Update nach 4 Jahren: Guter Italiener, Essen schmeckt gut. Einrichtung im Lokal ist gemütlich. Einziger Mangel: der Kellner, der uns bediente, muss dringend an seinem Umgang mit Gästen arbeiten. Trotz telefonischer Reservierung wurden wir zunächst erstmal komplett ignoriert. Ein anderer Mitarbeiter, der sich dann um uns gekümmert hat, wurde danach von dem Kollegen zurecht gewiesen. Leider gab es dann auch noch ein kleines Problem mit dem Essen, wofür der Kellner nichts kann, aber er musste mit einem sehr dummen Spruch das ganze pampig kommentieren. Als dann das korrekte Essen gebracht wurde, folgte ein weiterer dummer Spruch. Besteck wurde auch vergessen und auf Nachfrage erfolgt wieder ein dummer Spruch. Obwohl der Fehler eindeutig bei ihm lag. Am nachbardicht das Gleiche, hier wurde der bestellte Wein verwechselt und mit einem unfreundlichen Spruch kommentiert. Es folgten noch mehrere Aktionen von Seiten des, auf uns sehr unfreundlich wirkenden, Mitarbeiters. Am Ende können wir festhalten, das Essen war gut bis sehr gut. Der Preis der Gerichte ist für die Qualität angemessen. Die Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen waren insgesamt freundlich, nur der eine Kollege hatte offensichtlich einen schlechten Tag. Aus diesem Grund gibt es einen Stern Abzug.

Wir waren heute zum Mittagessen dort und fanden sowohl die Atmosphäre, als auch die netten Servicekräfte Klasse!

Solides italienisches Essen, freundliche Bedienung.

Wir mussten heute leider sehr lange warten. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass wir beim Bezahlen trotz schlechter werdenden Wetters draußen und trotz mehrmaliger Bitte lange warten mussten. Selbst im Gastraum war zeitweise plötzlich kein Personal mehr zu sehen. Das Essen war geschmacklich sehr gut. Allerdings waren die Portionen enttäuschend klein: Sowohl die Scaloppina ai funghi als auch das Saltimbocca alla Romana waren für jeweils rund 20 Euro extrem übersichtlich. Wenn Fleisch aktuell teuer ist, wäre es schön, wenigstens bei der Sättigungsbeilage etwas großzügiger zu sein. Insgesamt: geschmacklich überzeugend, aber Service und Portionsgröße haben den Besuch leider deutlich getrübt.

Hab zum Abholen bestellt: Die Pizza war sehr gut. Bei der Lasagne hatte der Käse oben drauf eine zähe, gummiartige Konsistenz. Es sind zwar viele Schichten der Lasagneplatten drauf, die Bolognesesoße und Bechamel soweit vorhanden waren nicht gut bisschen wie TK Lasagne. Musste mich zwingen die Hälfte zu essen. Vielleicht ein anderes italienisches Rezept ausprobieren und mal selbst testen, als gut gemeinter Tipp.

Achtung Betrüger!!! Wir haben online das Essen bestellt und per PayPal gezahlt. Das Essen wurde nicht geliefert. Angeblich ist das Internet schlecht. Beim ersten Mal hatte ich gedacht, sowas kann mal passieren. Aber jetzt beim zweiten Mal merke ich, das wird dort mit Vorsatz gemacht.

Online über die Website des Restaurants bestellt. Essen wurde nicht geliefert. Auf Nachfrage nach 90 Minuten wurde mitgeteilt, dass sie die Bestellung nicht erhalten hätten. Die Bestellung über die Website des Restaurants funktioniere seit 4 Monaten nicht und Bestellungen können nur über Lieferando erfolgen. Die Bestellung und Bezahlung über PayPal war problemlos möglich. Zu keiner Zeit deutete etwas auf ein Problem hin. Auch der Bestellverlauf kann auf der Website nachverfolgt werden und die erneute Bestellung ist ebenfalls möglich. Auch der Willkommensgruß auf der Website lässt nichts von alledem erahnen: "Vielen Dank für deinen Besuch auf der neuen Website von unserem Restaurant Lieferservice L'Italiano! Wir freuen uns darauf, dir köstliche Speisen zu servieren." An einer wirklichen Lösung bestand auch kein Interesse. Ich könnte ja jetzt telefonisch bestellen. Das der bereits gezahlt wurde und dann ja doppelt gezahlt würde, interessierte niemanden. Nachdem bereits in der Vergangenheit nach 2 Stunden kein Essen geliefert wurde und die Bestellung erst auf Nachfrage zur Kenntnis genommen wurde, war dies definitiv die letzte Bestellung beim L'italiano in Königsbrunn.

