Well, what can you say, I actually really like the restaurant, but since the change in ownership I've already had two major failures with ordering and picking up - the last time I was delivered I waited 120 minutes for my food and it wasn't really warm anymore was. Then I thought, okay, I'll try picking it up next time... Ordered by phone (called at 5:30 p.m. sharp) and you can come pick it up in 15 minutes. Yes, I was on the mat at 5:45 p.m. on time and just wanted to pick up a pizza sandwich with salad + salami pizza... The restaurant was moderately busy at that time and there were three people behind the counter - after I had been there until 6:20 p.m I was asked for the third time by three different people what I had ordered and somehow everything seemed pretty chaotic and no one really felt responsible and other people who picked up pizza before me brought back pizza boxes with the wrong contents - I asked again at 6.30 p.m. what to take with me My order would have been - oh, it's already ready, it was said - (it had been on the counter at the back for a good 10 minutes) - pizza bread and pizza would have been very cool. Dear L'Italiano team, do yourself a favor and organize yourself better, I really like your pizzas and the food here :), the recent price increase is also acceptable if the service and quality are right. I'll be ordering from you again in the foreseeable future (as we all know, all good things come in threes), hopefully it will work out better and my pizza won't be cold again!

Wir sind seit vielen Jahren Stammgast hier . Seit dem Besitzerwechsel ist die Qualität der Speisen schlechter geworden. Zutaten der Pizzen kommt vermutlich alles aus der Konserve . Personal super freundlich, aber was nützt es wenn der Koch den Anforderungen nicht gerecht wird .

We live max. 50 meters from the pizzeria (just across the street). We had visitors and ordered a family pizza. It arrived minimally warm, dry and mostly burned out from the bottom. I called over there and said it and that it's strange that I get an almost cold pizza even though I live right across the street, wasn't I the first to deliver?! The boss said she was sorry and we could get a new one. I said that it was too late for that now because we had to wait for over an hour and she said "it's ok even if you get a pizza another time to make up for it, just call and remind me and I'll know then we'll let you know." I then call her after 3-4 days and she says "yes, I remember, but I said as compensation you will either get a voucher or something from us with a new order, but I'm not giving a whole one for free Pizza". Then I thanked him profusely and hung up. I don't feel like doing anything like that. That was my first and last order from them. It's not about the money, I can buy 1000 pizzas, it's about customer service and making promises. Well, there are still many pizzerias.

After the change of ownership, it's still a good Italian, but no longer a very good one. Service still very attentive, helpful and friendly, menu good, pizza has deteriorated a bit. Dough dry and hard.

Very, very tasty and nice atmosphere

On the subject of parking tickets and speeding tickets, my experience has been that you can hand in the parking ticket at the bar. The matter will then be settled from there.

After eating in a restaurant many times, I now ordered pizza and had it delivered. Highly recommended, the pizza was fresh, warm and tasty, just like in the restaurant. The delivery came within 30 minutes, even though it was Saturday evening. Everything perfect.

If we had been told in the restaurant that it would only take 3 hours to eat and after 3 hours 30 minutes in the parking lot directly at the pizzeria you would get a ticket for 35 euros and that on Saturday evening at 9.35 p.m. If we had known that, we and our friends would definitely have gone to the restaurant somewhere else.

Probably won't be my favorite restaurant. The food was rather mediocre and the service could be improved. We had to reorder twice before we got our order because it was forgotten.

After the change of ownership, we were greeted personally by the boss, and the waiter Dario did what he could to make our visit enjoyable to make it as pleasant as possible. Nice restaurant and very friendly and attentive staff. Penne amatriciana and tagliolini with truffle - decent, although the truffle was very flat in taste. The lemon tiramisu was super good. Price-performance ratio is right. Overall recommended!

The food was ok, unfortunately the service left something to be desired. Inappropriate jokes, waiters with sunglasses, reordering drinks was also difficult and the bill could only be paid in cash... there was a large group and those who wanted to pay by card were sent to the ATM or then borrowed money.

I ate Bruschetta Napoletana as a starter, pizza rollata as my main course and tiramisu as dessert. My meals were absolutely perfect. It tasted fantastic and the preparation was very high quality. However, the noodles that I tried didn't leave us in a positive mood. Both the tortelini and the tagliatelle were not completely cooked through. The waiter tried to be friendly, but ended up being rather unpleasant. It was also very inappropriate that you weren't allowed to pay by card because you hadn't explicitly mentioned it beforehand, but just said you wanted to pay. The prices were completely reasonable and justified. It was a little too dark inside. Unfortunately, the facility didn't convince me 100 percent. I would say it's a matter of taste. I think it might be cozy outside in summer. In conclusion, I can say that I would happily eat here again, but probably more to take away. I can therefore recommend the dishes.

