I rarely write bad reviews, but this pizza was a total failure. For €12, I would have expected much more: The tomato sauce was bone dry, there was barely any cheese, and the tuna was almost inedible. The taste was simply not good. When we tried to politely give feedback over the phone, the manager immediately became loud and unfriendly. That's no way to handle criticism. It's a real shame, never again.

You're just one street away, you can't manage to get the right address, you can't manage to get the right order, you then send it to the wrong address, then you call and tell them it's wrong, the pizza is ice cold, inedible, unfortunately, such bad service.. Everything inedible, it's probably very difficult to prepare something properly, disgusting, just crappy...

The dough for both pizza and pizza rolls is really not tasty. It tastes something like half raw bread stick, cheese and tomato sauce are fine so far. The spinach in the pizza rolls tasted really disgusting, it was definitely no longer good. Prices are very cheap but still too high for the food. The service was still very friendly.

I have never eaten such unacceptable and bad pizza in my entire life - not even in the worst pizzeria in Turkey. The dough was paper thin and not even through, we had the feeling that we were eating fresh dough. The feeling was confirmed on the toilet this morning. Added to this is the fact that my cousin's pizza had long black hairs melted into the dough, which is why we asked for completely new pizzas, to which the telephone operator responded snidely. PLOT TWIST: The pizzas that followed felt even worse and there was hair in them too. I used to be more than happy with the old owner of Pizza-Live, but that with the new owner was the first and last time. My tip to you: It's better to buy a frozen pizza from REWE instead of ordering something there. Thanks for nothing.
