The pizza was delicious and the staff was friendly. All in all good if you want to order pizza.

Food terrible. Cold, hardly seasoned and inedible. The delivery person didn't even say thank you for the tip. Not recommended

My favorite so far, the orders were always complete and very warm and you don't have to wait long and are really appetizing I love the filled pizza rolls from them and the selection of dishes are really great ideas and the man on the phone speaks good German

Update December That's a junior bag 🤣 November update Ordered an XXL burger menu today. If I compare it to Peter Pane, Pizza Cab is again by far the absolute winner! Have already ordered there twice to pick up because it's right around the corner. 15 minutes, it doesn't take longer. The schnitzel with mushrooms (Cap Schnitzel) is really cool and a great big portion. Pizza rolls with aioli are also very good. Good shop

Mediocre food. Price/performance is ok, considering the quantity. The quality is below average. The pizza ring, which was supposed to be filled with gyros, contained rather limp chicken. The baguette, on the other hand, was relatively tasty and crispy. Overall, not a quality meal, but you know that beforehand. Nevertheless, it would still be possible to improve it if you put a little more love into it. But they are more likely to rely on mass production.

Terrible quality, I ordered a Margherita and a salad bowl. The bottom of the pizza was super greasy (smelled like old grease) and there was a hair in my bowl. I never usually write reviews but this was just disappointing and inedible!

Apparently our pizza has a delivery time of 60 minutes, calls go to an answering machine without any special message, so you don't know, have you ended up in a private household? Of course, there were no calls back to two messages either, so I got in the car and drove there, organized chaotically, an employee is on the phone and takes calls on a second cell phone without speaking to the subscriber, the moment I showed up at the store, My partner told me that a delivery person had delivered the pizza after over 2 hours, without any message or information. Of course something was missing and I went back to claim the missing items. Thank you, "bought twice", namely for the first and last time. Never again, by the way, it should be mentioned that the pizza was only lukewarm when it was delivered. If you look at the responses of the responsible branch manager to criticism over the last few years, it will definitely be interesting for us. To be on the safe side, we have saved the email traffic, the Paypal payment and our route and the telephone call log via Google Maps. We will definitely receive mail from their lawyer soon, we wouldn't have been a customer at all, or our rating would be damaging to our business, or or..

That you are told with every order that you need cutlery and yet you don't get it! That's not called respect and money isn't everything. I have taken food several times without cutlery but today I didn't accept the food. It is enough. I order where I feel comfortable. Not again.

Incredibly sad. 2 kiddy boxes (one boy, one girl) ordered both with burgers and fries. Only that for the girl arrived, the food for both of course but I explained to a 3 year old that only his sister gets the popular box and he doesn't. Fries ALL with every dish ice cold, sticky and mushy. Rice with chicken was incredibly spicy, was not labeled spicy and therefore not edible. Unfortunately, for over 50€ and over 90 minutes of waiting, it's really a case of reaching into the toilet.

I have ordered from Pizza Cab several times and have always been satisfied. The food is very tasty, especially the homemade tiramisu, and the staff are friendly too. I can only recommend 😊

I ordered from Pizza Cab for the first time today. And I don't understand the bad reviews. My calzone was extremely hot and the pizza rolls were perfect. Yes, it is a bit more expensive but you get quality. I will order there more often. And the delivery guy was extremely nice. Completely satisfied.

We ordered 3 pizza trays while a European Championship game was on. So there was a lot to do, but the food arrived quickly, was hot and tasted very tasty. There was plenty of aioli, garlic sauce and hot sauce. Very satisfied!

I've been fed the wrong food twice now. You expressly say what you want or don't want and get completely the opposite. Things were also missing (aoli, dressing and tiramisu). You really have to check your order when you get it. The woman behind the counter who makes the food is nice at first, but she doesn't get anything done and she can't even hear anything. She should take the headphones out of her ears. It's a shame actually. It was better the first time. But I would also like to say that the gentleman who took the order was really nice and wrote down everything that we didn't want. Unfortunately he wasn't there anymore and the woman was immediately quite overwhelmed with everything and suddenly extremely unfriendly. You should think about your staff. Then we'd love to come back. Until then, we'll find something else

Horrible, the health department should be sent there, I ordered pizza there yesterday and got a stomach bug and total stomach cramps. Complete disappointment with the store as it used to be really good but now I know where I, my family and friends won't be ordering from anymore

I have ordered there very often and still order, the shelf life is amazing, I've been trying something new since recently, today "Penne Special" I know exactly what it was called, god that was amazing! There is only one minus and that is the duner fleich, I don't like it so I won't order it again but everything else sucks! and I have NEVER! NEVER seen an unfriendly employee. You order something and it never arrives, the main thing is to get off work on time, already for the 3rd time, I do NOT recommend this store!!

