Never again!!! Despite apparently very good customer service. We were simply charged for an additional person. There were 13 of us and they claimed there were 14. The woman screamed like a madwoman and waved her hands around (no idea what she was trying to achieve with that). At first I tried to explain to her in a friendly way that there must have been a mistake, but she didn't respond at all. My brother paid €32 to avoid the stress because he had an 8-week-old screaming baby with him. I wouldn't have paid that. It's a rip-off and illegal. Don't deserve another chance. Charged €26 for my child and he only had 3 nuggets, a couple of fries and an iced tea. That's outrageous and can't be justified in any way. After I screamed at her in the same way after 20 minutes, she left without saying a word. As I said, my brother paid it for the goodwill. But for me, this scam is a done deal. Apparently, according to other reviews, I'm not the only one. Maybe the authorities should take a look at it!!!
