Ordered kebabs for 7 people, waited 2 hours and got nothing! Not even a call that it wasn't working. Then we went to Mac Donalds. Never again Bulut!

I've been a regular customer at Bosporus for 25 years. The doner kebab is always delicious. The pita and ingredients are very fresh. I even took the bus and Saarbahn from Rodenhof to Lebacher Straße when the shop had to move to eat doner kebabs. I often spent hours there with friends and family. I ate a doner kebab for the first time in three years, and I have to say, unfortunately, the quality of the doner kebab leaves a lot to be desired. The pita is no longer fresh and crispy. The garlic sauce lacks flavor. The salad ingredients are also not as fresh. The entire doner kebab was very disappointing for me and my family. And the atmosphere of the shop was more like a storage room than an inviting snack bar. Unfortunately, that was the last time we ate there. Such a shame!

The kebab plate has been disappointing the last two times. Very salty and very thinly spread the sauce on top in three narrow strips. Things were much better with the previous boss. Too bad
