Delicious food, great service, normal prices.

As always, everything without any complaints. Only recommended. We've been going there for years. There are usually between 3 - 8 people. And we always enjoy coming here. Keep it up. You are brilliant.

We stopped by this beer garden by chance after visiting Zeppelinfeld. The food was delicious and the service was good. Sitting outside was very pleasant. You walk through some garden to get to the restaurant.

Unfortunately, the soup wasn't really hot. Rest was ok. It is the poultry club's club pub.

We were in the restaurant because everything in the Hotel Seminaris was closed. We ate and drank incredibly well and cheaply and had a cozy evening. The owners (we assume) were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Small special requests would be fulfilled immediately. Fast service and very good Franconian cuisine and at extremely good prices.

Inexpensive, good Franconian dishes in a beautiful garden.

The food was great. Sauerbraten with a nice, creamy gingerbread sauce, great Schäuferle and delicious roulades. The service is friendly and the beer garden is very nice. My friends who came especially from Upper Palatinate and Stuttgart also really enjoyed it. Thanks!

We were on the way to the zoo and wanted to have a quick lunch and then I discovered this restaurant through maps. I had the pork fillet in pepper cream sauce with croquettes. It was really delicious and just the right portion. Gladly again

A rustic beer garden in the middle of Nuremberg. Above all, very good German cuisine

Every visit to the “Gaststätte Gewickelhof” restaurant is always a Franconian experience. Quality and service are very good. The food selection is diverse and typically Franconian. Desserts are very good, there is a selection of different cakes. On Sunday there is a Sunday menu. The atmosphere of the beer garden is very nice. You can get there quickly, even without a car, thanks to the bus stop on the opposite side. I always enjoy going to the restaurant to eat Franconian food.

The waiters are really very friendly, especially the handsome guy in the gray t-shirt. Can recommend this to everyone

An allotment colony beer garden. A fellow cyclist's carp was quite dry and "lacking substance" and the other's sausages were quite black. My pan schnitzel was oversized and the fried potatoes were good. To keep everyone happy, we won't be eating there again anytime soon.

Solid German food. The staff tries incredibly hard, but it's difficult to do the best service alone. Therefore, a very long waiting time.

Well eaten, nice friendly service, price/performance ratio is right Snack plate and the delicious bread 👍 Also highly recommended is the currywurst, the large salad plate, basically everything from the menu

We were there for the first time today with a larger group. We were thrilled by the friendliness, the delicious food and the price-performance ratio. The atmosphere is uncomfortable, like a time capsule from days gone by. We felt really comfortable, we'll be back. Very important to mention, even as a wheelchair user you can get in and even more importantly: you can also use the toilet with the role play, great. Keep it up.

An original restaurant with very nice service. The menu isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. We had the cordon bleu, handmade, with homemade salads. Wonderful!!! A great end to a tour of the city.

Rustikale Hütte, gut bürgerliche Küche zu einem fairen Preis, lecker, nette aufmerksame Bedienung.

Wer eine Gaststätte sucht wo Preis & Leistung stimmt, man sollte unbedingt hier einkehren. Die Gaststätte ist von der Valznerweiher Straße fast gar nicht einzusehen. Der Autofahrer fährt einfach durch das Tor auf den Kundenparkplatz vor der Eingangstür. Gute Bürgerliche Küche im großen Biergarten unterm Dach oder drinnen. Wer Ritter Bräu kennt, sollte hier a‘saidla trinken.(2023)

Einfach und schön das Essen ein Traum

Dieses einmalige und beste Restaurant in Nürnberg hat mich komplett überzeugt. In dieser schwierigen Zeit ist der Service und das familiäre ambiente sehr einladend, um die großen Portionen in Ruhe zu geniessen und danach zu sagen: Das ist mein Restaurant und die nr. 1 in Nürnberg. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar und das Beste in dieser Region. Als Sizilianer muss man auch diese großen Portionen eines sehr guten Sauerbratens mit 2 Klößen geniessen, ein großes Kompliment.....!!!!!

