Was there today with my bro. Simply great service, very stable, very nice. The pizza rolls we ordered were really great. It's worth eating there, highly recommended.

Delivery man parks his vehicle partially on my lawn when he delivers to the neighbors!!!!! 😡🤬🤬

Food takes over an hour and the delivery person is completely rude and simply not recommended never again!!!!

I'm actually very happy with the food, everything is always delicious and everything has always been perfect as far as I can remember. Unfortunately, I think it's a shame that the prices are being pushed up further and then savings are being made on the product. Your aioli now costs €2, a hell of a lot of money for that little pot and then the contents become less and less. I've complained about it before but apparently it's continuing like this. The delivery times were also shorter, but that could be overlooked if the rest was correct.

Order more regularly from Hero. Unfortunately, delivery times have decreased significantly in the last few months. Sometimes we wait for over an hour and every time we call we say "sorry, we were busy". The food has always been very tasty so far.

The food is really highly recommended, but the delivery times are terrible... you order food because you want it to be quick and sometimes you wait 2 hours for delivery... and when you ask on the phone you always get the same answer. Very very unfortunate...

Unfortunately the pre-order was a flop. Ordered in the evening, delivery should have arrived between 7:20 p.m. and 7:40 p.m. At around 7:00 p.m., “Uber Eats” reported that the order was being prepared. At 8:10 p.m. I called and asked. The man on the phone was friendly and apologized for the delays because it was busy. But the delivery will be there in 5 minutes. What's not quite there, but at 8:25 p.m. When I handed it over, I asked whether the pizza had actually been prepared at around 7:00 p.m., because that would have been around 80 minutes ago. The man just said something like “I have no idea, I have 4 customers in Schwalmtal”. Well, the pizza was definitely less than lukewarm, so probably really that old. Really disappointing and a bit annoying. I'll never order there again. Maybe you should pause Uber and Lieferando if you have too many orders.

Food is always good but the delivery person is disgusting and just disrespectful. Harasses women on the street and can't even drive properly. Absolutely unacceptable. Make sure you hire the right suppliers and let them drive. If it happens again I will report it.

Wanted to give Pizza Hero another chance, I ordered spaghetti and found 2 long hairs boiled into the pasta... very hygienic. I lost my appetite straight away and threw the whole order away. I wonder what the circumstances are there and whether the health department visits there regularly. Never again.

I just ordered 2 pizzas that came incorrectly without the correct additions. Absolutely not recommended. When I called, all I received was an apology and whether this was a big problem. Then we got a call back with a €2 discount for soon if we wanted it. I renounce. Too bad

Absolute disgrace. It starts with the fact that the menu with the savings offers (reduced prices) has a 2€ surcharge for almost every dish compared to before. Then you are absolutely ripped off via Lieferando with an average surcharge of €1.50 per dish on top of the normal menu. Apart from the fact that it is basically not possible to deliver an order in full and something is always missing (which will not be refunded), the chef should charge €2 per pizza for garlic, whereas the garlic is on the pizza Pizza costs nothing. Well, not everyone likes the same amount of garlic and as a pregnant woman you have to be a little careful about the amount. But then it's no problem to charge 6€ for 3 pizzas, with prices that have already been increased by at least 10%. Old garlic card €1, new (savings card) €1.50 and at Lieferando €2 😂😂😂 hopefully the meaning is self-explanatory… but hey, friendly supplier

Very nice service, I ordered at a pizzeria and despite my lack of knowledge of German and poor knowledge of English, I was served and treated very well. The food was prepared very quickly and was very good. perfect proportions of sauce, meat and vegetables in the wrap. Thank you very much

Indian was really surprisingly tasty, I will definitely order it more often. Price/performance was good for around €14 pp. We ordered Chicken Vindaloo twice, lots of chicken, lots of potatoes. Plus a very tasty sauce, very intense and also very spicy.. The portion is enough for 2x without any problems, and there were also 3 pizza rolls per portion.

This was our second time ordering here. The delivery was on time. The food was hot and delicious. There's nothing to complain about as far as I'm concerned. Recommended 😀

Ordered today at 6:14 p.m. Food came but the mayo for 6 euros was completely missing. I called straight away and was made to wait on the phone for 15 minutes until my husband also called on his cell phone and had better chances than me. If we wanted to add the mayo, we said no because then the food would have been cold. I then asked that the 6 euros be transferred to me via PayPal, apparently that wouldn't work. Only after threatening that we wouldn't order there anymore and there was a bad review did they want to send the driver to give us back the 6 euros in cash, supposedly he would be there in 15 minutes. We've been waiting for almost an hour and no one came, the driver probably put the money in his own pocket and told his boss he was here. We're really pissed off the last time we order from Pizza Hero in Viersen.