The food I delivered yesterday was simply catastrophic. The spaghetti Bolognese was almost only with tomato sauce, and the pizza was roast 🤷‍♀️ Very bad.

Service was friendly, unfortunately we felt pretty alone. Only someone came to the table when called, so we couldn't order anything else. Food was okay, but the cheese on the pizza wasn't melted properly.

As a non-local resident, after visiting the pizzeria (class reunion), I had to pay a €40 contractual penalty for parking directly in front of it. This is usury and not okay. The maximum time was 3 hours, but the class reunion lasted a little longer. It was also dark and it was raining when I parked, so I never saw the supposed sign. Otherwise 4 stars for the food, but due to the unpleasant experience (overall impression) I will never visit the restaurant again.

Ordered 60x40 pizza. 5 times. Unfortunately the size wasn't even close to what was stated. We have often ordered something like this size that filled the entire box, but definitely not this one. Unfortunately, not really satisfied. In terms of taste, it wasn't really that good either.

Waren hier zum Geburtstag meiner Mama. Das Restaurant hat eine schöne Atmosphäre, wie bei einem guten Italiener. Die Bedienungen sind sehr nett! Das Essen hat uns allen gut geschmeckt, es war nur ein bisschen zu ölig. Aber das ist wohl Geschmackssache. Ach und ein paar frische Beeren wären beim Pana Cotta schön. Ansonsten lecker! Wir kommen wieder!

Falls es tatsächlich mal einen Durchhänger gab, ist hiervon nichts mehr festzustellen. Wir kamen spät, wurden freundlich begrüßt u. alle essen sowie getränke waren tippitoppi..insbesondere die freundliche Bedienung Nelly hat sich mühe gegeben, und auch Zeit für ein kurzes Gespräch....wir kommen immer wieder!!

Excellent food and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend the carbonara and the tiramisu, although the margherita pizza was tasty as well. The atmosphere is casual and trendy. My only complaint is that the accoustics can make it difficult to carry on a conversation when the place is packed (which it was, every time we visited).

Das Essen ist immer sehr gut, aber manchmal schmeckt die Salami auf der Pizza Diavola nach Gummi und ist gnatschig. Sonst hats nie Probleme gegeben. Durchaus empfehlenswert.

Zuletzt bestellte ich vor über einem Jahr. Jetzt zu meinem 18. Geburtstag habe ich für mich und meine Familie Vor- Haupt- und Nachspeise kommen lassen und bin wirklich enttäuscht. Über das Dessert sogar entsetzt. Unser Bruscetta war Gummig und der Salat lasch im Geschmack, was das Dressing betrifft. Des Weiteren hatte ich für meine Pizza noch extra Rucola bestellt, welcher mir für 1,50€ berechnet wurde, aber nicht vorhanden war.. Als Dessert bestellte ich 4x Pana Cotta mit HIMBEERsoße. Was ich bekam? 2x Pana Cotta mit Himbeersoße und 2 mit Kirsch/Pflaume-Zimt! Sowas geht garnicht! Ich beispielsweise bin HOCH ALLERGISCH gegen Zimt, Pflaumen UND Kirschen! Meiner Mutter brannte aufgrund der Menge an Zimt sogar die Zunge.. und dafür gab ich 75,10 € aus... Ich bin enttäuscht, entsetzt und wütend. Eine solche Lieferung ist nicht zu rechtfertigen und nicht zu entschuldigen!

Bisher hatten wir immer nur gute Erfahrungen mit dem Lieferdienst vom L'italiano Königsbrunn gemacht. So haben wir auch am vergangenen Samstag, den 11.03.2023 eine Bestellung abgegeben. Die beiden Pizzas kamen auch wie gewohnt pünktlich zum vereinbarten Termin. Doch schon als ich die Kartons in Empfang nahm, spürte ich wie durchgeweicht die Kartons waren. Die Pizzas aus dem Karton genommen waren matschig und schon ziemlich kalt. Und dadurch verständlicherweise auch nicht besonders lecker. Die Pizzas mussten schon eine längere Reise hinter sich gehabt haben, obwohl das L'italiano nur ca. 1,5 Kilometer von uns entfernt ist. Ich hoffe sehr, dass uns das bei einer nächsten Bestellung nicht mehr passiert.

