Today I was in Minden, on Obermarktstrasse, in the fish restaurant "Zum Fischbäcker", it is the only classic fish restaurant in Minden. In the very cozy restaurant I was struck by a beautiful mural, painting it on the wall like that was very time-consuming, as the extremely friendly waitress told me. I ate a perfectly fried, juicy zander fillet, only fried crispy on the "skin side". The zander is a freshwater fish and my absolute favorite among the fish. I also have a warm one , ate homemade potato salad. Lunch in the "Fischbäcker" restaurant was really delicious, to put it a bit casually. A big compliment goes to the very good cuisine and the friendly waitress. I can highly recommend the "Fischbäcker" restaurant.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏 🏻💕💕💕
