KASTANIE（Hot Pot 秦堡火锅） in Köln

I wanted to eat iron pot stew. When I arrived at the store, I found that iron pot stew needed to be booked in advance. I wanted to ask what else I could eat. I stood in front of the bar for a long time and no one came to say hello, so I went to eat somewhere else.

Unhygienic restaurant and hot pot was worse than instant hotpot my Chinese friend said it wasn't worthy of a hotpot

Hot pot is something very special. It starts with choosing the brew, i.e. the soup in which you then let all the ingredients simmer. Then you select all the ingredients, which are then placed in bowls. You choose everything on your phone! It's best to bring it fully charged, as everything can be done via your cell phone (QR code). 🤦‍♀️ I recommend everything except the shrimp as they are frozen and not deveined. In the "old" part of the restaurant, the hotpot is integrated into the table. Very comfortable, but without much legroom 😉 In the back "new" part you have legroom because the pot is placed on the table. The three of us paid a total of €120. So it was something very special!

Crappy store there was a cockroach in my food

Incorrect prices Didn't promise what it said at the prices on the menu and charged incomprehensible surcharges (×2) for the supplements, which were only reluctantly reimbursed in cash after repeated inquiries. Even before billing, no one present tasted it.

Best HotPot in town. Not cheap, but it's worth the money! Great ingredients that can be ordered online by scanning a QR code with your cell phone. Ingredients for the HotPot and drinks are quickly delivered to the table. Great for groups (up to 4 people per pot).

Very tasty food and friendly, attentive staff. Menu for 2 people was quite a lot, so you would normally order a normal pot and add the ingredients individually as you wish. You can order using a QR code on your cell phone using an online ordering system. Things came quickly. It was a bit confusing at the beginning, but it worked. You can also get sauces individually from a small buffet, where there was a large selection. The ambience was also cozy. Unfortunately, the staff speaks German poorly and was difficult to understand.

I am very disappointed. I ordered additional BBQ sauce for 2 euros but what I got was Málà seasoning. So I called an employee and asked. The answer was that the restaurant did not change the image. It's an old picture, and there is no responsibility other than a demonstration of how to eat it. Many things are fine, but personally I won't come back here again. All in all, please don't blame the employees. They did their best.

Short and sweet It was completely bad. The service was bad, the reservation was suddenly not in the system, we were squeezed into a table of three with 4 people (even though we were sitting completely alone in the annex), there was no explanation, just an instruction on a sheet in bad German, the staff Came with a winter jacket to serve in August, the food itself was also very poor. I will never go to this restaurant again and neither will my companions, I can't say anything good either...the interior is like a regular German pub.

The food was worth it and it was really great to be there , everything was really clean and the waiters were very nice so I am giving it a 5, I just did not like how it felt like the waiters were keeping a close eye on us. My friend and I could not eat in peace since they would come again to just be there and stare at us. The rest was fine , just that part was a bit disturbing. Thank you for the great service though🫶🏾

Danger! The opening times are completely ignored.. we came to eat at 9:10 p.m. and at 9:30 p.m. we were rudely told that we should be ready by 10:00 p.m. We were informed again every 10 minutes that we should hurry up. We were under so much pressure that I completely messed up eating and burned my mouth from the hot brew. The food tasted delicious, but I have never experienced such poor service in a Chinese restaurant. We regret our visit to the Kastanie restaurant.

If you want to experience something new, I recommend the hot pot at Kastanie. The decor was really nice, as was the food. You get the food raw so only the meat and then you dip the meat into the hot pot and then you get it cooked. Out (if I spelled it correctly) Otherwise the staff was very nice and I had a bit of a cold. In my opinion the price is cheap if you don't buy premium things, but otherwise you'll get enough for 20-25€ + sauce for 2€

Super authentic Northeastern iron pot stew! The portion is very generous and delicious. The meat and side dishes are very tasty. Four people are really full. The boss is also super nice by the way

This hot pot restaurant is a real treat. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The quality of the ingredients is excellent: fresh vegetables, tender meat and delicious seafood. Each broth is rich and flavorful, with the spicy Sichuan broth in particular being a highlight. Despite the high quality, the prices are fair, which makes the price-performance ratio great. Overall, an incomparable culinary experience that fully deserves its 5 stars.

