Ordering today was not a good experience. Called shortly after five and was told the delivery would arrive in 40-45 minutes. 70 minutes after the call, no one was there. So called again. By the time we even got through, we were told the order was on the way. Waited again, from Weißenhorn to us it takes about 5 minutes. When there was still no food half an hour later, I called again. From then on, no one answered the phone anymore. When it was almost seven, a driver came who was very sorry. He also tried to call again to ask about a discount, but couldn't reach anyone either. He then gave us a €20 discount, which was really nice. Finally eat... If you had gotten the right thing, you might have been satisfied, but since the right thing wasn't even delivered, a bad review has to come out today. If we were at least honest and said that we had been forgotten or that there were too many orders and it would take a long time, then we could have at least been prepared for it or changed our mind. But that was simply an extraordinarily bad service!
