I ordered lunch to pick up. Although there wasn't much going on, I first had to wait in the restaurant for my food (one employee was busy at the bar, the second employee was apparently relaxed in the kitchen anteroom next to the bar). At home I realized that the salad had been forgotten. It was great that the friendly employee from the office immediately responded in a customer-oriented manner and quickly brought the missing food home to me. He even added a small dessert.
