We ate there for the first time recently. We had the bruschetta as a starter: white bread, garlic, tomato, arugula, and balsamic vinegar. It was okay, but nothing outstanding. My wife had the gyro calzone; the dough, filling, and tzatziki were good, although a little lacking in the typical gyro seasoning. The IL Gabbiano pizza (special) I ordered was very good and had a variety of toppings, but it was served on a base that I would deny the right to call pizza base. The dough had barely risen and was therefore very thin, with almost no crust, and a rather bland flavor. Sorry, but it could be much better. The service was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and courteous at all times. We found the atmosphere okay, but everything was a bit hectic due to the constant coming and going of guests. But that may have been due to the time (peak) of our visit. I didn't like the fact that dogs are tolerated in the restaurant, even if they behaved calmly, as they did this time.
