Pizzeria Santa Lucia in Weißenhorn

Ordering today was not a good experience. Called shortly after five and was told the delivery would arrive in 40-45 minutes. 70 minutes after the call, no one was there. So called again. By the time we even got through, we were told the order was on the way. Waited again, from Weißenhorn to us it takes about 5 minutes. When there was still no food half an hour later, I called again. From then on, no one answered the phone anymore. When it was almost seven, a driver came who was very sorry. He also tried to call again to ask about a discount, but couldn't reach anyone either. He then gave us a €20 discount, which was really nice. Finally eat... If you had gotten the right thing, you might have been satisfied, but since the right thing wasn't even delivered, a bad review has to come out today. If we were at least honest and said that we had been forgotten or that there were too many orders and it would take a long time, then we could have at least been prepared for it or changed our mind. But that was simply an extraordinarily bad service!

I always enjoy going here! The price-performance ratio is really great! The food here always tastes very good and the service is always very warm and friendly.

We always order party pizza and I have to say by far the best pizza around. There's nowhere else to get so much toppings and cheese and the base is really tasty. Great delivery time.

Waited 2 hours for my food today. Pizza bread was cold, noodles still warm. I was told on the phone that the delivery time would be 45 to 60 minutes. The last 3-4 orders we placed also took about 1.5 hours, although a different time was agreed on the phone. Unfortunately, service is still decreasing!

Best pizza ever! We always drive from Laupheim to Grafertshofen especially to eat pizza, friendly staff, no problem, inexpensive and very tasty! Even if we are just passing through, a pizza to take away is a must!

We ordered 2 pizzas, which were very, very tasty. The service is great, special requests are taken into account and the toilets are very clean and hygienic. The location is highly recommended, it is large and has a beer garden and a balcony. For all sports fans: you have a great view of the playing field from the balcony. The owners and employees are very friendly.

Pizza OK... Delivery only after over an hour instead of 30 to 45 minutes. Ordered and paid for 2 large and one small pizza... and delivered 3 small ones. Not recommended... You can't stand the taste either.

Absolutely recommended! The best pizzeria in the Weissenhorn area. The pizzas are super crispy and yet juicy, there is no skimping on the toppings and, above all, the tomato sauce has a super delicious taste. Exactly how you want it. Hardly any Italian can do the salmon pasta as well. We regularly use the delivery service for family pizzas. Delivery is always super quick, usually after just 30 minutes. The pizza always arrives hot and you can tell that it is delivered straight away. Thanks!

Nice staff, great food and fast delivery

The pizza is super tasty. We order very regularly. Today we went bowling with a larger group and of course everyone was hungry afterwards. Unfortunately, something went wrong. You had to wait almost an hour for your food and by the end people who had ordered after us had already eaten. Unfortunately, we were completely forgotten even though our order was taken. I was then offered an over-made pizza that had been sitting for some time and 1. was already cold and 2. not what I had ordered. So we go home hungry. It's a shame because it was my favorite delivery service so far and I'm actually disappointed. Of course that can happen, but you could have offered to make the pizza straight away. But then I should just order again and since I didn't feel like waiting another hour, we went home.

Wir waren gestern zum Kegeln im Keller und anschließendem Pizza essen bei Santa Lucia. Haben ein leckeres Tiramisu aufs Haus bekommen. Die Pizza hätte für meinen Geschmack noch 2-3 Minuten länger im Ofen bleiben können. Aber durch das super nett Personal wurde das wieder wett gemacht.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Leckeres Essen. In Absprache kann man im Keller Kegelbahnen mieten (toll für Feiern jeder Art). Wir bestellen auch gern nach Hause. Lieferung ist immer pünktlich da 👍

Habe mittlerweile schon über Jahre sehr oft etwas bestellt, oder im Restaurant selbst gegessen und muss sagen, dass es heutzutage seltenst noch so gute Pizzerien gibt. Die Bedienungen sind sehr sympathisch und freundlich, das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und selbst beim Anliefern lassen lief alles reibungslos und schnell. Wirklich die beste Pizzeria in Weissenhorn und Umgebung 👍🏼
