Dear team, First of all, we would like to emphasize that we really like the restaurant itself. The boss and one of the female waiters are always friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, on our last visit we had a very unpleasant experience with an older male waiter, which we would like to address. There were five of us and we wanted to order pizza, but were told that it would take about 45 minutes to prepare, with the clear advice that we should choose pasta. Before we could even fully express our order, we were interrupted in a very unfriendly tone - with the remark that we should let him finish first. The tone was inappropriate and rude. We were only brought a single menu for the entire group. After about a minute the waiter came back to take the order, even though we hadn't had a chance to get an overview. After we finally ordered, we could see people talking about us behind the counter. People pointed in our direction and gave us a very unfriendly look - which we found to be extremely disrespectful. The quality of the food also varies greatly. It happened that a pizza was too salty or the base was so thin that it was barely stable enough to eat. The Pizza Regina once contained pepperoni, and another time it didn't - the preparation doesn't seem to be consistent. We share this feedback because we generally like your restaurant and hope that such experiences can be avoided in the future.
