We ordered through Liefranco and I would have liked to rate it through this portal, but this option was taken away from me, but more on that in a moment! As I said, we ordered several dishes, the waiting time for the quantity and the distance was, in my opinion, completely OK. I thought to myself that if they offer delivery from 14 km, they have a way of transporting the food accordingly so that it is also edible was arriving. The delivery arrived and then the misery began! The driver handed me one of the two paper bags with the food and at that moment the bottom of the bag tore and the food was scattered on the paving stones in front of my front door! The driver's first reaction was "not my fault!" the second was "You can still eat that!" You can still eat that 🤔, sure!!! The individual packages burst open, guacamole, potatoes and chicken with mole from paving stones scratch and enjoy your meal! Not a word of apology! So I got on the phone and called the restaurant. There was an employee who at least apologized, I was offered a subsequent delivery, but it should take at least 1.5 hours. “There are still 3 orders in front of me, which are just next in line”. Flexibility is zero!!! So we agreed that I would cut the paving stone dishes out of the bill. My son then made himself a frozen pizza, which I unfortunately had to envy. The dishes we were left with were anything but edible, the meat had died twice (dry wasn't even a word for it!), and it was as cold as the potato! The churros were fried for so long that I could crumble them with my fingers. The only good thing was the Nachos Tappas, but there isn't much to it, they are bought with it. Unfortunately, I can't rate the rest of the food because I unexpectedly didn't follow the driver's suggestion! Then I now come to the opportunity that was taken away from me to rate Lieferando. I received an email from Lieferando saying that the restaurant had canceled the reservation and that no more food would be delivered and Lieferando would like to apologize to me for this with a €7.50 voucher. Aha, no food is coming. Could I have just imagined the gray palate!? No, the way it goes is trying to save the commission to Lieferando!? In addition, canceled orders cannot be evaluated, two birds with one stone!? Because of this, I reported the process to Lieferando. I don't really believe that this will be of any use, but the whole behavior of the restaurant made me think so! If the staff had behaved differently, e.g. the driver comes back and in that time we have remade the dishes and then the delivery is immediate and you don't have to wait again because there are three more in line before you. Where there is a will there is a way! Things can go wrong, but then you have to have the professional stature and be able to deal with it in order to satisfy the paying guest. The food in the restaurant isn't exactly cheap either. I usually give everyone a second chance in this case too, but the whole process annoyed me so much that I'm not willing to do it here at first.
