Very tasty, large portion and great selection of different bowls.

My order was supposedly delivered and money was also debited. No one responds to emails and no one can be reached at this number. Complete disaster.

I have ordered several times and am always overwhelmed. Fresh and high-quality products combined with countless options to personalize the bowl. There is something for everyone. The wild garlic mayo is awesome.

Tonight I got a bowl of salmon. Unfortunately the fish wasn't fresh and wasn't kept cool throughout. That's why I didn't eat it. Fruit flies and other insects fly around the store. The general cleanliness is not given. To also mention two positive things, the employees were friendly. The sauces are very tasty. Please improve. Raw salmon must be very fresh and always refrigerated!!!! Especially in summer! Then I'll take out my rating too

Food is good, fresh and sufficient. I eat here often and have to issue a warning to fellow sufferers who are lactose intolerant. All the sauces in the store are advertised as vegan, but that's not the case. Some contain at least lactose and that can be very unpleasant. I have pointed out to the employees several times that they should change the information about the sauces, but unfortunately that hasn't worked for months...

Good price for a huge bowl, but ingredients taste stale. My beans smelled like a fridge and my chicken had dry edge. The dining room itself smells like a kitchen.

The Poke Bar is by far the best in Hamburg. Only this time we got two bowls half an hour before closing time and the ingredients were very, very cold, which is why it was so good to enjoy them.

I would fire the employee who “worked” there this afternoon. Yes, it's Monday afternoon at 12:30 and there's nothing going on, but if you prefer to sit in the corner with headphones, a cell phone and a baseball cap, you won't notice that customers are there. I'll try my luck in the "Pearl". By the way, it would be great if you had beetroot again.
