Asia Palast in Würzburg

I do not recommend this place to anyone. The arrangement is beautiful, I have nothing to complain about, but after eating the food (in the evening) the next day the whole family got food poisoning, fever, vomiting, headaches

The food is always good, but I find the prices at €32 per person a bit steep. Then there are the prices for cocktails.

We wanted something good for dinner and then came to the Asia Palace. When we came in we were not greeted in a friendly manner but were rudely asked to pay (€32). We sat down at a table and were excited about the food, but the food was okay but not recommended. Drinks weren't exactly good. Overall it is not recommended.

It used to be really good, but completely overwhelmed there when it was full, the buffet was OK but the grill was absolutely cheeky, the food was burnt, and after an hour we were literally thrown out, we actually still had an hour to eat. And then want to collect twice as much. Instead of 2 adults and 1 child, they wanted money for 4 adults. Just overwhelmed.

Food tastes okay. Service is very good. A lot of it is very oily, tastes like old fat and is almost cold. Price is cheap. Drink selection is great and also high quality drinks. Mass production brings inferior quality.

Food was cold and there were chunks of meat in the beef that didn't taste good! All in all, it is reminiscent of a large canteen! The water on the ice cream was completely dirty and different types of ice cream were mixed in! We won't be coming here to eat again!

Given its size, it is a beautiful location. Some of the food is cooked live upon request. The dishes that are already ready only change, which leads to a star deduction, but since it is there it always tastes good and is quickly refilled. What's particularly great is that drinks are included (with reductions for alcoholic drinks)

You come into the store and it smells like urine - the only thing I didn't eat was just drink 1x 0.5l iced tea. In the end the cashier wanted to insist that I had eaten something and should pay. In the end I was charged €5 for 1 bottle of iced tea. I paid and then they said I hadn't paid yet. In the end we spent €10 on a bottle of iced tea - crap shop (According to the others, food was cold but “edible”)

Today I went with my husband and daughter, and every two or three months we go and eat in this restaurant and return home happy with the staff, all of whom are friendly and smiling, and the food is delicious and clean. I advise everyone to try it. The most beautiful buffet restaurant in the world that caters to all ages. The boss in the restaurant is kind-hearted and pays attention to everything so that everything is neat and organized. I give her ten out of ten. I bless your efforts.

Large restaurant with a buffet. You don't have to reserve a place because they will always be waiting for you there. Very nice service, delicious food, great atmosphere, lots of tables, spacious parking lot, prices and menu for children. If you are nearby, check it out for yourself, I recommend this place.

Great buffet. Large selection from savory to sweet. From soup to fish to meat, sushi and chocolate fountains. You can put together plates and then a bowl with various sauces. This is then grilled and brought to the place. I miss spices here. The taste “only” comes from the ingredients and the sauce. Staff was nice, drinks including 2 beers are included. I think price performance is good. Parking spaces are free right in front of the door. I like the atmosphere. I'd love to come back. Thank you

Sometimes it's called the Asian Palace, sometimes it's called the Imperial Palace. The ambience tries to create an Asian feeling, but it doesn't quite succeed. For 19 euros in the lunch offer and 32 euros in the evening offer you get a quasi-flat rate including drinks, 2 bottles of beer are also included. Attention - the small print lists a 2.5 hour stay, each additional hour costs an additional 3 euros per person. The food tastes so-so. A lot of things are lukewarm, and some of the dishes look very much like industrial preparation. But overall there is enough choice and everyone can find their favorite. The counter with raw materials that are freshly prepared according to your selection (and then really warm) is good. There are enough staff, plates are removed very quickly so that there is room for new things. Overall, an appealing offer for those who are very hungry; A tip: start slowly and don't overload the first plate(s). I will come back.

We stopped here for dinner while passing through. The service is very nice, people often ask whether everything is right and the buffet displays are constantly checked and what is missing is communicated to the kitchen via radio. The main courses are very tasty and the ingredients that you can put together look like they are of good quality. Only the desserts weren't as convincing, partly because they don't seem to be delivered as frequently as the main courses. Regarding the ambience, an attempt was made to create an Asian flair. But you have the feeling of being in a very large and full canteen. You should know this before a visit. All in all, it was a nice evening. I could imagine eating there again, but it won't be my absolute new favorite restaurant.

If you feel like twisting your stomach every now and then, you definitely have to come here!!! The meat from the buffet was just lukewarm and the spring rolls were brutally soggy. I've never canceled an all you can eat before, but this was the first time it happened.

