Sorry if I only give one star for food but unfortunately I didn't like it. That's nothing bad but that's my rating because you should rate the food and you shouldn't start with a lie and say yes, the food tasted good. Unfortunately it didn't taste like anything to me. I ordered a pizza prosciutto, unfortunately it didn't taste like anything, it wasn't salty. It had no taste whatsoever, so this is my honest review. I hope you don't mean any harm, but a review is a review👍
La Luna's food tastes good as always, but the long-term disregard for road safety forces me to only give one star rating. Every day during rush hour, the restaurant's delivery vehicles continue to block the intersection of Rubensstr. and Gemarkenstrasse in a no-parking area - even directly opposite the no-parking signs - and often force turning vehicles and bicycles to drive in the opposite direction, which is a real source of danger.🤨🚓
Let me be clear: Basing the efficiency of food delivery on the threat to other people's safety crosses the boundaries of business ethics. I strongly recommend immediately agreeing on a legal parking solution with the transport authorities (e.g. applying for a temporary loading zone) instead of continuing to abuse public transport resources.🚦🚦🚦
I ordered a 60x40 pizza for the team, and it was the worst pizza we've ever eaten. The pizza had no tomato sauce at all. The half was supposed to have tuna, and it only had 1/3 of it. The pizza had tuna, and it cost €27. It was so dry that all of us who were supposed to eat it laughed at it, and it was the same as a dry cheese roll the next day.
I live 60 meters from the pizzeria and have often picked it up. Every time the younger pizza baker makes it, we throw half away. That was the last time.
Unfortunately we had the feeling that the pizza we ordered was carelessly baked frozen goods. The schnitzel we ordered was okay, but the fries that came with it had already been fried at least twice (or so it seemed). The included side salad was a disgrace. Carelessly packed in a bowl and covered with a very homeopathic dose of ready-made salad dressing.
Too bad.
But I would like to mention that the staff was really very friendly. I really mean that too. Very friendly and helpful, both when ordering over the phone and during delivery.
We've ordered something every now and then and so far it's usually been fine. No wonder but still good enough. Today was pretty disappointing. The dough was terrible, as if it only contained flour and water, and no fermentation. Never again.
