Very friendly service - the store was spontaneously opened for us at 11 p.m. The pizza was tasty with a thin, crispy base, but a bit too salty. Overall a nice shop.

According to google, they are open until 23:00, but I was told they are closed at 22:00.

A totally overrated location for me: Yesterday at 4 p.m.… I was standing at the waiting sign in an empty restaurant and was ignored by the staff. I then ordered a sparkling mineral water and was brought a still water to my table. Cutlery was immediately placed on the table along with the drink. Five minutes later, another waiter brought more cutlery! It's well known that pizzas extend well over the edge of the plate. In the past, you were always given a paper mat before serving so the pizza wouldn't spill onto the table. Yesterday, my pizza was served, and the crust was on the bare table. I wanted to pay with the remaining balance on my voucher. Unfortunately, the voucher cards have been unredeemable since August 2023 because the provider has supposedly changed. The restaurant claims that a payout isn't possible, and the responsibility is shifted to the customer. I'm supposed to handle the payout using a QR code. I've registered there once, but it doesn't seem very reputable. They request personal information from me before paying out. I'll report the whole matter to the consumer protection agency. Another reason not to visit L'Osteria again...

I can only agree with my predecessor on this point. I'm just disappointed. The dough is below average. Looks or tastes like industrial dough. Every Indian can do this better. It's a shame about the nice money. The warmed pizza rolls round off the negative experience. A frozen pizza from the gas station would have been a better choice.
