Today I was in Minden, on Obermarktstrasse, in the fish restaurant "Zum Fischbäcker", it is the only classic fish restaurant in Minden. In the very cozy restaurant I was struck by a beautiful mural, painting it on the wall like that was very time-consuming, as the extremely friendly waitress told me. I ate a perfectly fried, juicy zander fillet, only fried crispy on the "skin side". The zander is a freshwater fish and my absolute favorite among the fish. I also have a warm one , ate homemade potato salad. Lunch in the "Fischbäcker" restaurant was really delicious, to put it a bit casually. A big compliment goes to the very good cuisine and the friendly waitress. I can highly recommend the "Fischbäcker" restaurant.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏 🏻💕💕💕

All I can say is that this restaurant doesn't deserve a single star.. We made a reservation for a group for today (Friday) at 12 p.m. After the order was taken, we waited almost exactly an hour for the food. The children became more and more impatient. Understandable... When the food finally came in stages, with one child being served at the end, my menu was lukewarm or cold. It was an absolute impudence to then say, when we asked, that it would be Friday lunchtime. What was the reservation for? I quickly added my food to the fish fryer because it was cold and there wasn't a hair under the food on the plate. For me, this store is unacceptable and definitely cannot be recommended. Quite the opposite. There should be a sign in front of the shop that says: We don't care about the guests!!! I'm super mad. If only possible without stars

Die Edelfischplatte war sehr lecker. Heute statt Lachs, Kabeljau. Eine Empfehlung 👍. Die Bratkartoffeln haben ebenfalls wunderbar geschmeckt. Die Backfischplatte war auch sehr lecker. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Wir werden dort wieder essen. Es kam ein Gefühl von Urlaub an der Nordsee auf☺️

Einmal im Monat geht's zum Fischbäcker und noch nie wurde ich enttäuscht. Immer Lecker und das Personal ist immer zuvorkommend. Bis zum nächsten Mal, liebes Fischbäcker-Team.

Update 19.05.2023: Heute leider sehr unprofessionelle Servicekraft. Tische würden nicht abgeräumt, Bestellung war erst nach 15 Minuten und auch erst nach Aufforderung möglich. Danach mussten wir 50 Minuten warten bis unser Essen kam. Leider wurde auch das Besteck vergessen. Die Portion für 16 Euro war dann auch noch so übersichtlich klein, das ich danach zum satt essen zum Asiaten ging. Schade, wir haben dort schon oft besser gegessen.... ----------------- Sehr freundliches Personal. Mittagstisch sehr lecker und zu fairen Preisen. Hier kommen wir gerne wieder! Danke für den Service

Hier kann man immer wieder lecker Fisch essen.

Schönes kleines Restaurant mit leckeren Fisch-Gerichten. Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Essen wird schnell serviert. Man kann dort auch gut in der Mittagspause essen gehen.

Seelachs in Eihülle, Bratkartoffeln und kleiner Salat sehr lecker, freundliche Bedienung.

Ich war schon als Kind mit meinen Eltern/Verwandten hier, heute gehe ich mit meinen (inzwischen erwachsen) Kindern immer noch gerne hier essen! Dieses Restaurant hat nichts von seinem Charme und Qualität verloren! Wir freuen uns schon wieder auf unser Karfreitagstreffen im Fischbäcker...😋😋😋

lecker Backfisch, wie früher. Keine gepressten patties sondern Fisch im Bierteig. Trotzdem das es ziemlich voll war, bekamen wir unser Essen ziemlich schnell. Freundliche Bedienung, Preis passt👍
