The quality of the food is very good, the atmosphere is nice, but the service is subpar. That was the last time we visited the restaurant. We had reserved a table for a birthday dinner and were asked to set something up accordingly for the birthday. That hadn't happened. However, that was the least of the problems. Apart from that, we have rarely felt so unwelcome as we did that evening. In order to order, we each had to make ourselves known. We paid at the counter because the waiter didn't think it was necessary to check whether we wanted to order anything else, etc. More than unfortunate. Since I travel a lot for work, I can say that I have rarely encountered such poor service.

Highly recommended. Was a guest at Tiramisu for the first time today. First impression: Great atmosphere, all tables beautifully set, real tablecloths and real candles on the tables, beautiful Christmas decorations. Second impression: You can stop here for lunch and take a 'time out' to eat. Good atmosphere, very professional waiter (like the guys in Italy). Third impression: Perfectly served, very lovingly decorated and very, very DELICIOUS! Conclusion: 5 stars and 101% recommendation!