Wir waren ohne Reservierung auf gut Glück dort. Das Restaurant war fast ausgebucht. Der Service war freundlich und mit wenig Wartezeit hatten wir unsere bestellte Spaghetti Carbonara und die Lasagne am Tisch. Beide Speißen schmeckten ausgesprochen gut (Sofern man seine Carbonara auch echt italienisch wünscht!). Ganz großes 1A+++

Das Essen ist super und es gibt eine große Auswahl. Bedienung ist sehr aufmerksam.

Zuerst, die Pizza ist nicht schlecht. Leider konnte ich hier echt noch nie ganz "normal" eine Pizza abholen! Entweder machen sie eine andere Pizza, haben trotz Anruf beim eintreffen noch nicht einmal angefangen (nicht viel los), haben nicht geschnitten (obwohl jedes mal gesagt) oder verlangen den vollen Preis statt Mi&Fr Mittagsmenü. Wenn man zur falschen Pizza oder schneiden etwas sagt wir einem nur hinterher gerufen, dass man das gar nicht (so) gesagt hat. Sehr schade, ich werde mir den ärger ersparen nur mit woanders Pizza suchen oder selber machen.

Wir haben das Silvester Menü gebucht. Ein köstliches 4 Gänge Menü plus Aperitif wurde uns sehr höflich und aufmerksam serviert - zu einem fairen Preis.

Update....11/26: Irgendwas ist mit den pizzen passiert, zu wenig käse u. Tomate u. Gewürz, zu wenig im ofen..leider... Falls es tatsächlich mal einen Durchhänger gab, ist hiervon nichts mehr festzustellen. Wir kamen spät, wurden freundlich begrüßt u. alle essen sowie getränke waren tippitoppi..insbesondere die freundliche Bedienung Nelly hat sich mühe gegeben, und auch Zeit für ein kurzes Gespräch....wir kommen immer wieder!!

Wir haben zum ersten Mal essen bestellt zum abholen . Die Pizza war super lecker und auch unser Sonderwunsch nach nudeln mit Garnelen wurde perfekt umgesetzt, Personal sehr freundlich und zuvor kommend … immer wieder!!

My family ordered two pizzas today. The order was placed at 6:15 p.m., but the pizzas didn't arrive until 7:50 p.m. We specifically chose a delivery service that was only 10 minutes away, as there are some small children among the diners. It's outrageous to claim, even after calling back twice, that it would only take another 15 minutes! The pizzas were lukewarm by the time they arrived, the toppings were a joke, the long delivery time was unacceptable, and the taste was mediocre. I'm only giving one star because, unfortunately, I can't give any more.

I ordered a marinara pizza today (according to the menu, it has seafood and garlic), but I wanted it without garlic. The pizza was truly delicious, no question about it. But when I got home and looked at the bill, I was very surprised and disappointed. I was charged €1 MORE because I ordered the pizza WITHOUT garlic. I find that truly outrageous. How can you charge €1 more for an ingredient you omit?! If I had noticed it there, I would have been very curious to hear the explanation. But I won't be coming back. What a shame 😞

I can't quite understand the good reviews regarding the friendly service. The lady who served us really struggled to be friendly. It's simply abysmal to be that way with your guests. Maybe she was having a bad day, but showing that to the guests is completely unacceptable in service. When you can clearly see how bad a waitress is and pass it on to the customer, I wonder if this is the right job for her. At least the young waiter was friendly. The food was quite good, but nothing special; overall, a mediocre Italian restaurant.

Unfortunately, after three attempts, I now have to complain a bit. The best pizza in town so far - no idea what happened - whether the chef changed - or what happened. I often order privately as well as from the company + the last few times it was very disappointing. This is the third time I've ordered a pizza quattro stagioni (with artichokes) and again I get it without - instead with far too many mushrooms. It's actually not that bad, but when it happens for the third time in such a short time, it's annoying.

