We decided to visit here today (Wednesday) on a spur of the moment. The landlord was friendly and the waiting time for the food was short. The schnitzels were freshly prepared, we heard them being made in the kitchen. And then it tasted good too. Very nice.

As a Bernese resident, my to-go kebab has been my go-to for years! Unfortunately the bread has been changed recently, but the taste is still great.

Doner kebab with soft cheese 9€???? Um, on what grounds? In addition, the portions have shrunk significantly! We're not coming anymore!!!!

Food is always very tasty. The service is rather reserved. Ambiance is ok. Parking is available in the yard. We would be happy to come back.

I recommend everyone to come to this amazing restaurant, the food is very good, extremely delicious, excellent staff, very naive and polite, I think it is number 1 around Frankfurt.

Portions are much too small, prices are overpriced, if you're really hungry you won't get enough here. Peanut sauce was bought separately for 2 euros, the contents were soooo small, it was a shame to pay 2 euros for it, it shouldn't even cost 50 cents. Food tasted normal, nothing great. Sorry, I won't order from there anymore. You really save money on food.

Out of necessity 1 star because otherwise no review is possible! Ordered today. The order was supposed to arrive within 60 minutes, after 1 1/2 hours we were told on the phone that the order would now be packed and delivered. After another 25 minutes without delivery and further lies, we were told that they felt overwhelmed with the orders. After another 10 minutes the food finally arrived! No problem, just let me know and don't lie! As a small compensation, €10 was credited back to us. Unfortunately, in retrospect, that was far too little! Order was totally cold, pizza wasn't baked through, let alone had the right ingredients on it! This was definitely the last order for us!

They are sooo nice, we were there for Iftar and go there often. Every time the same quality and super accommodating staff! 10/10

I struggled for a long time to write this review... Why because it was my favorite kebab shop in the city. I've been eating my kebab there for probably 8-9 years and have always been TOP satisfied. So much so that I ate there at least once a week, but it was more like twice a week. However, I have to admit that since the change of ownership the taste is no longer the same and has decreased. The change was about 5 years ago. So sudden and there was a fear that something in the recipe would be changed and it would no longer taste good. Fortunately, it wasn't like that right away. BUT unfortunately something has happened in the last 1-2 years. For example, I loved the Iskender at Kösem... now it's just so-so, definitely good but not what it used to be.... and since they put carrots (WTF carrots) in the kebab about a year ago, it tastes good Doner kebab no more. Yes you could say without carrots but you replaced the cabbage with the carrots. It's a shame... it's a real shame Prices have also gone up, but they have everywhere, but I would say the competition in Dietzenbach is relatively high for kebab shops and so for me Kösem has gone from number 1 for a long time to currently a stable 3rd place. Besides, you have to work like hell now Be careful with the parking lot... since it's no longer free, an additional €1 is added to the price, which is really bad, so you'd rather order than pick it up. There's really nothing negative to say about the current employees and boss except TOP and super friendly!

Very good kebab shop! The food always tastes good - the pizzas are also recommended. When you order, delivery is quick. So the Express in the name says it all.
