Really, I have never experienced such an unemphasized and truly disgusting boss in my life. It was immediately apparent that he didn't like me and the owner spoke in a correspondingly derogatory manner. This shop is not recommended for friendly people! I don't wish you all the best, I wish you some training on customer orientation :)

Very friendly service and super tasty pizza. €8 for the pizza, a good size and great tasting. I'll definitely come back.

Staff is very friendly and customer oriented. I had a lahmacun and a pizza. The Lahmacun is, very spicy, almost spicy, but delicious. The pizza also tastes good. Gladly again. 😀

I went to this Italian restaurant with friends today because I've always been happy with the pizza. But unfortunately our visit this time was a big disappointment. We decided to try something different and ordered a pasta dish and a pizza to share. The wait for the food was unusually long, and when it finally arrived, the pasta dish was simply inedible: the pasta and baked chicken were cold and the meat tasted like rubber. The noodles also had an unpleasant taste that was reminiscent of frozen food. The pizza was okay, but the other dishes left a lot to be desired. We asked for the pasta dish to be reheated, which also took some time. However, when we got it again, the taste was still far below what you would expect in a good restaurant. It just wasn't edible. When we mentioned this to the waitress, she offered us dessert on the house as compensation, which we declined as the entire experience was already disappointing. However, to our surprise we had to pay the full bill, which we found to be outrageous as we couldn't even eat the pasta dish. The waitress only responded to my complaint with a shrug of her shoulders. Unfortunately I have to say that after this incident I am no longer sure if I will visit this restaurant again in the future. The quality of the food and the service have deteriorated significantly, and the handling of our complaint was not very accommodating.

You're right - if you have something to complain about - you should first and foremost call them directly and talk to people personally - because that's the only way you have a chance of being able to respond DIRECTLY and, if necessary, change something. Anyone who has ever been to your store has noticed the pressure you are under to process orders, especially on the weekend! Just a lot of respect for that! Especially regarding the delivery yesterday! What a great employee.... super friendly and polite, competent and extremely loyal! I think every customer understands if it takes a long time. But if you just ask politely again after waiting about 50 minutes - then it would be great if there was an equally polite answer! But .. again - you make one of the best pizzas in Bielefeld and a great job... Just thank you for that, keep it up... and greetings to the whole Palermo team

Chinese dishes are absolutely tasteless. Every packet of soup tastes better. Has absolutely nothing to do with Asian food. Dry duck, rice and jelly-like sauce and then without the expected bed of vegetables. Too expensive even for the small quantity