Forget the delivery service, after 2 hours and 3 calls the gentlemen realize that they have forgotten us, unfortunately not for the first time... even if the pizzas are good, the service is subpar. Too bad

Wir haben 3 Pizzas nach Hause liefern lassen. Ich esse seit meiner Kindheit Pizza, aber so eine schlecht gemachte Pizza hatte ich noch nie gegessen. Es waren die geschmacklosesten Pizzas, die wir je gegessen haben. Alles ohne Salz ohne Oregano und mit sehr wenig Tomatensoße. Sie waren zwar sehr groß und massenhaft belegt, aber die Masse macht eben nicht die Klasse aus. Der ganze Belag war richtig kalt; sowie aus dem Kühlschrank genommen und darauf gelegt. Die Artischoken waren riesig, aber nicht mit klarem Wasser gewaschen. Wir hatten alle den Blechgeschmack von der Konservendose im Mund gespürt. Die Calzone waren oben verbrannt, aber der Teig innen war nicht durch. Die Quatro Stagioni war nur verbrannt. Den Koch würde ich keine weitere Minute mehr beschäftigen.

Very good, likeable and friendly Italian with an open wood-burning oven. Authentic and creative Italian cuisine. Wide range from pizza to fish to local specialties with a changing monthly menu. Fine wines on request, as well as a cheap lunch menu on weekdays. Attention: Parking for 3 hours or more is unfortunately subject to a charge, in this case please let the staff know. We have had pizza delivered from l'italiano for years. Was always very tasty. However, the last few times we always had to call (after waiting over 1.5 hours). After the call, the pizza arrived quickly. Therefore only a conditional recommendation.

I've eaten here several times now because the restaurant is praised by pretty much everyone. Unfortunately, I can't understand the great praise myself. About the food: I personally don't like the pizzas, but that could just be a matter of taste. It was tasty, but very simply prepared for the price. The lasagne that I ate last was given to me very hot with the words Caution, but it was cold inside and I also found it to be only mediocre in taste. My wife found the seafood noodles very tasty. Regarding the service: when I spontaneously came by with my three-year-old son in the summer and asked for a table, I was given a table for two at the very edge, right on the edge of the path, which looked very provisional. The guest couples who came after me were allocated much nicer pairs, even without a reservation. I didn't feel welcome here with my three-year-old son. If you want to pay by card, you get weird comments and eye rolls. In a large group at the table with one being served one by one and you clearly have to draw attention to yourself if you want my new drink. That's right, good service can be done differently. My conclusion: even if this is the next Italian with a good reputation for me, I prefer to drive a little further.

I have been a guest at the restaurant for years and it has been my first choice even after the change of ownership. Pizza tastes great, just the way I like it. Pasta dishes have also been super tasty so far. Even with deliveries, never anything to complain about. The entire staff was great, always friendly, always with a smile on their faces And when it comes to parking spaces, sorry, but anyone who can read has a clear advantage. It is written everywhere in the entire area, including at the entrance to the restaurant. Parking time is 3 hours and if you want to stay longer just say something and it won't be a problem and it will be deposited.

Ordered there for the first time today, what can I say, the pizza was cold, raw and delivered incorrectly. After calling, it was delivered quickly, freshly prepared, no trace of it, it was lukewarm, maybe it was just a stressful day, but I won't be ordering again.

So if it were possible it would actually be 0 stars. We ordered, they said 15 minutes and we waited a whole 45 minutes. So before the owner changed it was SIGNIFICANTLY better!!!

Very nice and cozy restaurant. Although we were there during the week, it was still well attended and, according to other guests, a reservation is recommended. We were able to enjoy the food and drinks even without a reservation. However, the space directly at the car parking lot was not ideal. The quality of the food and the size of the portion were completely fine. The prices are perfectly reasonable and even cheaper than I expected. Overall, highly recommended. Well, what can you say, I actually really like the restaurant, but since the change in ownership I've already had two major failures with ordering and picking up - the last time I was delivered I waited 120 minutes for my food and it wasn't really warm anymore was. Then I thought, okay, I'll try picking it up next time... Ordered by phone (called at 5:30 p.m. sharp) and you can come pick it up in 15 minutes. Yes, I was on the mat at 5:45 p.m. on time and just wanted to pick up a pizza sandwich with salad + salami pizza... The restaurant was moderately busy at that time and there were three people behind the counter - after I had been there until 6:20 p.m I was asked for the third time by three different people what I had ordered and somehow everything seemed pretty chaotic and no one really felt responsible and other people who picked up pizza before me brought back pizza boxes with the wrong contents - I asked again at 6.30 p.m. what to take with me My order would have been - oh, it's already ready, it was said - (it had been on the counter at the back for a good 10 minutes) - pizza bread and pizza would have been very cool. Dear L'Italiano team, do yourself a favor and organize yourself better, I really like your pizzas and the food here :), the recent price increase is also acceptable if the service and quality are right. I'll be ordering from you again in the foreseeable future (as we all know, all good things come in threes), hopefully it will work out better and my pizza won't be cold again!

