Nevertheless, you will receive prompt and enthusiastic service. I am constantly told that these people love their work and value their customers.

The food came way too late and if we hadn't called we wouldn't have gotten our food at all. It was simply handed over to our neighbor and supposedly they rang our doorbell and then just left it in the neighbor's hallway and didn't let us know. I would have preferred to give zero stars because in the end the food was no longer warm. And you should at least manage to hand over the food properly if you also write that you should please ring the bell for a certain name.
