We were just there for dinner. The snack bar itself is dirty. We ordered 2 Yufka and one fries with nuggets. The nuggets were made from pressed meat. Once you took a bite you just couldn't swallow. The fries were ok, although it has to be said that the oil must have been very old. The sauce in Yufka was poor in taste. We also ordered 4 drinks. There was dust and small crumbs in the rim of the Coke cans. We asked for straws but unfortunately there were none. We paid and left everything. It is completely unclear to us where the good reviews come from. But if you want a really good kebab in Pforzheim, you should go to Star Kebap.

Hello, I definitely have to share that with you. I've never experienced anything like that. Today I ordered a kebab plate with bread and a 4 nugget box. It was delivered by a boy not even 10 years old. I was surprised for a moment, but it was probably driven. Then it went on, I specifically ordered with bread, which wasn't included, and the sauce was supposed to come separately, due to an intolerance. I then contacted the boss and told him everything normally and then the worst happened and I've been saying that for years. They don't give a shit, if everything is right you're the brother and if you have criticism there is ZERO insight. Of course they did NOTHING wrong and I sat on my order AND HE BANNED ME FROM THE HOUSE. In the future, survive whoever you're throwing your hard-earned money down the throats of. Very good fast food restaurant, regardless of whether you decide to “eat here” or take away. Ambiance is good, tables are always clean, food is brought to your seat.