Wir sind seit vielen Jahren Stammgast hier . Seit dem Besitzerwechsel ist die Qualität der Speisen schlechter geworden. Zutaten der Pizzen kommt vermutlich alles aus der Konserve . Personal super freundlich, aber was nützt es wenn der Koch den Anforderungen nicht gerecht wird .

We live max. 50 meters from the pizzeria (just across the street). We had visitors and ordered a family pizza. It arrived minimally warm, dry and mostly burned out from the bottom. I called over there and said it and that it's strange that I get an almost cold pizza even though I live right across the street, wasn't I the first to deliver?! The boss said she was sorry and we could get a new one. I said that it was too late for that now because we had to wait for over an hour and she said "it's ok even if you get a pizza another time to make up for it, just call and remind me and I'll know then we'll let you know." I then call her after 3-4 days and she says "yes, I remember, but I said as compensation you will either get a voucher or something from us with a new order, but I'm not giving a whole one for free Pizza". Then I thanked him profusely and hung up. I don't feel like doing anything like that. That was my first and last order from them. It's not about the money, I can buy 1000 pizzas, it's about customer service and making promises. Well, there are still many pizzerias.

After the change of ownership, it's still a good Italian, but no longer a very good one. Service still very attentive, helpful and friendly, menu good, pizza has deteriorated a bit. Dough dry and hard.

Very, very tasty and nice atmosphere

On the subject of parking tickets and speeding tickets, my experience has been that you can hand in the parking ticket at the bar. The matter will then be settled from there.

After eating in a restaurant many times, I now ordered pizza and had it delivered. Highly recommended, the pizza was fresh, warm and tasty, just like in the restaurant. The delivery came within 30 minutes, even though it was Saturday evening. Everything perfect.

If we had been told in the restaurant that it would only take 3 hours to eat and after 3 hours 30 minutes in the parking lot directly at the pizzeria you would get a ticket for 35 euros and that on Saturday evening at 9.35 p.m. If we had known that, we and our friends would definitely have gone to the restaurant somewhere else.

I ate Bruschetta Napoletana as a starter, pizza rollata as my main course and tiramisu as dessert. My meals were absolutely perfect. It tasted fantastic and the preparation was very high quality. However, the noodles that I tried didn't leave us in a positive mood. Both the tortelini and the tagliatelle were not completely cooked through. The waiter tried to be friendly, but ended up being rather unpleasant. It was also very inappropriate that you weren't allowed to pay by card because you hadn't explicitly mentioned it beforehand, but just said you wanted to pay. The prices were completely reasonable and justified. It was a little too dark inside. Unfortunately, the facility didn't convince me 100 percent. I would say it's a matter of taste. I think it might be cozy outside in summer. In conclusion, I can say that I would happily eat here again, but probably more to take away. I can therefore recommend the dishes.

The food was ok, unfortunately the service left something to be desired. As a non-local resident, after visiting the pizzeria (class reunion), I had to pay a €40 contractual penalty for parking directly in front of it. This is usury and not okay. The maximum time was 3 hours, but the class reunion lasted a little longer. It was also dark and it was raining when I parked, so I never saw the supposed sign. Otherwise 4 stars for the food, but due to the unpleasant experience (overall impression) I will never visit the restaurant again.

Ordered 60x40 pizza. 5 times. Unfortunately the size wasn't even close to what was stated. We have often ordered something like this size that filled the entire box, but definitely not this one. Unfortunately, not really satisfied. In terms of taste, it wasn't really that good either.
