City Grill Döner & Pizzahaus in Pforzheim

Hello, I definitely have to share that with you. I've never experienced anything like that. Today I ordered a kebab plate with bread and a 4 nugget box. It was delivered by a boy not even 10 years old. I was surprised for a moment, but it was probably driven. Then it went on, I specifically ordered with bread, which wasn't included, and the sauce was supposed to come separately, due to an intolerance. I then contacted the boss and told him everything normally and then the worst happened and I've been saying that for years. They don't give a shit, if everything is right you're the brother and if you have criticism there is ZERO insight. Of course they did NOTHING wrong and I sat on my order AND HE BANNED ME FROM THE HOUSE. In the future, survive whoever you're throwing your hard-earned money down the throats of. If you treat your customers like this, you have no business being in the service sector. CITY GRILL ‼️.. NEVER AGAIN

Unfortunately only salad in the yufka. Hardly any meat. Also in the kebab. Very sad!

So the “chicken plate” is not chicken but beef and then in the description you only write coleslaw only fries and chicken meat and garlic sauce what do you get exactly right I had 2 sauces limp fries beef and corn my god my screamed It's not free to put in what you want, you pay for it then it should arrive that way but no, you can't get it and by the way you can be happy that I saw the corn because I'm allergic but I'll never order it again and I will for that make sure that my people never order there again for you, read the descriptions through the CHICKENTTELLER you can get out of the trash!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a kebab plate through Lieferando and the meat wasn't freshly cut off the spit, it was old leftover meat from the past! It was old, bland, dry, limp, burnt and tasteless and it smelled funny, risk of stomach ache! Do you think that just because I'm not there and can't see where the meat comes from, I don't notice? I noticed that immediately! And then cover the whole meat with sauce because you think it won't be noticeable? Mess! never again !

Very solid kebab at Yufka. It is sliced ​​thinly and filled with fresh vegetables in optimal quantities. The price is very reasonable and the preparation is quick.

I didn't get what the app said I ordered. Plus, they didn't heed my warning. I explicitly announced that my husband was allergic to onions. What did they do? Of course the wrong Yufka was marked “my husband’s”, i.e. his had onions even though it said “Without”. I called them and they didn't even apologize, very rude. I will never order anything from them again.

Ordered 20 pieces of chicken nuggets and fries via Lieferando. Unfortunately only 11 nuggets were received and 2 chicken bullets were given by citizens as a replacement for the 9 nuggets. Fries are also hardly seasoned or not seasoned at all. Until then, no problem, but without notification of this change, I will no longer order here.

Wrong delivery again even though I called and asked not to forget anything. Food delivered half raw. I'm addressed by Bre on the phone. My Selle dish looks like it was made in 4 years. I requested that a new delivery be made. I was told that the new staff are learning and that they are under a lot of stress. I walked past and saw all the staff 5 people in the back of the room laughing at videos on their cell phones there was no stress and older staff were also there when I showed the food they said it looks good I'm being banned from the store and should Going out to eat somewhere else with a threatening look has been a regular guest for 25 years. The quality of the food has declined significantly over the years. I recommend you eat somewhere else like the staff recommended to me.

It's a shame what City Grill has become, it used to be one of the best kebab shops in Pforzheim. The food didn't taste good at all, I had extreme stomach cramps...

No revelation in terms of taste! Probably poultry meat, hardly seasoned and only lightly grilled. Vegetables were fresh, but I missed the red cabbage. Were supplied by a service provider, so I can't say anything about the service and ambience and don't want to include the soggy kebab bread in the rating.

Just ordered everything TOP. I can't say anything about the ambience since I ordered. But for eating yourself. The food was TOP for the time. The delivery took a while but the driver apologized. No problems with the food either. Food was warm and delicious. Gladly again.

Ordered through UE. Both my husband, our daughter and I had stomach problems after eating. We had kebab, kebab plate, pizza and salad. It's a shame... We won't be ordering anymore.

Very nice staff and also one of the best kebab shops in Pforzheim. Prices are reasonable and you'll be full. For someone who doesn't come from Pforzheim, I would recommend this kebab shop.

Yesterday we finally filled our stomachs with a colleague from the ShishaBar in Pforzheim. Just decided to come here from the car. (We were there last year). 2x kebab (chicken) with everything 2x Ayran and really spicy! Whoa, what was that please??? I ate 2/3 thirds on site and the rest “to go”! The last 1/3 for lunch today! There was what felt like a whole chicken meat in it, I've rarely been so full in my life! ! 🫣😻😵‍💫 The store is clean, the Kurdish employee with his charming German was funny and there was no shortage of jokes with him. That's what I want as a customer, thank you! Repetition? In any case! 😉

Catastrophe we ordered and the man on the phone said it would take him an hour to deliver it, we waited exactly 2 and a half hours! Then he came and didn't even have change and then when we had our food it was cold and my pizza didn't have any sauce and the kebab didn't look appetizing either. Then you call the kebab shop and they say he'll bring sauce and then we called again and told the story to another colleague and he didn't come to meet us at all. The sauce was brought to us but it was cold.

Nette Mitarbeiter; jedoch war das Fleisch nicht von sehr guter Qualität. Ist am Ende unterer Durchschnitt.

Absoluter Lieblingsort nach der Schule. Nach Bedarf machen die Mitarbeiter immer gerne mehr Soße drauf oder auch Gemüse. Preisweise ist es leider vor kurzem gestiegen was leider für mich etwas zu teuer ist.(6Euro für einen Döner 6.50Euro für einen Yufka) Mitarbeiter immer Freundlich!

Nach der schule immer super. Döner schmeckt lecker, wenn man nachfragt machen die äußerst netten Mitarbeiter gerne mehr Soße drauf und preis-Leistung Verhältnis ist sehr super.

Schmeckt zwar richtig geil, aber die Lieferung ist unmöglich. Wie kann man einen Lieferzeitpunkt angeben, ihn aber nicht einhalten!?!? Ich warte jetzt schon knapp 1,5h obwohl abgegeben war, dass sie maximal 45 min brauchen! Unerhört!

An sich wirklich gut . Leider immer Magen Probleme danach

Das Dönerfleisch war zwar gut, jedoch mussten ich und mein Kumpel 30 Minuten auf unsere Dönerboxen warten. Es kamen in Zwischenzeit mindestens 20 andere Leute, die ihre Yufkas und Dönerboxen noch vor uns bekamen. Vermutlich war das nur ein Einzelfall, jedoch wenn man hier isst bitte darauf achten, dass es etwas länger dauern kann!

Das Essen ist lecker, und saube auch BOSS und seinen Mitarbeitern sind alle nett und freundlich und respect 🙏😁
