We can now completely understand the other bad reviews. Service is rather non-existent. 3x out of 2x waitresses don't speak English or German at all. They wanted to place us in the aisle, but after politely asking three times we were moved. Food wasn't bad, but not great either (mediocre). There was no SOYA sauce at all and the air was cold and bad. Price for 2x people was fair.. And the decor is very nice in contrast to other restaurants that offer hot pot. The parking situation was more of a disaster, but on a Saturday evening in Cologne.
