Whoever wrote here that it is really authentic cuisine from Vietnam has never eaten really good Vietnamese food. The most typical thing about Vietnamese cuisine are the fresh herbs. I didn't have a single herb in my dishes! The summer rolls were rice noodles wrapped in rice paper with not much else in them. Not a single leaf of Thai basil, coriander, mint etc. The dip...I also asked if I could get Nuoc Cham with it was fish sauce with vinegar. Nuoc Cham can't do a Vietnamse, embarrassing! When eating, many of the summer rolls ended up being torn apart because the noodles were too wet...they also tasted like a water roll. The German waitress was hopelessly overwhelmed with answering questions about the dishes. Bun Bo Nam Bo was then again expected to be very tasty. No dish came to the table in a coordinated manner - I was there with a friend. I already had the starter, he didn't. Cold drinks are probably not that popular there either. They also put soups etc. on the table that we hadn't ordered. Oh yeah, the sushi rolls fell apart too. I don't want to do anything wrong to the store, after all it was 5000 times better than the rest of the Asian food stalls in MInden!!!!! But take credit for yourself as a chef: what goes on the plate doesn't have much to do with Vietnam...maybe that will change? I've NEVER had such bland Viet dishes!!! Someone probably wants to make money with the term Vietnamese cuisine. What you get is still far from the cuisine of Vietnam!!!! Even in a mini snack bar in Hanover the dishes are tastier than yours! I've already been to Vietnam and also to various Viet cuisine restaurants in Cologne, Hanover, Berlin, Hamburg......You still have a long way to go!!!!! As a European, I cook the same Viet dishes even more authentically than you!!!! P.S.: The menu - flyer - is also very minimalist. It is not clear whether the summer rolls/spring rolls are served with a dip and so on

Honestly? If we hadn't been invited, I would never have entered the store. Looks like the facility was collected from bulky waste. Everything old and mixed up. Reminds me of a school cafeteria. But: the food is amazing. Large portion for a small price! Therefore, definitely worth a visit!

Today I pre-ordered 2 pizzas, 1 rocket and 1 classic. I felt like I was in Italy. In my opinion this is one of the best pizzerias in Minden.

This guesthouse located on the outskirts of Minden is very cozy and the situation is quiet. The rooms are cozy and practically furnished. The bathroom is very tidy. Everything was found very clean. The beds are back-friendly. Checking in is easy using codes and key safes. The accommodation is well suited for business travelers and fitters. The room price is cheap. Breakfast is optional. I was here twice and was very satisfied.
