Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to file a complaint about the behavior of one of your employees. On March 22, 2025, I wanted to order a pizza from you, but the employee treated me rudely and even insulted me during the ordering process. I then called again and asked to speak to the manager, who didn't take my complaint seriously. I expect customers to be treated with respect in a restaurant or delivery service. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case in my case. The employee's behavior was unprofessional and made the entire ordering process unpleasant for me. I ask you to investigate this incident and take appropriate action. I also expect an apology for the inappropriate behavior. I hope this won't happen again in the future.

The announced delivery time of 60 minutes was unfortunately exceeded by almost 40 minutes; it was only after several calls that the ordered pizzas finally arrived. Very tasty but unfortunately only lukewarm and no longer crispy...

This was totally accommodating and very polite. We were asked several times if we had any wishes. The food was super tasty and it didn't take long and the portions were really big and not expensive. Thank you again