I'm amazed. I have rarely visited such a good Chinese restaurant, from high-quality food to extremely friendly and helpful staff, everything can be found here at the Kastanie hot-pot. I grew up with Chinese food, rarely has a restaurant brought out my inner child like this, thanks to the staff. Ps: For every reader, pay Kastanie a visit!🙏

This restaurant was recommended to us for dinner via Google Maps. We weren't disappointed either. The ambience was nice, the owners were accommodating and nice and the food was fantastic.

Good HotPot, certainly the best in Cologne. Sauces OK spicy. They don't explain how it works, it's better to ask and use the spices correctly!

It was outstanding! There were six of us there and we had a really nice evening. Great value for money as you get a lot for your money, huge selection of delicious ingredients, super friendly service, somewhat quirky but very friendly decor and all in all a great experience. Very nice little restaurant. You practically order online from the restaurant and everything is brought to your table. The food was really really good! We would have loved to continue grilling for hours and cooking our food in the soup, but we were so full!

We went on a Wednesday night for dinner and we were able to sit down without a problem. The concept is original, although in the end you are cooking your food...and the pot didn't look super super clean. You order from your mobile for the entire table and they are quite quick to bring everything (obviously it is not cooked). Everything was very good, including the fruit juices, and not excessively expensive. It's the typical thing that can be done once in a while.

Unfortunately I was really disappointed, the restaurant seemed outdated and not well maintained. The concept is good, but the broths were tasteless and overall we didn't like it. We wouldn't go there again, it's a shame.

The food was great and (from what we could tell) really authentic. The service partly doesn't speak German really well but considering their efforts and care for their customers, this was just another indicator for the restaurants authenticity. They checked on us several times in a really polite way and patiently discribed how to eat the food when we were confused. You should only be careful on how much you order since you can easily underestimate the amount of food your order contains. Vielen Dank für das leckere Essen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

A mega evening! Very nice atmosphere.

Authentic hot pot Absolutely delicious and a large selection of sauces to make yourself. There's not even half of it in the photo... But unfortunately there is no fresh pasta on the menu... but glass noodles are great too. Ok service is almost zero and you have to wait until someone comes and tells you that you have to order on your cell phone. And of course some classics like those we know from China are missing. Also not enough leafy vegetables... But otherwise really good.

The food was ok, nothing that was really special but the experience and the ordering system were really good BUT unfortunately the service was terribly bad. I had reserved a table especially for a friend's birthday and received a confirmation. When we drove there for over 40 minutes, we just got the message because 100 people had reserved that we couldn't get a table when I wanted to ask how we did I can clarify this now because I made a reservation and we drove so far. They only said that we could come back in 1.5 hours and then the waiter simply turned around and left us standing in the entrance. Other guests who had made reservations were also simply sent away. When we came back after 1.5 hours we got a table. No hello, no sorry, no nothing. Then we had to wait 15 minutes until a waiter took pity on us and told us that we had to scan the table code that was hidden under my plate. I'm sorry we didn't think of it ourselves. Unfortunately, the waiters were relatively grumpy until we paid. Unfortunately never again!

His attitude was so bad. He called me and told me he was busy, but then hung up on me? ? ? If you're very busy, just don't answer my call...

Our dinner at KASTANIE (Hot Pot 秦堡火锅) was a bitter disappointment, to say the least. Despite a reservation for four people, we were initially turned away on the grounds that a group of around 100 people had registered. We were only allowed to enter after showing our reservation confirmation, only to be assigned the worst table in the restaurant - right by the front door and next to the drinks counter, which led to constant disruptions during the meal. The place is apparently too small for the amount of guests it's trying to serve, with tables far too close together. Our special menu for four people, which was supposed to contain "an extensive variety of ingredients and dishes," was just a greatly reduced version of what we expected. Our evening was further marred by witnessing other guests with reservations being turned away while a large group was given priority. It seemed as if nationality determined the level of service, which is particularly disappointing in an international eatery like Cologne. The service also left a lot to be desired. Our drink orders were placed via a QR code, but arrived late, in the wrong sizes and some in unclean glasses. Nevertheless, we were charged for the larger, more expensive portions. As the evening progressed, it became clear that the staff - led by the owner - wanted to get us to leave to make room for more guests. This manifested itself in aggressive clearing and physical shoves as people walked past. Finally, I unfortunately have to say that I cannot recommend KASTANIE (Hot Pot 秦堡火锅) unless you belong to a certain group or culture. Then you seem to be treated there as a “normal guest”. In a neighborhood known for its hospitality and cultural diversity, this experience was particularly disappointing.

