Fresh bread for the kebab, baked just beforehand. Very good meat, no matter what time of day it is. I can fully recommend the kebab!

Super friendly... Mega portions... 1A qualities

Until four years ago, we lived in Gerolstein and regularly ate kebabs, etc., which tasted very good. Since then, we've occasionally come from Leverkusen to Gerolstein to eat at Baris. The guys are very nice and friendly, professional, and fast. We would recommend everyone to visit Gerolstein and enjoy a delicious meal here.

Something else was delivered that wasn't ordered and we didn't get the money back.

Was there today. Lots of activity and therefore long waiting times. Okay in itself. But I think it's unfair to wait 10 minutes and not even be able to place an order. Another person comes and can order before me. If you politely point out that you've just been treated roughly, you'll be met with "You didn't call." I find the comment that I haven't even been able to order for 10 minutes and the statement that I'll have a nice day to come to you to be outrageous. It's not about me having to wait long. It's about me acting like everyone else and simply not being served. It is also logical that people who have ordered by phone get their order faster and the shop owner has to manage this. The point here is that I get in line and someone else who apparently hasn't called himself gets in line before me. With good customer service, I would have expected that my order would be taken. At least I know where I probably won't go anymore.

It was a good dinner and a very nice atmosphere. We would like to come back when we are in Saarburg

All in all okay, very nice staff, prices okay, tasted good but unfortunately not very good, the fries weren't cooked through and the pizza was also rather weak.

Very bad! Far too expensive for what is packed into the kebab. Outrageous! The quality of the meat doesn't look good and is fried while the kebab skewer is standing. Store is dirty. Tables glued. There's something lying around everywhere. Ashtrays outside have not been cleaned for a long time. Employees quickly reach their limits during peak times. The order simply isn't processed even though you're standing in front of the counter and waiting. After asking several times, I still wasn't taken into account. I left the store without a word and left. Unfortunately, I am forced to give it one star. Zero stars would be better. Please don't go there on your lunch break.

The kebab was delicious and very reasonably priced. It was prepared very quickly, even though it was very busy and the staff were quite stressed. However, everyone remained friendly. Highly recommended!

Food was good. Meat was well seasoned. I think you could tweak the sauce a bit and it would be perfect. I can only recommend it.

The kebab was cut too thick for us and therefore not as crispy as we usually know it
