Had booked a place there for 12 people today, The drinks were there on time and were picked up quite quickly...which were also delivered very promptly.. Then 4 people ordered a starter plate of zucchini, tomatoes, olives, mushrooms, eggplant... etc... Plus normal dishes, and the remaining people also have a main course... The starter plate came after about 30 minutes... The matching plates 2 minutes later... And the sliced ​​baguettes, cold, about 10 minutes later... The starter was nothing special but it was good to eat... Of course it would be great if plates and baguette (toasted on one side would have been great) were there at the same time.... So now a good 1.5 hours passed until the first main course arrived.... pasta with porcini mushroom/chanterelle sauce.... Plates cold... And noodles no longer warm either, taste really OK Dish for my wife... If it was a handful of spaghetti it's a lot, without a starter you would definitely have been hungry... I had pizza mix with double cheese... Pizza very cold, double cheese everywhere but not on my pizza... The edge on the outside is very thick and unfortunately it's just not nice to eat when it's cold... In the middle the dough is very thin and soggy... Pizza has completely hung down and Not crispy at all, it just tasted like fresh mushrooms. Unfortunately there was nothing else to taste... And it was exactly the same with the other 6 pizzas and a calzone.... When I tried to cut the pizza at the table for my little niece, I almost broke my hand because the knives were so blunt (but they were all at the table) That would be a great investment,,,, sharp knives.. The rest. Pasta dishes, well as I said, very small portions... And now not a feast for the palate... The waitress (lady) somehow had problems with the language, unfortunately we didn't understand what she was saying. The gentleman who served us was very courteous and competent... Friendly... All in all, I found the restaurant's decor OK.. Then no one wanted any dessert, not even a coffee or cappuccino, because we thought it would take so long again and no one wanted that... I hope that this little push will make things better... I still wish you continued good business

A mixed experience – more pizzeria than ristorante The fresh ravioli tasted great, but the lamb was unfortunately tough and disappointing. It seems that the real strength of this place lies in the pizza - it's probably the best seller on the menu. The menu is reminiscent of a classic ristorante, but the ambience tells a different story. The dark room with simple wooden tables without tablecloths appears more sober than inviting. The typical Italian flair that you expect from a ristorante is unfortunately missing here - it's difficult to feel comfortable. It's definitely a good choice for pizza fans, but if you're looking for a traditional Italian restaurant you might be a little disappointed.

Ich war hier mit meiner Familie und haben erstmal Garnelen als Vorspeise bestellt. Die waren super! Auch di Pizzen waren perfekt. Service war sehr nett, besonders die italienische Frau. Insgesamt waren erstaunt. Das Essen kam bei uns kam in circa 5 Minuten. Insgesamt würde ich es sehr empfehlen.

We had lunch with several people on Monday. I ordered tortelini panna and asked in advance whether the tortellini were all dente or soft. I was told they were soft. Ok, the order came, firstly there was way too much Parmesan on top. The pasta was more than al dente and had been in the water for a maximum of 30 seconds. The ham was cut way too thick and didn't look appetizing. All in all, I let the noodles go back with the request that I ordered them soft and would be nice if I could get that. After 10 minutes my tortellini came back. But well, they weren't soft the second time either, and this time because apparently it wasn't enough the first time. Now add twice as much Parmesan. But what needs to be praised and therefore the 2 stars is the pizza. The pizza is great, there's no other way to say that. But unfortunately the tortellini made the rating so bad.

The pizza was good, you can't complain about that. I ordered an original Spaghetti Carbonara (it is made from egg yolk and has no cream). In the original carbonara, the pasta was not cooked through and the egg yolk was still runny, this should not be the case. The pasta for the children was peppered and therefore not edible for them.

Wir eine Gruppe von 8 Freunden hatten im La Strada viel Spaß gehabt. Das essen, größtenteils Pizza und etwas vom Grill war einzigartig. Der Service war top. Wir mussten nicht lange warten und alles wurde zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit erfüllt. Anschließend gab es noch ein Grappa aufs Haus Toller Abend

Very good Italians have been going there for years, even drive 45 minutes, usually combine it with a wellness sauna weekend or just take the dogs for a walk in the beautiful Bad Orb, the food is delicious, the service is friendly, the boss is also usually there, we just feel comfortable probably there as regular guests anyway!!

Were visiting Bad Orb and ended up in this beautiful restaurant in the evening, super tasty 😋 and incredibly friendly all the staff, it's a shame that Tuesday was a day off, otherwise we definitely would have been there again. Small menu and everything freshly cooked, and that's really important, thank you very much and all the best for the future.