Im Umkreis die beste Pizza. Am Belag wird nicht gespart. Macht weiter so 👍🏽

Wir waren gestern mit der arbeit dort war echt super netter Service essen war auch lecker kann nichts schlechtes sagen wurden verschiedene Gerichte bestellt alle waren zufrieden

Wir waren zu 5 hier beim Essen. Wir kommen hier öfter her, da dieses Restaurant bei uns um die Ecke ist. Aber das ist natürlich nicht der einzige Grund. Der andere ist die leckere Küche. Es schmeckt einfach alles, egal ob Pizza oder Pasta, oder Fleisch und Fischgerichte. Der Service ist sehr gut und schnell. Kurz gesagt, man fühlt sich als Gast rundherum wohl. Jederzeit wieder.

Wir haben das Restaurant spontan an einem Sonntag Abend besucht. Vier Personen und ein Kleinkind. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir bekamen sofort einen Kinderstuhl. Außerdem gab es für die Kleine eine Portion Nudeln mit Butter. Die Erwachsenen hatten Pizza und Pasta von der Tageskarte. Alles sehr gut abgeschmeckt, so dass wir zufrieden den Heimweg antreten konnten. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Ich komm wenn dann zum Mittagstisch, ein Gericht nach Wahl mit einem kleinen Salat für unter 7€. Der Wahnsinn! Das Essen ist sehr lecker und das Personal freundlich. Das Restaurant ist schön eingerichtet, nur der Außenbereich kann nicht überzeugen. Neulich probierte ich das Steak und war wirklich sehr positiv überrascht. Ein großer Vorteil ist dass dieser Italiener auch liefert. Das alles recht zügig, immer warm und lecker. Ich muss dazu sagen, ich wohne nur 5 Minuten weiter.

War neulich unter der Woche mit meiner Freundin hier im Lokal. Es war brechend voll, und das Personal war sehr freundlich und liess sich den Stresss nicht anmerken. Wir hatten zusammen als Vorspeise Spaghetti im Parmesanleib geschwenkt mit Trüffel. Es war sensationell. Anschliessend assen wir gegrillte Kalamari mit Gemüse die auch top schmeckten. Wir waren vollsten zufrieden und authentischer und besser gehts nicht. Es schmeckte wie bei Nonna in Italia, danke :]

Gehen schon seit Jahren hier zum Essen 😋. Und was soll man sagen „ die Speisen sowie der Service immer TOP „. Schon beim betreten des Lokals fühlt man sich heimelig 😊

Wir waren, kurz nach Weihnachten, zu fünft hier beim Essen. Ich kenne das Lokal schon länger und war früher auch öfters hier. Dann waren wir längere Zeit nicht mehr hier hatten uns jetzt aber entschlossen wieder einmal dieses Restaurant zu besuchen. Es war alles perfekt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Tisch mit einem Blick über das angenehm eingerichtete Lokal. Die Portionen sind angemessen, die Pizza ist super und die Nudeln sind über jeden Zweifel erhaben. Der Service war super schnell, sehr freundlich und kompetent. Da das Restaurant, was mich nicht verwundert, immer relativ gut gefühlt es ist auch bei kleineren Gruppen bereits eine Reservierung unbedingt angeraten. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder öfters vorbeikommen.

FISCHGERICHT für 14,50 bestellt. Zwei sehr gut zubereitete Scheiben Lachs erhalten. Aber dazu eine Mini Portion Gemüse. Muss ganz ehrlich sagen: Da zahle ich in Augsburg bei bester Lage weniger und habe ein vielfaches auf dem Teller.(La Villa z.B) Effe würde sagen: So nicht, ihr Freunde der Sonne...

Wir kommen echt gern hier her. Bedienung nett und freundlich und die Speisen sind auch alle super. Im Sommer ist es im überdachten Aussenbereich auch schön zu sitzen.

Service und Geschmack sind beim L'Italiano wirklich ausgezeichnet! Aufmerksam ist es vom Personal, stets die Tageskarte an den Tisch zu tragen. Besonders zu empfehlen sind die Taglierini Imperiale oder eine der vielen Pizzen.

Es gibt Tage da kann man hier wunderbar essen. Ich habe aber den Eindruck gewonnen, dass je voller das Restaurant ist, die Qualität sinkt. Das finde ich sehr schade. Wenn das Restaurant nicht zu voll ist kann man hervorragende Nudelgerichte und auch hervorragende Pizzas essen. Wir waren schon öfter hier essen und meistens sehr zufrieden. Als wir jedoch das letzte Mal beim Essen dort waren war das Restaurant bis auf den letzten Platz gefüllt. Die Bestellungen wurden sehr zügig abgearbeitet, aber was dann auf den Tisch kam war nicht wirklich gut. Die Pizzas waren teilweise kalt und bei den Nudelsaucen fehlte irgendwie Aroma und Geschmack. Wir werden in Zukunft bevor wir kommen einen Blick durch das Fenster werfen und, wenn das Restaurant wieder so voll ist, im Zweifelsfall in ein anderes Restaurant gehen.