The food was delicious and definitely something out of the ordinary for us. But the service was subpar. You are sat at a table without any explanation or a kind word and left to your own devices. You then have to scan a QR code with your cell phone and order using it. But there is no one available to answer questions there either. We'll definitely come back again now that we know how it works. Nevertheless, it would be nice if the service improved. There were far too few staff for the number of guests.

I was happy to enjoy a nice evening with my friends. When we arrived at 8 p.m. we were asked to wait. After 40 minutes of waiting there was no land in itself. They comforted us with a saying! What should I do, we have a bit of a traffic jam and that's how it is. Not recommendable.

Very long waiting time despite reservations After the waiter took us to a dirty table or a table that was still covered with food from the previous person, we left again. Hygiene poor.

When it comes to Hotpot, selection and quality are of course the most important things and that is definitely true with Kastanie. The prices are mostly okay for the quality. But I also find it a bit expensive in some cases. If you want to treat yourself to something, definitely recommended. Price/performance 2.9/5 Quality 4.7/5 Service 4.2/5 Taste 4.5/5 (of course a lot depends on the sauce. But broth is a solid 4.5)

Where did we end up?!?! We know HotPot restaurants from other cities (mainly Düsseldorf) and were impressed by the photos on Google Maps and spontaneously tried them without a reservation. We were each offered a single table, we would have sat separately, back to back without eye contact, so we left. As soon as we were outside, an employee came out with his smartphone and told us that guests had just canceled and could now offer us a large table. First we took a seat in the front area, a kind of passageway, so that the large tables with the columns for the gas bottles hardly offered any space to sit on, you are either squeezed against the wall or you are blocking the passageway. Because of the large table columns you can't stretch your legs out, you have to move them past the side of the column, which becomes painful after a while and is anything but comfortable. So we went to the back area, there is enough legroom, but there are no grills embedded in the tables, just camping gas stoves. And there we sat on the small, hard wooden chairs and nothing happened... until I saw the table display that said we had to access the menu via a QR code. The QR code provider first wanted to hijack all the data on my smartphone, so I set all the permissions to gray using a selection, then I came to the menu. The text is in Chinese, Hoppel-German or crude English. As we were muddling through, I clicked on the wrong button and everything was displayed in Chinese. To get out of there, everything was suddenly erased. At this point, our last nerve was on edge and we decided to go again, but that was a bit of a slippery move because the floor in the back area was slippery like soft soap, which became a balancing act on the steps without railings. We went two doors down to the Vietnamese street food restaurant Maison Sen, where it was packed, but the super friendly staff were still able to offer us a large table for an hour, so we got by easily. There was a paper menu, an interesting selection, super quick preparation and... it was really tasty! Tip for HotPot fans: the Xiao Long Kann in Düsseldorf not far from the main station, steep in price, but it also offers something in terms of furnishings, service and the selection and quality of the food.

Nice shop, good service, delicious food and a completely different way of eating! If you want something a little more unusual, I'm in good hands here. The ambience is super nice and invites you to linger! The four of us shared a hotpot (BBQ) and chose a suggested menu (for 3 people, enough for four!) and added a few fish specialties to this. I can only recommend it, also suitable for vegetarians.

Food was super tasty. It was our first time eating hotpot. Even though it was very busy, the waiter was very patient with us and explained the names of the dishes and how they were prepared. Very professional. My girlfriend and I had a very happy Valentine's Day!

The HotPot didn't taste good, some of it was very bitter, as was the marinated meat. (It's more of a matter of taste) It wasn't our first time eating HotPot, this was by far the worst. I had a glass bottle directly between my legs and there was a constant smell of gas in the air. The service wasn't good either, the staff spoke very poor German. The place was unhygienic. The only nice thing at the end was an aperitif on the house. If you would like to eat HotPot, then go to the Xiao Long Kan in Düsseldorf, there is no better place!

Super nice shop, delicious food and above all very nice staff! The floor is a little slippery, so I wouldn't wear high shoes, but otherwise a total recommendation! Price range: cheap Rating: The food was really good. The dish was ordered for 2 people with a grill plate. Food was enough for 4. It is ordered via the website. Therefore, you don't understand the concept and you don't know what to order. Waiters only process orders. Will come again. As a note: you and your clothes smell extremely like food afterwards.