Unfortunately disappointing. Friends wanted to eat there with us, and since there was an event with reservations taking place on site, we took it to go. Not a problem per se. I asked if there was also the option of a tomato salad, and after a short back and forth I said yes. Halfway through we noticed that the salad was missing. But what came next was amazing. 12€ for a plate of tomatoes is more bad than good. You couldn't call it dressing either. For the vegan who ordered the pizza without cheese, we had to scrape it off. For us a sentence with X.

I found this restaurant through the navigator, since we were in the area... it was written that arriving in an hour they would close for lunch break, but to our great surprise that day they would not have a break. When I asked if there was room for 2 (my girlfriend and me). People looked down on us to see if we were dressed appropriately and were told we would close straight away, even though it was only 7:30 p.m.

Actually, I don't write bad reviews. But the service has become really subpar. We had to say three times that we wanted to pay and waited almost an hour for our food. And the store wasn't full! 😞

Once and never again I threw away 25.80 euros because the pizzas were tough like chewing gum and not baked through. Telephone ordered but the order was forgotten. It's better to drive a few kilometers further towachtersbach where you'll get pizzas like you're used to in Italy and not fancy stuff

We went to la strada last weekend because of the excellent reviews! The restaurant is dark and elegantly furnished with comfortable armchairs and the food, from pizza and pasta to tiramisu, is all delicious, simply fantastic! The service was very friendly and accommodating! It's a shame we don't live nearby; we would definitely be regulars!

When we were there on February 17th, the Italian restaurant didn't have any pizza on offer. Apparently the “pizza maker” wasn’t there. However, no effort was made to fix the problem. There wasn't even a bit of bread with the salad, which was charged at full price. An absolute disgrace as an Italian in my eyes. You don't feel like you're being taken seriously as a customer.

Hey, we've never eaten Italian so well... and we've traveled a lot around the world... the limoncello spritz, the pasta and pizza, the salad and the great dessert... everything was a real treat... including the service Service and the entire ambience are top..! We always like to come back.. the restaurant is highly recommended..

Pizza wurde bestellt und nachdem man zur angezeigten Uhrzeit da war, musste man in der Kälte noch 30 Minuten warten. Als wäre das noch nicht genug, bekam man eine Pizza, die sichtlich kleiner war, als sie sein sollte. Dazu kam, dass 60% des Randes schwarz gebacken war und leider entsorgt werden musste. Über die 3 brocken Käse die dort auf der Pizza waren, obwohl man DOPPELT KÄSE bestellt hat, brauch man garnicht anfangen zu reden. Das ist eine absolute Frechheit. Die Kirsche auf der Torte war die Temperatur des essens. Nach nichtmal 5 Minuten heimfahrt war das Essen so kalt, als hätte ich die Pizza über Nacht auf dem Wohnzimmertisch liegen gelassen. FRECH! Das Pizzabrot, welches mitbestellt wurde, sah nicht viel besser aus. Mehr so, als wäre es in die kohlebrocken gefallen. Für diese Preise erwartet man definitiv mehr, als das. Jeder dönermann, der in einem ranzigen Eckladen in einer Großstadt steht, macht eine bessere Pizza. Die 1 Sterne gibt's nur, weil die Pasta in ordnung war und es nicht anders ging. Allerdings nichts, was man zuhause ohne große Kocherfahrung auch machen könnte. Leider auch mit sehr dunklem Käse und die scheinbar eine kinderportion Alles in allem eine riesen Enttäuschung!!!!! Mache besser nicht nochmal

Früher mal gut; mittlerweile nur noch mittelmäßig.....wir waren einmal Stammgäste. Wenn ihr das wieder wollt, so denkt an die Kundenzufriedenheit; ein kleines Lächeln oder ein kleiner Gruß aus der Küche, kostet lediglich ein paar Euro-Cents....die Portionen werden immer kleiner; leider ist das so. Die Preise für eine Kleinstadt etwas überteuert.

Das Essen (Pasta) war ausgezeichnet. Die Portionen waren reichlich. Der Service aufmerksam aber nicht aufdringlich. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Wir waren heute, 9.11.23 im Restaurant La Strada und hatten die BESTE italienische Pizza welche wir in Deutschland je serviert bekommen haben. Ausgezeichnete Qualität, im Holzofen/Steinofen gebacken😃👌🏻. Das Servicepersonal hat uns sehr freundlich bedient und alle Mitarbeiter welche uns bedienten sprachen ausgezeichnet Deutsch. Diese Pizzaria können wir nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Es war der Hammer. Ich war sogar alleine da, aber ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt. Es wurde sich sehr schnell und freundlich immer um einen gekümmert und jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Die Pizza war ein Gedicht, der Weißwein mega süffig, der braune Grappa klasse und der Espresso typisch italienisch! Ich hatte tolle 2 1/2 Stunden die aus einem regnerischen, miesen Tag ein wunderschönen, gelungenen Abend gemacht haben. Vielen Dank dafür ❤️😋

Ein sehr sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant. Meraviglioso. War auf Fortbildung in Bad Orb (practica 2023). Sind über mittag und gleich am nächsten Tag abends nochmal hergekommen. Gott sei dank reserviert vorher. Ansprechendes Ambiente, zuvorkommendes und schnelles Team. Grazie Giovanna e tutti. Die Speisen revolutionär. Schade, dass es so weit weg ist (ca. 200km), sonst würde ich zum Stammgast werden.