We visited the restaurant with our family and had a very unpleasant experience. Even though there were only ten of us, we were charged for two additional people, so we ended up paying €64 more. As soon as I paid, the amount seemed unusually high, and when I checked the bill I discovered that we had actually been charged for two additional people. While we were still in the restaurant, without leaving the place, we contacted the staff to clarify the problem. But instead of listening to us or solving the problem, the employees began to aggressively claim that the billing was correct. We were obviously ten people and not twelve as stated on the bill. When we suggested checking the surveillance cameras, we were rudely told that this was not possible. We were neither taken seriously nor were we initially given our money back. When we asked to speak to the manager, the staff simply ignored us and moved to the next table. After about 20 minutes of waiting and discussion, in which we were repeatedly loudly assured that everything was correct, we finally received the €64 thrown back in a wordless and rude manner. An evening that should have been lovely was completely ruined by this shocking behavior from the staff. This restaurant is definitely not recommended due to this outrageous treatment and lack of customer focus! NEVER AGAIN!!!

My personal most visited restaurant in Würzburg. Buffet price includes also a large variety of drinks. There are fresh grills of different sorts of meat, seafood and vegetables. And a variety of cooked dishes to select. Also Sushi, Salad, fruits, chocolate fountain, cakes, ice creams....

We were there on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. with four people and drove an extra 54km to eat at the Asiapalast. Unfortunately, there were mostly only leftovers from the buffet, some not at all. It wasn't refilled until the buffet ended at 10pm. When asked, they offered to bring something. However, this was not done. The things to grill were available but for a total of €128 for 4 people the large Asian experience buffet was pretty modest.

Fresh buffet, good selection and drinks flat rate. The freshly fried dishes come quite quickly. Unfortunately, the tables are quite close to each other, so you sometimes have problems getting back to your seat without having to bother another guest. In the rear area, where there would be more space, people are reluctant to be seated, even with a stroller.

My family have been there several times and recently held a big family gathering of about 50 people. The main point is value. For less than 20 Euro （Including two bottles of drinks which cost extra in other shops）the all you can eat buffet is good quality and so many choices. I especially like the seafood BBQ cooked on site for you. Drinks and beers also good.Big space and full of guests also helps keep material fresh.Parking space is also enough and free.Also there is a bus station just at their entrance. Highly recommended.

We ate at Asia Palast with 13 people. The store itself is ok, the selection is actually okay for the price (€32) per person with drinks. But there are other Asian restaurants that have more to offer and are tastier for €32. But the service is very rude, the tables are not cleared even though the shop was almost empty, the service puts guests' half-full bottles of water back in the fridge, which is not okay at all. There are also children's prices based on size, a 12 year old girl is billed as an adult for €32 just because she is taller, which in my opinion is a rip off, after a nice hint that she is still a child and is not allowed to drink alcohol yet It's not ok to be classified as an adult, since the adult price includes 2 beers. We were rudely almost thrown out with the words if you don't like it then leave and don't come back. And another child who is under 1.30m tall is billed as 1.30-1.50m even though they even have a measuring stick on the wall. This is not customer friendly. With something like that, you don't have to wonder why an Asian restaurant is full at this time on a Sunday and this one is almost empty. Management works differently too. It's understandable when a family with children comes in and simply turns around and leaves at the prices, which is what we observed today. Because honestly it's not an upscale restaurant, a child will never eat or drink for €32 in his life. Family-friendly and customer-friendly are different.

We were there in the evening! You are not allowed to order from the menu! Buffet only! Cost: 32 euros per person! Non-alcoholic drinks, max 2 beers included. If you leave too much on your plate, you should expect more costs. I didn't like the buffet, it was too spicy for me, even a dish that wasn't supposed to be spicy. We left 160 euros there for 5 people. I'm too sorry for the money. Eating was not enjoyable. I had to force myself to eat everything so I wouldn't have to pay more. We won't be coming back.

Ambience is like in a warehouse. We got a table right next to a passage, but it had to be used that way due to the mass processing there. Waiters reach over people who are still eating at the table without any consideration to clear away dishes. The quality of the food is worse than any Asian snack bar I've been to. So this is all about the masses and I can only recommend everyone to spend their money in a decent Asian restaurant, but please not there.

I found the staff at Asia to be so attentive and helpful; I haven't experienced anything like that anywhere in a long time. They were very helpful with me and helped me wherever I needed to without asking. I no longer noticed at all that I was sick and had difficulty walking and that I was pushing a forearm walker in front of me. They even recognized that I wanted to go to the toilet, ran forward and opened the disabled door for me. Until now I have never noticed this at all, although I have been to the Asia and previously to the Imperial Palace many times. I also enjoyed it really well, only something went wrong at the grill stand: this time my 2 pieces of kangaroo meat turned into 2 kangaroo chips. Anyway, I'll be back.