The idea is great and the food tastes delicious too. Unfortunately, nothing was explained to us at all, the website for ordering is really poorly translated and overall I won't be coming back. The air is a disaster! I washed my clothes and showered in the evening, but everything still smells of grease. The floor is slippery due to the grease and you can slip through it. I had to take my down jacket to the dry cleaners.

Food was ok, the waiting times for drinks were forever long and the waiters were very unfriendly. After 1.5 hours with a group of 9 people we were asked to leave as the table was reserved for a next reservation. Not recommendable!

Very nice restaurant, had a friendly and helpful waiter. Ordering via Qr was very pleasant and you can always contact the waiters if you have any questions or recommendations. Separate sauce station where you can also mix your own creations. Everything was served promptly and fresh. There was also a plum wine on the house with the bill. Highly recommended :)

Overall a really bad experience. At first glance, the store actually looks nice (at least the front area). Unfortunately, that was it for the positive arguments. Despite having a reservation, we had to wait half an hour. At the end we were escorted to a table where other guests were still sitting. In the sense of “they’ll get up soon anyway”. Our table was noticeably greasy even after wiping. The floor exactly like that. The staff was overwhelmed, the digital menu is completely incomprehensible, no information about the size of the portions (half of our food was left over), things were forgotten or only served shortly before payment. Incredibly bad air, clothes and hair smelled so bad that we couldn't go in anywhere. Unfortunately, the food was hardly worth the price. Some of the ingredients were so far from fresh that they were inedible (rubbery noodles, stale corn on the cob, tough meat, etc.). I could have listed even more negative things. In the end the waiter also apologized, but he can't do anything about it. Sorry for this bad review, but unfortunately our evening was really over.

Delicious, 2nd time this week. This hotpot restaurant is a feast for the senses! With a diverse range of ingredients and the generous portions ensure, you leave with a satisfied appetite and a desire to return for more flavorful experiences.

Good food, prices a bit high, decent service

We ordered the grill plate + hot pot and vegetables. It was way too much and there were four of us. The meat tasted a bit musty and the glass noodles had a strange consistency. The vegetables tasted fresh, but the broth had almost no taste. Unfortunately you can only order using a QR code. We may have ordered a little wrong but we really wouldn't order too much, we only got half done. Drinks were good.

Just came here today. The food is fresh and tastes very good, and the service attitude is also very good. They take good care of our dog. They also gave us two glasses of home-brewed bayberry wine when we left. The bayberry wine is really amazing! The only regret is that I didn’t get to eat the iron pot stew because I didn’t make a reservation in advance.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Uns wurde mehrfach hilfe angeboten um zu erklären wie man bestellt. Bestellung verläuft über QR code. Neu aber spart zeit. Wartezeiten waren sehr gering. Die hotpot Erfahrung war super und das essen hat lecker geschmeckt. Ich kann das lokal nur weiter empfehlen

Och Manno. Bin hin und her gerissen. Ich liebe HotPot und ich weiß dass es besser geht. Und ich glaube auch das diesen Restaurant es besser könnte. Essen ansich war gut. Was uns aber aufgefallen war: - Wir kommen rein und sehen die dreckigen verstaubten und versifften Flaschen hinter der Theke. - Vorne im Restaurant Top Ambiente mit den eingelassenen Grills. Wir kommem aber nach 5 Min Wartezeit nach hinten. Dort sind Klappstühle und Gaskartuschegrills wie beim Campen - Bestellung nur über Handy möglich. Und dann ist die App erstmal auf Chinesisch... Bei meiner Frau auf dem Handy funktioniert diese gar nicht. Naja und dann hätten wir vier Fehler in der Bestellung. - Portionsgrößen sind schwierig. Wir wollen viele Sachen ausprobieren. Die Portionen sind aber viel zu groß. So kann Mann die exotischen Sachen gar nicht probieren. - Der Boden ist spiegelglatt. Besonders gefährlich, da auf der Treppe zum Klo kein Geländer ist. - Der Bewegungsmelder auf dem Klo macht mach fünf Sekunden das Licht aus... Nächste mal wieder nach Düsseldorf zum HotPot Essen.

Die Bedienung war nicht sehr freundlich und Pizzaboden verbrannt, nicht essbar, bei 2. Pizza dann immer noch sehr dunkel.