Impossible service. You expressly describe what you want and something completely different comes across. As if that wasn't enough, the suppliers are incredibly unfriendly. Then the supplier arrives and has no change of money with him! I paid with a €20 note and my meal cost €13.50. Then the delivery person looks at me and tells me he doesn’t have any change…. This is a really nice new strategy to take money out of people's pockets. Incredibly dear people, please don't order there, good thing it was a €20 note and not a €100 note. Never again !

I recently ordered pizza online here. A delivery time of 39 minutes was quoted, but this ultimately extended to 60 minutes. The supplier seemed quite unmotivated. Unfortunately, the pizza was only lukewarm and the taste wasn't convincing either. Update February 22, 2024: Today I received an email via Google informing me that Pizza Cab, through an attorney, is challenging the authenticity of my review. They claim that there was never any customer contact and are now demanding receipts for the order that took place over 3 years ago. In my opinion, an attempt is being made here to get rid of negative reviews.

Unfortunately very much diminished. Years ago the best pizza supplier in Krefeld. Today the pizza was dry and simply expensive. The pizza rolls were tasty for the price but also very expensive

The food doesn't taste bad but unfortunately it's not worth it for the prices! For a 33cm pizza to be delivered €17! It's not that expensive here in Swabia, but there isn't enough either. You are full and want more and more instead of adapting and dividing everything up fairly. Reluctantly again

Vor fast zwei Stunden bestellt. Keine Leiderung abgekommen. Und jetzt hat der Laden zu. Natürlich schon online bezahlt. Sehr enttäuschend.

Kann ich als Firma nicht empfehlen. Wir haben 2 Stunden vor unserer bestellzeit bestellt und da kamen die sogar halbe Stunde zuspät. Ebenfalls falsch geliefert und heißt war sie aufjedenfall nicht mehr.

For us it is clearly the best delivery service in Krefeld! The food always comes earlier than stated and is so hot that you burn your nose😂 . The drivers are all always really nice and incredibly friendly. We like to order there and often!

2 std gewartet bis das Essen kam. Mehrmals angerufen und immer wieder angelogen das es nach 10-15 min kommt. Nie wieder.

Nie wieder. 2 Stunden auf eine Bestellung gewartet. Nach 1 Stunde angerufen, da hieß es ;ist unterwegs. Nach weiteren 45 Minuten nochmals angerufen und nachgefragt, wird man auch noch „angepöbelt“ . Lieferung ; matschig und pampig.

Essen wird schnell und zügig geliefert. Schmeckt sehr gut . Klasse weiter so !

Essen ein wenig zu salzig, deshalb nur 4 Sterne, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache 🤷. Ansonsten bis jetzt immer zufrieden gewesen.

Bestelle häufiger bei Cap und ansich auch jedesmal zufrieden. Gestern Abend bestellt: angekündigte 49 Minuten bis zur Zustellung wurden mal eben um 20 Minuten überzogen, Pizza kalt, falscher Salat. Sehr schade eigentlich, weil ich bisher echt immer zufrieden war.

Immer sehr leckeres Essen ich kann die gefüllten Pizza Brötchen mit Tunfisch und die Alioli empfehlen wirklich köstlich und es gibt immer eine sehr schnelle Lieferung und freundliche Fahrer wir bestellen auch weiterhin hier

Einfach glatte 5 Sterne. Lieferung sehr schnell, qualitativ gut und sehr lecker. Hatte den Wunsch dass doppelt Käse draufgehauen wird und der wurde wirklich mehr als erfüllt. Ab jetzt nur noch hier

Vorwort: Wir bestellen zur Pause, für 11:50Uhr (diese ist eig. von 12 bis 12:30) 1.Bestellung: 45min zu Spät. Essen kam Kalt an. 2. Bestellung: Ansage dass man 11:50 nicht schafft bzw. man erst um 12 Uhr liefern könnte und dass wir einen Tag vorher Anrufen sollen. Essen kam zwar immerhin noch lau warm an, aber trotzdem mit 15min Verspätung. 3.(und letzte) Bestellung: Ich rufe um 12:15Uhr an wo der Fahrer mit dem Essen bleibt. Man hat uns vergessen. Ich dachte dass man bei den Preisen auch für guten Service zahlt, aber falsch gedacht. 1 Stern für die Pizza, die leider echt super ist. (Was man vom Rest nicht behaupten kann) Update: Mittlerweile kommt das Essen nicht nur maximal 10 Minuten zu spät, sondern wird auch ab und zu bis zum Gehtnichtmehr warmgehalten. Diesen trockenen Furz von einem Essen würde ich am liebsten direkt in die Mülltonne kloppen. Da bietet eine Tiefkühlpizza mehr genuss.

