Unfortunately, the snack bar didn't really score points for me. When I ordered Big Döner and Turkish pizzas with salad and meat, the last one only had salad in it. But payment as ordered 😏
Megaaaaaaa....ihr habt uns so manchen Abend vor dem Hungertod gerettet. 🤣
Tolle Mannschaft, immer freundlich und gut drauf. Lecker Essen!!! Sehr zu empfehlen!
***UPDATE***
Unfortunately, I have to lower my rating from 3 to 1 star. After a good six months, a friend who was there with me that day received information that the owners intend to take legal action against the review. This behavior, driven by an obvious inability to accept criticism, is speechless, but it explains the good rating for this shop. So, they'd rather care about a critical review (which, incidentally, is true) than about the poor food quality or cleanliness.
***ORIGINAL REVIEW***
The doner kebab is probably rather average.
The bread is nothing special, and they only serve chicken. The vegetables were unfortunately a bit soggy and consisted mainly of large chunks of potatoes. The sauces are tasty, but were used quite sparingly, even though I ordered them all. The cheese was also good, and the salad, etc., was fresh.
The shop is small and could be tidier. The cleanliness was just acceptable.
Unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly recently. The kebabs where you were previously given a gag order have collapsed significantly. The bread is now tasteless and bland. The price keeps going higher. And the quality is getting worse and worse.
...running...ordered food for delivery today at 7:40 p.m. I was told on the phone that the delivery time would be about 45 minutes (8:25 p.m.). The order was supposed to be delivered at 9:20 p.m., about 55 minutes after the previously promised delivery date. I had already lost my appetite and no longer wanted the food, so I didn't accept delivery.
Sorry, but deliver the food a good hour later and assume that the customer takes the order and accepts the whole thing...not with me!
Either the previously stated delivery time is close to the previously agreed date or the customer is deliberately relying on the forbearance of the customer, who accepts the late delivery.
If things get tight, you should employ more staff or simply give an honest answer at the time of delivery.
A dissatisfied customer!
