Food and service very good. We'd love to come back

We spontaneously went to the Palast Grill Haus for dinner and were able to enjoy our meal on site after a short wait. The grilled chicken skewer with fries and salad and the lahmacun filled with falafel and salad were delicious as always. The service was also friendly and accommodating. We will definitely eat there more often.

I bought a slice of pizza (€5) to go. After paying, I was yelled at (yes, not told, yelled at) for not paying that amount with a card. Don't worry, folks at Pizz & Via, that won't happen again. I won't be eating here again.

This old Thai woman at the counter is incredibly unfriendly! Unbelievable! Rude and arrogant. No customer service at all! She refuses to accept the toilet paper bills that reduce purchases by 50 cents. She's obligated to accept them, though. Also, the duck wasn't cooked well... call the health department. The customer next to me was also treated very rudely. I was here three years ago to buy spring rolls, and they were disgusting. That was the last time I'll waste my money there.
