The cheeseburger contained the specified ingredients such as lettuce, tomatoes and cheddar cheese, but there were also cucumbers, cucumber water and cucumber sauce, which were not mentioned at all in the description. The reaction to the customer's comment was particularly outrageous: Instead of responding to the legitimate criticism, the customer was informed that the cheeseburger had been prepared this way "for 30 years." Even worse: the customer was blamed - he supposedly had to say that he didn't want cucumbers. This is completely illogical and unreasonable, because how is a customer supposed to unsubscribe from something that is not even listed in the list of ingredients? Such a disrespectful and dismissive approach to feedback is unacceptable and shows little understanding of customer service.
