Super friendly on the phone (unfortunately not standard for delivery services) and the order is always repeated and the total price is quoted. This means that errors are almost impossible. I always pick up my pizzas and they are always ready on time and hot. Quality is consistently good. I can highly recommend the Mäc Scharfos...the name really says it all (-:! We regularly order from Mäc Pizza and will continue to do so. One of the best delivery services in Celle and the surrounding area!

If I had known that I had to put the toppings on my baguette myself and that you had simply delivered the ingredients that were missing, including the salad, I wouldn't have needed to order it either 🤣

Food and price-performance ratio is ok and in keeping with today's times. BUT, unfortunately the service is no longer acceptable for me. In the last 12 months I have ordered a total of 4 times online, with the option ticked: “Pay with card upon delivery”! 3 of these 4 times, the “card reader was forgotten”. Yesterday evening I had to dig cash out of an old money box AGAIN because the device wasn't there. EXTREMELY uncomfortable as a result. Of course this can happen, but unfortunately it has become the “norm” here. which is a real shame. I can't judge the atmosphere because I've never been there. I generally recommend the pizza courier, but you have to go to the bank first and get cash... The fact that you won't be able to pay by card in 2025 is just a shame.

The food is not edible!!!! Everything is floating in old used oil! Simply disgusting!!!!!! The family was sick after eating so little (most of it was thrown in the bin)! The next morning the used cutlery in the dishwasher was moldy! I can only advise everyone not to order! For the sake of your health!!!