Beste Hotpot in Köln! Sehr gute Brühe, nette Service und auch angemessene Preise!

Sehr gemütlich und schick eingerichtet. Das Essen ist super lecker und wird schnell gebracht. Die Zutaten sind von hoher Qualität und die Preise angemessen. Der Service ist super und die Bedienungen super nett und zuvorkommend. Ich würde jederzeit gerne wieder hingehen!

Ein lauschiger Abend bei hervorragendem Essen mit aufmerksamer und netter Bedienung im Garten unter einem riesigen alten Kastanienbaum: alles perfekt!

这么热的天，前面的区域竟然电风扇都没有，明明位置很多，但两位服务员硬是把我们安排到了最热的角落。腿边就是炉子，温度高地能烫破皮，上面吃着火锅，没空调没电扇，简直就是受罪。羊肉肥的不行，叫他去换，跟我来一句都是这样的买来就这样，强行给我换成了牛肉。来了一批德国人，跟别人说抓紧点单你们只能吃半小时了，我寻思那就不接待不行吗？服务意识和态度都太差了 老板你还是好好做你的其他业务吧，别来给科隆中餐丢人了。天天亏本真的不如关店去做慈善，何必在这里折磨顾客？

Lecker, sauber, interessant. Ein guter Laden für Hot-Pot-Fans! Preislich auch ganz ok, unter 60 € für eine Menge Essen & Getränke & kleinen Nachtisch. Die Auswahl ist ausreichend - auch für Vegetarier, man wählt die Zutaten über eine Internetseite (Deutsche Sprachversion ist verfügbar :) ) Das Personal ist höflich und professionell.

Vor einem Jahr da gewesen. Erlebnis war top, rund 100€ für meine Freundin und mich ausgegeben, das Personal war sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Ein super Erlebnis und wir haben wir haben wirklich viel leckeres Essen bestellt. Heute waren wir erneut da und waren einfach nur enttäuscht knapp 7 Minuten bis wir an einen Tisch geleitet wurden. Das bestellen lief wie üblich über den Webbrowser auf dem Handy, aber diesmal musste man für einen geteilten Topf (2suppen) beide Suppen einzeln bestellen. Letztes Jahr haben wir das Menü angeklickt und konnten uns 2 Suppen auswählen für knapp 35-40€. Heute habe ich dann für 2 Suppen 80€ bezahlt, habe aber die selbe Menge Suppe bekommen. Wie dachten uns, wir bestellen einfach nur eine Suppe und haben halt nur einen halben Topf aber dann kam das Personal zu uns an den Tisch und hat uns nach einer 2. Suppe gefragt und so kamen dann auch besagte 80€ auf die Rechnung. Das „premiumfleisch“ soll Wagyu sein. Ich empfand es als viel zu dünn geschnitten. Es war leider so dünn das es mit den stäbchen kaum aufzuheben war um es anständig zu essen. Das Personal kam 1mal an den Tisch um einen Teller abzuräumen. Keiner fragte ob alles gut sei oder war so zuvorkommend wie letztes Mal. Als dann die Rechnung kam und ich bezahlte hatte ich nicht genug Bargeld dabei um anständiges Trinkgeld zu geben (was in Deutschland zwar nicht nötig ist, ich mache es aber selbst immer gerne wenn das Essen und das Personal gut war). Sonst gebe ich immer 15% aber diesmal war aufgrund der doppelt berechneten Suppe einfach nicht genug Geld dabei, woraufhin mir die Dame die sich null um uns gekümmert hat nur schräg anschaute da das Trinkgeld „nur 2€“ waren. Empfand ich als etwas unhöflich.

Dieses Restaurant ist etwas ganz besonderes, der Aufenthalt und das speisen dort ist ein besonderes Erlebnis. Die Qualität der Produkte ist gut, alles war frisch. Geschmacklich war alles top, bzw man bereitet es sich selber zu somit liegt es an euch. Das einzige was ich mir noch wünschen würde währe eine größere Fisch/Meeresfrüchte auswahl und etwas mehr asiatisches Gemüse. Preislich kommt man mit 65 bis 85 € gut hin für 2, das lohnt sich.

