Ordered burgers and mozzarella sticks over the phone. Specially mentioned that please be without bacon. I was told on the phone that it should take about 40 minutes. You can with plus minus 10min. life. Then I called after 1.5 hours and asked where my food was. The driver apparently left 5 minutes ago. Then I waited another half hour for my “food”. After my food finally arrived, which I waited 2 hours for, I had to spit out the food after one bite because the delivery, where I clearly said without bacon, was of course ordered with bacon. I called what it was supposed to be, waited 2 hours and then I couldn't even eat it. I called again out of anger and told them to pick up the food and bring me my money back. Food was picked up. Instead of giving all the money back and at least apologizing a little. The money was still taken from the mozzarella sticks. Simply outrageous and never again!!!!

Delivery came three hours after I ordered. The food was lukewarm to cold and generally below average in quality.

Ordered food online, confirmation came via email. Called 90 minutes later to ask when the food would finally arrive. Not at all, “some guy” called and canceled our order. Ridiculous...

The owner just hung up! I just wanted to order a large party pizza, listed on Lieferando as €18 with 3 toppings. I didn't want these 3 ingredients mixed together on the pizza, but rather a third of each with one ingredient. It was explained to me that I had to order something like this over the phone; it couldn't be done online. And they promptly ask for 25, then 20€. Justification: it creates more work in the kitchen. When I asked what difference it made whether the ingredients were mixed or put on the pizza individually, the man on the phone started complaining, said "then order it online" and simply hung up (I could still hear him talking about me loudly complained, he was obviously not alone in the room). I wanted to order from where I lived closest and then something like that! If you can't work professionally, you shouldn't do it. I didn't use my tone wrong, I asked a legitimate question. I've never experienced anything like that.

I'm not entirely happy with the fact that the lettuce in the burger hasn't been fresh for a long time, the pizza hasn't been cut either, when ordering online delivery I specified what kind of cupura it should be, but in the end the courier unfortunately had it I didn't have any change, I couldn't wait long and I didn't have half the change
