Today we went to the thermal baths for “brunch and splashing around”. In this review I'll address the "brunch" part. We had a voucher so we thought we would give it a try. After the bad reviews we didn't expect much and were pleasantly surprised. It was an Italian brunch with caprese salad, shrimp and fried vegetables (unfortunately cold but still delicious) as well as ham, salami and cheese, all of which were brought to the table on a tier. You could bring yourself sparkling wine, juices and water. Super delicious fresh bread, jam, fruit salad, waffles and, as a warm dish, minestrone. Everything was delicious and we liked everything too. But if you didn't like something that was handed to you without asking, I can imagine that you would be disappointed. There was only brown bread, no rolls or white bread. Don't get me wrong... the bread was bomb and we liked it a lot. But the selection was already very limited. The waitress brought 1 coffee at the beginning after which she was no longer to be seen. So ordering more coffee would have been difficult... luckily the one coffee was enough for us. Lt. You probably would have had to pay extra for a second coffee. Conclusion... It was tasty, it was plentiful, we were satisfied and full. But I can understand people who are not satisfied. And now the main point of criticism is why we wouldn't come to brunch anymore and can only give 3 stars... The surcharge on the thermal bath ticket for brunch was €33 per person. The brunch was absolutely not worth it with the selection and service. There should have been more choice with even more high-quality products. Then paying extra for a second coffee would be the cherry on the cake. Price/performance maximum grade 5. For a maximum of €20 per person, we would have considered coming back again, even without a voucher.
