Found 2 hairs in my food!! The employees don't seem to shower after their visit to the hairdresser.

Here you can eat very well and inexpensively. I can only recommend the kebab. The portions are really sufficient and the prices are not exorbitant. But, because of this, the store is always busy.

New owner, everyone very nice. Food just as good as before. Now also delivery service unfortunately only from 15 € and 2 € delivery fee. I think that's too high.

Had the food delivered to us. For the salad bag, no tomatoes and no cucumbers were checked. Both were on there and you had to look for the cocktail sauce. The Pizza Mosaik was actually always quite ok, but now suddenly there are peppers and sheep's cheese on it!! It doesn't work at all. I don't know if the owners or chefs have changed, but please, everything is expensive enough anyway. Can't you expect anything more for your money...!?

The men's toilet has water damage as does the entire sanitary area. This has been reported to the public order office. It suits Wuppertal.

Where should you start? After waiting for an hour, the live tracking showed that the food should be there any moment. After another 10 minutes of waiting, I called and asked where the driver was, then I was told that the food wasn't even ready and it's not on the way because he can't make the meal all at once, and if I don't like it I can cancel the order! When I called again that the operator had to cancel the order, they were rude and said "I'm in" and hung up..!! Most disrespectful store I will never order from there AGAIN!!!

We ordered food with several colleagues. Pizzas were all burnt, kebab ordered without sauce but came with sauce. Ordered a kebab plate without sauce and no side dishes, and it came with a kebab plate with sauces and fries. The fries were under the meat with the sauces and the meat was cold. Even the vegetables tasted musty. So in the end I paid €10.50 for half a handful of kebab meat. Absolute impudence.

I always like being there, especially when there's nothing else available, but when you fuss at 5 in the morning because of a single-digit cent amount and refuse to accept a deposit for a bottle that's over the limit and instead have the drink put away again, yeah... what's the point Do you actually tip otherwise? That doesn't affect the opening time either. A slightly larger vegan offering would also be great 😬