Ich finde es hier echt Klasse 👍. Das Essen war sehr gut, sehr reichhaltig und dafür sehr günstig. Dazu die freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Perfekt. Wenn wir wieder einmal in Nürnberg sind, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Trotz vollem Haus wurden wir in kurzer Zeit bedient. Die Speisen waren sehr gut und reichlich. Das Ambiente im Garten ist sehr schön. Der Innenraum ist ein Vereinsheim. Braten gibt es am Wochenende. Ansonsten Kurzgebratenes und Brotzeiten, aber auch Tages Gerichte.

Ein einfaches Geflügelzuchtanlagen Lokal. Mit sehr großem und gemütlichen Biergarten. Essen ist im Ordnung und Service auch. Deutsche gutbürgerliche Küche.

Obrovská porce za super cenu. Řízek byl měkký, opečené brambory super. Restaurace se nachází u zahrádkářské kolonie na okraji Norimberku. Doporučujeme.

Absolut zu empfehlen. Auf meinen Sonderwunsch, (Champion-Rahmsoße) zum Kindermenü meiner Tochter, wurde sofort eingegangen. Das Essen war super lecker. Die Preise sind unschlagbar. Wir als Berliner, sind höhere Preise gewohnt...und daher positiv überrascht.

Der Biergarten ist ruhig und schattig. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Es wird hier gute Hausmannskost geboten ohne Schnick Schnack. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Super Essen, gemütlich, nette Leute….

Man sitzt im Garten sehr schön, nette und wirklich schnelle Bedienung!!! Es gibt Hausmannskost, schmeckt aber sehr lecker.

Einen Stern gibt es für das Essen, welches wirklich lecker war! Den zweiten Stern für die freundliche Mitarbeiterin/Managerin, die vorgeschickt wurde, als wir der Servicedame geschildert haben, dass wir ihre Art uns gegenüber nicht als sehr freundlich empfunden haben. Unseres Wissens schloss die Küche um 21.00 Uhr, wir kamen ca. 20.40 Uhr im Restaurant an und haben sogar gefragt, ob noch Essen serviert wird - darauf bereits eine patzige Antwort, dass "nur" noch Curry- und Bratwurst serviert wird. Damit waren wir einverstanden. Dann fing es an: Uns wurde das Besteck nur so wortlos "hingeworfen", man hörte die Kellnerin sich bei Mitarbeitern beschweren, dass "sie auch mal langsam nach Hause will", dabei war es noch nicht annährend 22.00 Uhr (laut Webseite sind sie bis 22.00 Uhr geöffnet) und ich glaube das mit Abstand frechste war, dass sie meinem Partner die Teller einfach abgeräumt hat, obwohl ich noch am Essen war... Am Schluss haben wir die Servicedame direkt auf ihr Verhalten angesprochen und sie ist sofort in Defensivhaltung gegangen und hat uns regelrecht ausgelacht, dass sich in "all den Jahren, wo sie hier arbeitet, noch NIE jemand gesagt hat, dass sie unfreundlich ist". An diesem Tag wäre es einfach "anders als sonst" gewesen, da eine Gruppe bei ihnen zum Abendessen war... Sie hat dann ihre Mitarbeiterin/Managerin vorgeschickt und ist weggelaufen, hat dem Herr in der Küche dann gesagt, dass wir uns beschwert habe, da es nur Curry- und Bratwurst gab -- was überhaupt nicht stimmt! Ihre Mitarbeiterin war sehr nett und verständnisvoll. Schade, dass unsere Servicedame nicht genauso kritikfähig war. War wirklich sehr enttäuscht, da ich mir die Gaststätte extra für unseren letzten Abend in Nürnberg ausgesucht hatte, um unser Wochenendtrip ausklingen zu lassen -- und das wir uns dann so unwillkommen fühlen, echt schade.

Schön gemütlich. Bedienung freundlich und auf zack. Essen sehr gut .Hier stimmt preis Leistung. Komme immer wieder gern.

Sehr gutes Essen mit gutem Bier von Ritter oder Hefeweizen von Gutmann in einem gemütlichen Biergarten.

Sauberes Lokal mit ordentlichen Portion und einem feinen Biergarten. Handfeste Küche ohne Schnickschnack und ohne Glutamat. Gescheites Bier gibt es obendrein auch noch. Einfach lecker. Danke für das gute Essen
