Die besten Restaurants mit Ramen restaurant Essen in Ulm

Delicious food and nice ambience. But very expensive, especially for vegetarians. Why does vegetarian ramen cost the same as meat ramen? I don't think that's justified because the ingredients are far cheaper. Price-performance is therefore not right. We also had to wait 20 minutes for our reserved table & according to other reviews here, this probably happens more often.
