We recently went out to eat and have mixed feelings about our visit. The food was really excellent – ​​fresh, tasty and beautifully presented. The waiting time was also absolutely fine, our food came to the table quickly and hot. Unfortunately, the service marred our experience significantly. As soon as we entered, we were not greeted in a friendly manner, but were handed the menus without comment and had to find a table ourselves. The waitress was unfriendly from the start and seemed annoyed instead of caring about the guests. She was very young and clearly had no service experience - she just didn't know how to interact with guests. What was particularly disappointing was that she didn't respond to my wishes at all and instead argued with me. Instead of remaining professional, she became even more stroppy and downright rude. After that she completely ignored us and another waiter had to take over. But that wasn't enough - she kept looking at us with such a stupid look and was obviously trying to provoke us. It's a shame, because the restaurant definitely has a lot to offer in terms of cuisine. With better trained staff and a friendlier atmosphere the overall picture could be greatly improved!
