Gaststätte Geflügelhof in Nürnberg

Bedingung war nicht besonders freundlich. Auf die normalen Fragen zu der Menu Karte ziemlich gelangweilt geantwortet. Haben nicht mal Danke gehört als wir bezahlt haben und Trinkgeld gelassen haben und nicht mal „tschüss, schönen Tag“. Naja.. gibt’s bessere Lokale.

Es ist schön, dass es so unkomplizierte, urige Kneipen gibt. Vermutlich hatten wir den! Tag der Schrebergarten Kartler erwischt!?

Klassische Schrebergarten Gaststätte in schöner Lage direkt am Valznerweiher, gerade außen sitzt man echt schön. Faire Preise und sympathischer Service. Also ich hab mich dort bislang immer sehr wohl gefühlt.

Waren am 01.02.2026 wieder zum essen gehen fast jede Woche hin Ein Fränkisches Lokal bietet sehr gute Hausmannskost, so wie Rouladen, Rinderbraten, Schweinebraten, Schäuferle Und so weiter, für zivile Preise 😋😋😋👍

Ich gehe jetzt schon lange in die Gaststätte, aber leider wird das Essen immer weniger im Gegensatz zu vor 2 oder 3 Jahren, da war das Cordon bleu noch doppelt so groß. Meine Konsequenz ist ich werde da nichts mehr Essen. Es ist zwar gut gemacht, aber das alleine macht nicht satt

Wir waren auf der Durchreise durch Nürnberg und haben dieses Lokal entdeckt… wir waren begeistert!! Es war sehr gemütlich und das Essen köstlich… wir wurden sehr zuvorkommend bedient, obwohl die Kellnerin nicht viel Englisch sprach… aber letztendlich konnten wir uns gut verständigen…

Gute fränkische Küche. Preise sind top. Service trotz unserer riesen Truppe sehr freundlich und schnell.

Die Gaststätte ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Service war freundlich hat aber etwas länger gedauert. Keine Kartenzahlung möglich. Sehr wenige Parkmöglichkeiten.

Wir waren heute das erste Mal da, mit einer größeren Gruppe. Wir waren begeistert von der Freundlichkeit, dem leckeren Essen und dem Preisleistungsverhältnis. Das Ambiente ist ungemütlich wie in einer Zeitkapsel vergangener Tage. Haben uns sau wohl gefühlt, wir kommen wieder. Sehr wichtig zu erwähnen, auch als Rollstuhlfahrer kommt man rein und noch wichtiger: auch mit dem Rollstuhl kommt man auf die Toilette, super. Macht weiter so. Immer noch äußerst lecker, nette Wirtsläute.

Der Karpfen war hervorragend, die Bedienung sehr freundlich und flott. Aud die Bratwürste haben sehr gut ausgesehen, morgen gehen wir wieder dort zum Essen. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist spitze.

Today, September 29, 2025, I had dinner at the Geflügelhof Nürnberg at Valzenweiher. At first, I didn't want to go, as the last time I was there was about ten years ago and the food wasn't tasty. But today I was proven wrong. The service is excellent. We received a good welcome, and we found a nice seat in the dining room. As for the drinks: First of all: we ordered two Spezi and an apple spritzer. The beer came with ice cubes and lemon, as ordered. The apple spritzer tasted very good, too. There were two of us there, and we ordered one cordon bleu with fried potatoes and one bratwurst with potato salad. We also each ordered what we thought was a small salad. The salad, of course, was also good. The food was absolutely top-notch. The salad arrived as agreed and was well-seasoned and tasted unique. The cordon bleu was large, and the fried potatoes were also very good. I haven't had such good fried potatoes in a long time. Conclusion: It's definitely worth eating at the Geflügelhof Nürnberg. We'll be back soon, as it's not far from us and we now know that a good meal always awaits us there. The restaurant's decor could be a bit nicer, in my opinion, but that's a matter of taste. It's very cozy there, and the most important thing is that the food is delicious. And it certainly is. You can't complain or moan. I would like to recommend this nice garden restaurant. It is quietly located in a garden, the food is delicious and yet inexpensive. In addition, the service is really cozy and friendly.

The food is very good; the schnitzels are still freshly cooked, and I think the potato salad is homemade. It certainly tastes good that way. The service is good, the atmosphere is very friendly; it's just a really old clubhouse, like you'd expect from the old days. That's why I like it.

Good evening, I'm very angry about the tattooed chef with the long beard. As a devout Muslim, I asked him for a recommendation. He offered me the turkey, which I kindly ordered afterwards. But he served me pork instead!!!! This hurt my faith and I was deeply disappointed. 👎🏻

Under all guns! We went yesterday on Boxing Day. We ordered roast pork twice, roulade once, Schäuferle and turkey schnitzel once... The only dish that passed was the children's turkey schnitzel... The roulade was almost burnt on the outside, the Schäuferle was burnt and hard. The dumplings were ready-made. Too much salt was used in all dishes. I don't understand how there can be a relatively good rating here???

While researching a home-style restaurant during our short trip to Nuremberg, we came across this rustic restaurant and our courage was rewarded: Manageable, honest food and drink menu with very reasonable prices! We had wonderfully delicious homemade Cordon Bleus with a side salad and fries. All in all, the visit was a memorable evening - the service and the innkeeper himself were absolutely warm, the restaurant was a relic from the last millennium - you can feel the charm of the aging clubhouse of a poultry farming association - but everything was clean and the trip was long gone past times with good food is really worth recommending! Unfortunately Schäufele is only available on Sundays and public holidays - we were there on a Friday.

We stopped by this beer garden by chance after visiting Zeppelinfeld. The food was delicious and the service was good. Sitting outside was very pleasant. You walk through some garden to get to the restaurant.

Unfortunately, the soup wasn't really hot. Rest was ok. It is the poultry club's club pub.

We were in the restaurant because everything in the Hotel Seminaris was closed. We ate and drank incredibly well and cheaply and had a cozy evening. The owners (we assume) were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Small special requests would be fulfilled immediately. Fast service and very good Franconian cuisine and at extremely good prices.
