Never again! An absolute disappointment! We received a very warm welcome at the beginning, which initially left a positive impression. But the mood quickly changed when we were confronted with the unfriendly and unprofessional treatment. We came with our children, and what was particularly negative was the extreme unfriendliness towards children! Our little ones were literally ignored and treated unkindly. No smile, no patience - it was just disappointing. We actually wanted to eat pizza, but the menu wasn't available that day - instead we were presented with a selection of fine meat with truffles, which was completely inappropriate for our children. When we simply wanted to leave after the first drink, which was already on the table, we were not allowed to do so. Instead, we were accused of “lost sales” because we had a reserved table but clearly didn’t order enough. That was really rude and unprofessional! And as if that wasn't enough, the staff was simply ungrateful despite tips and a very friendly approach on our part. It seems as if the employees there do not attach any importance to a positive atmosphere or good customer loyalty. In short: We will never visit this restaurant again and can only strongly advise against it. Very disappointing and a huge mistake.