Super Essen, sehr nettes Personal

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Das Restaurant war gut besucht, der Service war zufriedenstellend. Ich komme gerne wieder. Ich fand den Preis echt zu günstig. Die Qualität war top. Der Lillet könnte etwas geschmackvoller sein.

Ich war schon mehrmals bei La Strada. Und es war immer sehr gut und hat unsere Erwartungen immer übertroffen. Wir haben stets den Tisch reserviert. Von Pizza bis Lachs und Nudeln alles probiert- 5 Sterne Essen! Gute Weine, gute Beratung welcher Wein zu Essen passt. Die Bedienung ( die italienisch sprechende Frau) ist super nett, zuvorkommend, berät gut. Wir waren immer zufrieden. Ich gebe 5 Sterne für diesen Lokal. Sogar 6.

Die Vorspeise war Super. Die Pizza ok. Allerdings war der Service ein Reinfall. Das Restaurant war nicht besonders voll. Trotzdem fehlte zur Vor Suppe der Löffel. Die Getränke kamen nach dem Essen. Beim Steak meines Freundes kam der Salat garnicht. Trotz zweimaligem nachfragen. La Strada wird seiner Optik nicht gerecht Das geht besser

Ich schreibe sonst nie Bewertungen. Aber bei La Strada Bad Orb schon. Leider nicht, weil das Essen super war, das war es, die Pizza die beste seit langem..Sondern weil der Service so unterirdisch lahm und ineffektiv ist. Für eine halbe Stunde Genuss 1,5 h warten, ist zu viel. Und dann vom Chef angesichts der Kritik schnippisch abgefertigt zu werden, reichte dann. Offensichtlich zu wenig Personal für zuviele Tische. Auf die Getränke mussten wir ne 3/4 warten, Besteck holte ich selber, sonst wäre die Pizza kalt gewesen. Aber der Chef ist sich seiner Sache sicher. Wer gerne leidet und seine Zeit durch Inkompetenz anderer verschwenden lassen will, geht zu La Strada. Wie gesagt, die Pizza war Bombe!

dunkles Restaurant und leider bei unserem Aufenthalt in einer Gruppe von zehn Besuchern die falsche Pizza geliefert, den bestellten Wein vergessen, bestellte Pizza ganz vergessen usw. Die Bedienung war auch der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig. Leider war selbst die nachgeliefert Pizza eine wässrige Angelegenheit auf dem Teller. Im ganzen also nicht den selbstgesetzten Ansprüchen gerecht. Selbst ein guter Kebabladen macht bessere Pizzen. Den trockenen Fisch (nicht glasig innen) oder das gegrillte Schweinefilet (nicht rosa sonder trocken durch) nicht zu vergessen. Im großen und ganzen halt unterirdisch. Da hilft auch das italienische Wasser für sechs Euro nicht.

Das Personal war unaufmerksam, Getränke kamen nicht, das Essen kam nicht gleichzeitig, und mit verkehrten Zutaten. Der Tisch wurde nur unvollständig abgeräumt, das Interesse an einer Nachbestellung war nicht vorhanden.

Ein sehr sehr gutes Restaurant, nettes Ambiente auf dem Platz vor dem Restaurant. Die Bruschetta war genau richtig so, sehr sehr lecker. Auch die zwei Pizzen haben einfach genau unseren Geschmack getroffen! Sehr zu empfehlen 👌🏽

Am Ambiente könnte man bestimmt noch etwas verbessern! Das Essen ist gut und lecker. Die Bedienung ( Frau ) ist hoffnungslos überfordert . Der Aufenthalt war in Ordnung und das Essen hat geschmeckt. Alles andere ist wirklich verbesserungswürdig.

Sehr nette Bedienungen. Das Essen war geschmacklich sehr gut. Allerdings nur lauwarm. Haben aber nichts gesagt, da es relativ voll und stressig war. Wir haben uns zudem ein Tiramisu geteilt, was ausreichend für 2 Personen ist. Wir kommen immer wieder, wenn wir in der Nähe sind. Für mein Geschmack, finde ich die dunklen Wände zu drückend für die Räumlichkeiten.

Super leckere Pizza u Nudelgericht zu fairen Preisen. Leider unfreundlicher u unprofessioneller Service. 2 Tage hintereinander ausprobiert. Das reicht!
