine 10/10! Service ist auch extrem gut. Man hat mir mal einen falschen döner geschickt und nach meinem Anruf war der richtige Döner innerhalb von 15 Minuten da ! Ich kann es wirklich weiter empfehlen

Ich war ein bisschen enttäuscht… Kein Gyros mehr, kein schaschlik mehr… ist jetzt ein Türke drin. Der zweite Dönerladen innerhalb von 200 m. Klasse. Ich habe ein Döner gegessen, nicht schlecht, aber auch nichts besonderes. Ich komme nicht mehr wieder.

Endlich muss ich wegen Döner nicht weit fahren. Der neue Imbissbesitzer hat es drauf vernünftigen Döner zu bieten. Es schmeckt und bietet auch was für Optik. Es ist sehr empfehlenswert. Ich hoffe das es auch so bleibt. (Achtung wegen Bild von HeckinGrill) Es ist Heckinghauser Grill Ecke Ackerstrasse.

Seit 25 Jahren - schnell - lecker und immer freundlich. So ganz günstig ist es nicht mehr, aber wo ist das schon der Fall. Besonders zu empfehlen ist die "Zwiebelwurst". Das gibts sonst nirgens. Die Portionen sind riesig groß, was nicht immer gesund ist. :)

Top, mega Portionen für einen guten Preis. Ich esse sehr gerne und schaff bspw. die große Gyros Pizza (rd. 7,50) kaum auf! Ich muss da definitiv stopfen! Auch Gyros Teller kann auf Wunsch getrennt serviert werden. Die Portion ist demnach auch hart :)!

Der Heckinghauser Grill ist mein absoluter Favorit... Macht die beste und saftigste Pizza und das beste Tzatziki im Tal... Die Schnitzel sind auch ziemlich gross und schmecken super... Einfach Top... weiter so... 5 *

Wir haben schon öfters „griechisch“ beim Heckinghauser Grill bestellt und waren immer zu 100% zufrieden! Es gibt große Portionen und ganz leckeres Gyrosfleisch! Für solch große Portionen, sind die Preise absolut moderat! Ganz bestimmt zu empfehlen! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