铁锅炖大鹅 需要提前预约 可以选鱼 大鹅 鸡不同口味 装修挺新的 感觉以前可能是个酒吧 我们吃的大鹅 选择微辣口味 大鹅炖的很入味 肉质软烂 没有腥味 也不柴 基本都是脱骨的 配菜也很丰富 有土豆白菜粉条玉米豆角 豆腐用的是老豆腐 不知道换成冻豆腐会不会更好 其中粉条玉米最好评 配上芝麻酱就像吃火锅 四个人没有点别的菜 最后没吃完 打包了四盒 有玉米面和白面掺的贴饼子 口感发甜 可能是锅边不是太热 贴饼子没有脆脆的底 不过依旧好吃 沾汤后口味绝佳 总体来说还是很新颖的 桌子也是专门吃铁锅炖的 应该北方人特别是东北地区更喜欢 本地人吃火锅的多一些 好像有火锅自助 位置也比较好找 附近停车场多 逛街后可以直接饱餐一顿 是个不错的选择

Sehr schönes Konzept, wie ich finde. Die Bestellung gibt man übers Handy ab, auf den Tischen klebt jeweils ein QR- Qode, hinter dem die Speisekarte steckt. Zuerst sollte man neben Getränken natürlich seine ,,Suppe" auswählen, in der die ganzen Lebensmittel dann gegart werden. Wir haben uns für den geteilten Topf entschieden, so das wir zwei verschiedene Suppen hatte. Ich meine man kann zwischen 4-5 Suppen entscheiden. Desweiteren kann man fertig zusammen gestellte Menüs bzw. Platten auswählen oder (wofür wir uns entschieden haben) Produkte einzeln bestellen, worauf man Lust hat. Wir sind am Ende bei 4 Personen auf nicht mal ganz 25€ pro Person für Speis und Trank gekommen. Wer also Lust auf ein nicht ganz klassisches Restaurant hat, ist hier meiner Meinung nach ganz gut aufgehoben.

Wir haben uns leider zu viel erhofft. Für Leute die das ganze Geschehen noch nicht kennen ist es sehr schwierig, da die Kommunikation mit dem Personal so gut wie gar nicht möglich ist. Man musste auf gut Glück etwas bestellen und schauen was dann geschieht. Das Essen an sich war frisch, aber auch nichts für jedermann. Zudem ist das Ganze auch dafür ziemlich teuer. Unser Geschmack war es nicht, man hat sich nicht aufgehoben gefühlt und daher insgesamt das Fahrzit, dass wir nicht wiederkommen würden.

Sehr schöner außergewöhnlicher Laden. Waren dort zum allerersten Mal Hotspot essen. Sehr nettes und geduldiges Personal. Haben uns alles in Ruhe erklärt und uns sehr gute Empfehlungen gegeben. Wir waren zu dritt und sollten das Menü lediglich für zwei Personen bestellen. Sehr fair. Gerne wieder

Zum ersten Mal dort gewesen . Die Art und Weise der Zubereitung war was neues . Qualität war gut und der Service sehr nett und freundlich . Die Lage ist sehr zentral und das rechtfertigt auch den Preis . Minuspunkte waren die Lüftung und die Sitzposition . Man hatte sehr schlechte Beinfreiheit. Freuen uns aber auf das nächste mal :-)

Zum Essen kann ich leider nichts sagen, so weit kamen wir nicht. Wir hatten einen tisch für sechs Gäste bestellt, bei Ankunft wurden wir an einen extrem beengten Tisch gesetzt, mein Mann hatte zudem die Gasflasche die wohl zu dem Tischgrill gehörte zwischen seinen Beinen stehen die woanders keinen Platz gefunden hatte. Der Boden und der Tisch waren klebrig. Nachdem man uns platziert hatte wurden wir ignoriert, niemand hat uns das Bestellsystem erklärt oder uns nach fast 30 Minuten des Herumsitzens eines Blickes gewürdigt. Nachdem sich auch keiner der Kellner trotz mehrfachem Winken für uns interessiert hatte sind wir wieder gegangen. Sehr schade, wir hatten uns schon echt darauf gefreut hotpot auszuprobieren. Ich habe mich als Gast schon lange nicht mehr so überflüssig und unbeachtet in einem Restaurant gefühlt.