Top Qualität, Frische Zutaten und vorallem eine heisse Lieferung. Hier stimmt wirklich alles 😀👌. 🍕🥗🍝👌

Schnelle lieferung, Pizzen immer super, bei fehl bzw Doppelbestellungen wird man angerufen und es wird nachgefragt, ob die Bestellung so korrekt ist.. Alles was ich mir Wünsche. Danke für euren Einsatz!

Man wird am telefon quasie abgefertigt kommt kaum zu Wort und es wird fast aufgelegt bevor man das dressing noch sagen kann...ich bestellte OHNE käse und es kommt MIT käse...Fazit ich bestelle dort jetzt nicht mehr denn das hatte ich bisher IMMER diesen service

Pizza war lecker, Lieferung schneller als angegeben

Mega super, statt 55 Minuten nur 35, die Pizzen waren heiß, mega gut belegt, super lecker und sogar mein Wunsch ohne Oregano wurde berücksichtigt. Das wird nicht das letzte Mal gewesen, dass wir bei euch bestellen!

Leider nun zum dritten mal was vergessen oder falsch geliefert worden. Vergessene Sachen vom letzten mal, trotz Kommentar, wieder vergessen worden. Sehr stark nachgelassen. Sehr schade. Am Telefon wird man immer vertröstet und man soll beim nächsten Mal Bescheiden geben, dann bekommt man das vergessene umsonst dazu. Mittlerweile über 30€ zu viel bezahlt und nichts wiederbekommen. Für uns kaum noch eine Option wieder zu bestellen.

Die Pizza war lecker, aber die bezahlte Aioli fehlte, trockene Pizzabrötchen sind jetzt nicht so mein Fall. Schade

Pommes waren matschig und kaum gesalzen. Burger war ok, aber nicht der knaller. Auflauf nicht schmackhaft. Werde da nie wieder bestellen.

Liebes Pizza Cap Team, Wooow, erstmal Hut ab! Ich habe 5 Pizzen bestellt für die ganze Familie und die Lieferung war bienenhaft. So schnell hätten wir sie nicht erwartet. Der Fahrer war sehr nett und höflich. Geschmacklich waren die Pizzen köstlich. Alle waren warm und frisch. Wir waren alle beigestert. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist TOP. Sollte man nicht meckern. Pizza Cap in Krefeld ist ein Muss und ist von der Landkarte des guten Geschmacks nicht mehr wegzudenken. Die ganzen schlechten Bewertungen sollte man echt ignorieren und selbst ein Bild bzw. einen eigenen Geschmackstest machen! Vielen Dank für das leckere Essen!!!

Einmal PizzaCab immer PizzaCab. Kann nur empfehlen, an Zutaten wird nichts gespart!

Erstes Mal selbst abgeholt, mache mir bei der ersten Bestellung immer gern ein eigenes Bild vor Ort. Das Team hat Power, offene Küche die anständig aussieht, Essen hat auch gut geschmeckt. Extrawünsche kein Problem, Jungs sind sehr freundlich und der Inhaber geht jeder Beschwerde/Monierung nach. So muss es sein, weiter so!

Haben schon öfter bei Pizzacab bestellt und waren Anfangs auch sehr zufrieden.. Leider kam es in den letzten Bestellungen IMMER zu Verspätungen von min. 30 Minuten... Leider ärgerlich, da wir das Essen grundsätzlich mögen.

Sehr leckere Pizzen vor allem mit dem käserand

Habe gestern den Cab Ring bestellt und mich echt drauf gefreut ihn zu probieren. Leider muss ich sagen das ich sehr enttäuscht war da der Teig noch roh war. Fand ich etwas traurig da 10 Euro im Verhältnis sehr teuer sind wenn man dann leider nur ein bisschen Fleisch raus picken kann. 😔

Pizza Cab ist nicht nur von Preisleistung zu empfehlen sondern die haben das beste Pizzas etc. Ich bestelle alle 2 Tage für meine Familie weil Beruflich kaum zeit habe zu kochen. Es schmeckt nicht wie Frassfood sondern wirklich wie Hausgemachtes essen Speisekarte ist sehr vielfältig für jeden etwas dabei und nicht Langweilig. Lieferung und Kundenservice Top Macht weiter so und bis bald 👋

Lecker, dafür er was teurer aber das ist okay, letze Lieferung 15 Minuten zu spät. Einmal ist keinmal.
