In my opinion the worst pizza in Remscheid!!! I can't say anything about the other food, I only ordered it once and won't do it again

Hey! Take a look at this review – you might recognize your own experience. This was my first time pre-ordering a pizza as I often use public transport. Unfortunately, despite ordering three hours in advance, I still had to wait 20 minutes on site. That was annoying and therefore only gives it 2.5/5 stars. Eat: The pizza was super tasty! Perfectly baked – not too light, not too dark, not too soft and not too crispy. If you want a particularly crispy pizza, you can simply specify that. I ordered a pizza with meat sauce and no joke - I've never eaten anything so delicious! 🤩 This is exactly what a pizza should be like for me! This definitely gives it 5/5 stars. Service & friendliness: The extra wait wasn't ideal, but the staff were very nice. The prices are also cheaper than expected and the ordering process is simple. However, it would be nicer if you were greeted a little more friendly on the phone - instead of just a simple "Hello" you could, for example. B. say: “Welcome to BigFood, your order please.” That would make a better impression. That's why the service is 4.5/5 stars. My conclusion: If you want really delicious food, this is the place for you! But be careful: the waiting time can be long because a lot of people order. I think this could be organized even better. Bin 40 jahre in Düren und war gestern zum ersten Mal im alt Düren und ich muß sagen da gehe ich nochmal hin.sehr gemütliches ambiente,sehr nette Bedienung ,das essen 1A und bundesliga.was willst du mehr.

So far we've always been pretty satisfied, but the food today (Asian) was disgusting. For that, just under €17 is really steep. We will not be ordering here again in the future

As usual, delicious pan pizzas! After the renovation, I also really like the location. Service friendly as always! :)

Unfortunately the food was cold. I was told that the boss would contact me on Monday, but nothing has happened yet. Ordered last time.

I've been ordering there for many years, but what I got today was a complete disaster. Fried rice with beef, without peas. I got a lump of rice with peas. The mixed salad looked like they forgot to cut it into small pieces. I'm out, deleted the app, and that's it.

Was at Pizza Big Boy's store today, nice atmosphere, food, catastrophe, kebab, see photo, hard black pieces in it, burnt pizza and plus when I got home he took five euros more from me than I had to pay last time I was there, not recommended

My wife always orders gnocci and for the third time they are burnt black on the bottom. I won't order them again. 1 time black okay but 3 times never. On the subject of pizza, it depends on who works there. Sometimes very tasty pizzas and sometimes it doesn't work at all, labbrieg, black, dry. Everything already happened. So slowly disappointed.

Super tasty, everything was hot, even though there was a large order of 14 dishes! That wasn't the last time. Thanks