Wir waren das erste mal dort zum Essen. Die Qualität des Essens war gut und für das erste Hot Pot Restaurant was ich je besucht habe schon eine kleine Attraktion. Leider was es im hinteren Bereich sehr kalt, weil mehrere Fenster offen gewesen sind. Das Local war Aufgrund von Karneval sehr leer. Die Bedienung hat leider nicht wirklich viel verstanden und die Kommunikation war daher etwas umständlich. Man bekommt keine Karte und muss einen QR Code abscannen, über diesen kann man dann die verschiedenen Zutaten bestellen oder komplett Pakete für mehrere Personen. Ich kann jedem empfehlen nur Sachen zu bestellen die man auch essen möchte. In den den komplett Paketen können dann auch mal Sachen drin sein, die der normale deutsche etwas komisch findet. Aber probieren geht über studieren.

It was the first hotpot for my friends and they liked it. We tried hotpot with two different soup based (tom yum and the second one). We ordered both beef and lamb (both expensive and regular one) and all of them were good. However, the ventilation was not good. One of my friends felt kind of dizzy during the whole evening due to lack of fresh air and the smoke from another table that was having BBQ

Gutes und authentisches Restaurant für den chinesischen Hotpot. Das kleine Menü hat für zwei Personen gereicht und war ziemlich vielseitig. Ich hätte lieber auf das Entenblut und einige andere tierischen Sachen verzichtet, dafür mehr Gemüse und Glasnudeln gehabt. Aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Gute Soßen und die Brühe war auch gut gewürzt. Nicht Rollstuhl gerecht. Die Toiletten könnten sauberer sein.

Es ist leider nicht so gut gewesen um ein weiteres Mal zu kommen. Das Essen hat uns nicht zufrieden gestellt weil zum Beispiel das Grillfleisch oder die Nudeln nach nichts geschmeckt haben. Wir haben viel unterschiedliches bestellt aber uns hat leider nichts gefallen. Das Personal war super freundlich und am Ende waren wir (2 Personen) zwar voll, aber leider nicht zufrieden sondern für den gezahlten Preis eher enttäuscht :(

Wir wurden in diesem Lokal sehr gastfreundlich empfangen. Die Inhaberin ist sehr höflich, die anderen Mitarbeiter ebenfalls. Die Bestellung über das eigene Handy funktioniert einwandfrei, die Auswahl ist überragend. So, wie ich es aus Asien kenne. Preis-Leistung super, Ambiente ebenfalls sehr liebevoll und ansprechend. Wir kommen wieder!

科隆比较不错的中餐，火锅的味道也比较棒，是我吃过的科隆最好的火锅，现烤的羊肉串也很不错！值得推荐！

Sehr leckeres und frisches Essen zu fairen Preisen. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Geschäft ist nicht barrierefrei, jedoch halfen mir die Angestellten die Treppe hoch :) Gerne wieder!

Wer Hotpot schon gut in China gegessen hat, wird sich hier wohlfühlen. Alles sehr authentisch und qualitativ gut. Was fehlt, sind die frischen Nudeln der Nudelwerfer, was aber nichts an vollen 5 Sternen ändert. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wirklich gut 👍 und danke für den Abend

这家老板娘不靠谱，每次提前问都说可以吃烤串或者铁锅，到了又说不好意思今天没有，上次烤串是这样，这次铁锅也说本来需要提前一天定但是可以跟厨师说也给你们做，到了又说做不了，骗人玩儿呢，大家的时间都很宝贵的好吗？大老远开车来每次都吃闭门羹

Wir sind schon zum 2. Mal aus Dortmund extra nach Köln gefahren und haben vorher telefonisch gefragt ob Fleisch Spieße und auch andere Dinge da sind die meine chinesische Frau und ihre Freundin gerne essen möchten. Am Telefon wird immer alles bejaht und wenn man dann nach 100 km fahrt da ist gibt es das dann trotzdem nicht. Eine absolute Frechheit und absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und zum Platz gewiesen. Das Essen war sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet. Leider war das Personal zu sehr überfordert. Die Lüftungsanlage sollte man in diesem Restaurant mal erneuern, oder überhaupt eine ordentliche einbauen lassen, dann wäre es auch nicht so stickig im Raum. Vielen Dank.

It was so salty that I had diarrhea the next day. The whole room is full of hot pot base, the smell is very strong, people can't help sneezing and coughing, the experience is very bad.

Heute zum ersten Mal da und es war alles super . Wir hatten Hotpot gehabt und unsere Bestellung kam sehr schnell frisch und lecker . sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal ich werde gerne wieder da essen gehen und kann es echt weiterempfehlen.
