Good food at normal prices and nice staff

Today we stood in front of a closed door. It won't open again, we heard from passers-by. Where ?

First of all. They wanted to have more money even though Lieferando charged €2, but wanted €3 more. Then everything is fine and well ordered. Now I ordered again, waited for over 2 hours and after 2 hours the app said food was cancelled. Never again!!!!!! I love it, not even one star!!!!!!