I ordered there yesterday. I waited for over an hour even though when I ordered online it said it would take 40 minutes. From the time when it was ready in the live update status to when I got it, almost 30 have passed. That's definitely too long for fries and burgers. And that's exactly how it tasted. By now the fries were really soft and lukewarm. Just like the burger, which was now only lukewarm. Two of the pizza rolls were so black on top that it was no longer possible to eat them. I will no longer order there under these conditions.

I ordered there for the first time today and I was negatively surprised. The brownie was delicious but at €6.40 it was outrageous, as was the pizza at €4.20 where the price-performance ratio is simply modest. And something was missing from the order.

Today was the last time I ordered from Pizza hero. I ordered a pasta casserole. The thing wasn't even seasoned and it cost a whopping €11.40. For this price you can expect much more

Have just ordered, Hero Ring - ordered without pepperoni, but came with it. Penne Venice - didn't want corn and it also came with it. Sauce was very thin and inedible Gyro plate - fries were rock hard Tuna pizza rolls - very burnt Tzatziki went somewhat well Conclusion: ordered for the first time and never again!! Thanks for nothing

I have to say, I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews. I was very skeptical, but there was no reason for that. Delivery was quick, special requests were taken into account and the driver was super friendly. The food was great. 2* pizza, 2* pizza rolls, 1* pasta and a salad that was forgotten. Plus sauces. Conclusion: we called about the salad, very friendly, it was delivered immediately. The drawback was only 50 minutes later, but good, we were taken care of. Delicious pizza base, good toppings. Pasta is great and sauces too. The salad was also super tasty. Price performance is definitely right.

Klare Empfehlung für Pizza Hero Viersen. Besonders die "nicht alltäglichen Pizzen" schmecken mir sehr gut. Mein Lieblingsgericht ist der Hero-Ring mit Tzaziki-Dip. Den Kindern schmeckt sowohl die Margherita, als auch die Nudelgerichte. Die Mitarbeiter sind stets freundlich. 5 Sterne!

Der Bruder macht das beste Essen auch sehr kompetente Mitarbeiter und das wichtigste immer frisch und lecker wer eine schlechte Bewertung da lässt gönnt einfach nur nicht probiert wenigstens überzeugt euch selbst.

Sehr leckeres Essen freundliches Personal gerne wieder

Habe hier in Viersen mit meinem LKW Feierabend gemacht und hatte Hunger. Bin bei google auf die Pizzeria gestoßen und habe über Lieferando bestellt. Es kam zwar keine Bestätigung, aber die Lieferung war nach 20min da. Bin Pappsatt und lecker war es auch. Die Pizzabrötchen müssen morgen dran glauben. Ich kann nicht meckern. 👍

Schnelle Bedienung. Super freundliches Personal. Änderungen beim Belag überhaupt kein Problem. Keine zusatz Kosten. Preis Leistung Okay. Pizza sehr lecker. Zu empfehlen. Immer wieder gerne.

man muss sagen vieles alles auf der Karte schmeckt gut darum haben wir lange da bestellt und das wöchentlich, aber oft wurde was in der bestellung vergessen und dafür gab es nur eine trockene entschuldigung obwohl wir mehrmals darauf hingewiesen haben und sehr oft da essen

Zunächst waren wir etwas enttäuscht von der Bestellung, da auf einer Pizza anstatt Sucuk und Ei, Sucuk und Zwiebeln waren. Auch der Preis ist etwas hoch für die Größe der Pizza. Jedoch waren beide Pizzen extrem lecker, weshalb Pizza Hero dann doch 4 Sterne bekommt.

Egal was meine Großmutter und ich bestellt haben bisher, es war immer Spitzenklasse. Normalerweise ist fastfood immer fettig oder ölig aber nicht bei Pizza Hero. Preiswert und sehr lecker. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen

Schlechtester Service!!!! Haben uns eine komplett falsche Pizza geliefert auf Wunsch die richtige zu bekommen wurde gleich damit gedroht wehe es fehlt ein Stück sonst bleibt man auf den Kosten sitzen!! UNFREUNDLICH BIS ZUM GEHT NICHT MEHR, NIE WIEDER!!!!!! Und schmecken tut es dazu auch nicht
