Il Colosseo in Altötting

Eine der besten Pizzen die ich jemals hatte und ich zähle Italien mit dazu! Obwohl die Terrasse voll war, hat das Personal richtig Gas gegeben und einen tollen Service geleistet. Wenn ich das nächste Mal in der Gegend bin dann ist der Besuch hier Pflicht! Selbst der kleine grüne war liebevoll angerichtet, war knackfrisch und hat geschmeckt.

Netter Service, kurze Wartezeit aufs Essen, sehr gute Küche

Ein wirklich angenehmes Lokal. Wir waren zu 13 Personen, und die Bedienung hat uns allen geholfen, uns wohlzufühlen und zu bestellen. Die Portionen sind großzügig und die Preise angemessen. Vielen Dank von Herzen, und wir kommen bald wieder.

Sehr engagierter, netter Service und leckere italienische Gerichte. Die Küche hat sich enorm verbessert. Vitello Tonnato war und ist ein Geheimtipp in AÖ. Nicht nur die Sehr gute Pizza oder die sehr gute Pasta. Bei Spaghetti Carbonara unbedingt die "Italienische" wählen - es gibt wohl Gäste, die eine SahneSauce wünschen... Auch diesen Wunsch erfüllen sie, aber mit einem Stich im italienischen Herzen dieser Super-Köche. Was ich mir wünsche? Rind und Kalbfleisch. "Saltimbocca ala Romana" bitte nicht mit Schwein... Auf der Dessert-Karte wünsche ich mir Cassata - Semi Freddo... Wir sind Stammgäste. Weil es SO GUT IST UND SOGAR IMMER BESSER WIRD!

Perfektes Essen, schnell serviert und wunderschön angerichtet. Die Preise sind der Qualität absolut angemessen. Die Mitarbeiter und Inhaber sind überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Eine klare Empfehlung: Im Umkreis von 50 Kilometern ist dies zweifellos DAS italienische Restaurant schlechthin.

Richtig gute, große Pizza, toller Belag!

Begeisterung sieht anders aus. Die Pizza ist mittig gut belegt, aber gut 4 cm freier Rand. Bei 13.00 € hätte ich lieber eine kleinere, aber bessere Menge, gehabt.

Sehr gute Pizzen, wurde noch nie enttäuscht

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal im Restaurant Colosseo und insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen. Das Ambiente ist wirklich sehr schön gestaltet, die Atmosphäre angenehm und die Sommerterrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Auch das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Speisekarte bietet eine solide Auswahl an Hauptgerichten und Desserts. Wir haben drei verschiedene Pizzen bestellt. Geschmacklich waren sie gut, dennoch hatten wir das Gefühl, dass etwas gefehlt hat. Erst im Nachhinein haben wir bemerkt, dass andere Gäste zu ihrer Pizza zusätzlich Olivenöl, Balsamico und Gewürze serviert bekommen haben – bei uns war das leider nicht der Fall. Es ist schwer zu sagen, ob man das extra bestellen muss oder ob es einfach übersehen wurde. Die Cocktails und Desserts konnten dafür absolut überzeugen – wirklich lecker! Insgesamt ein schöner Besuch mit kleinen Abstrichen im Detail.

Wir hatten Spaghetti mit Meeresfrüchte, Pizza und Lasagne. Alles in allem super, Preis&Leistung passt. Der Service war auch super. Im Vergleich zu den letzten Italienischen Restaurants war das mal eine sehr positive Abwechslung, wir kommen wieder, weiter so!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Pizzen waren der Hammer (man könnte denken,dass man sie in Italien isst), die Salate sehr schmackhaft und richtig toll angerichtet. Das Ambiente war auch recht schön.

Ein hervorragendes Restaurant mit herzlicher Gastfreundschaft und köstlichen Gerichten. Die Pizzen sind erstklassig, die Pasta exquisit, das Fleisch hervorragend und der Fisch von bester Qualität. Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen; wenn man einmal drin ist, will man gar nicht mehr weg und am liebsten jeden Tag wiederkommen. Absolut top! 💯

Wir waren schon mehrmals vor Ort, wurden immer mit herzlicher italienischer Gastfreundschaft empfangen. Speisen waren ausgezeichnet, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist mehr als fair, kommen sehr gerne wieder! PS: Nicht wundern, 20-30€ da Vor-/Haupt-/Nachspeise gewählt wurde.

The ambiance inside is cozy and rustic, while the outdoor seating is nice and airy, allowing you to watch the hustle and bustle of the city. It's also convenient that you can easily have leftover food packed away. In our opinion, the value for money is good – you get quality without overpriced food. All in all, Il Colosseo is a highly recommended place for anyone who enjoys Italian cuisine and wants to spend a relaxing evening with good food.

Food was pretty good. Different reviews, I found the pizza very tasty, others not so much. I was satisfied, but it wasn't overwhelming. Service was very good. My pizza could also be topped with walnut kernels without any additional pizza toppings being listed. Ambience was good.

Following many recommendations, we had lunch at Il Colosseo for the first time last week. In and of itself it is very pleasant to sit in, the atmosphere in the restaurant is harmonious. Otherwise I really have a hard time with the positive aspects. My pizza was nice and crispy on the edge and the salmi and olives were also very tasty, but the huge amount of cheese significantly spoiled the taste experience. There was just way too much cheese that would have easily been enough for two pizzas. As a result, the pizza base got soggy pretty quickly. The salad from the lunch menu could hardly have been presented more carelessly. The yogurt dressing wasn't to my liking either. My companion had a pasta dish that was much better overall and had nice, al dente noodles. The Bolognese sauce was also really tasty. What struck us as negative was the service: although only one seat in the entire restaurant was occupied, we were assigned the worst table in the entire restaurant - right next to the stairs to the toilets. And the service was pretty poor in other ways too: all the service staff seemed busy, in a hurry and also slightly stressed. We were given a menu first when we asked, after being completely ignored for the first few minutes. I don't know if these negative experiences are due to the lunch or if it's just a blip. The menu reads really impressively with a variety of creative dishes. Maybe we will visit Il Colosseo again in the evening sometime.

The best Italian restaurant in Altötting. And when I write in Italian I mean it, I think you're on vacation. No matter whether the gnocchi with salmon and porcini mushrooms or the pizza primavera, everything was brilliant, "unfortunately" the portions were so big that I couldn't eat any more tiramisu....

Yes. I can highly recommend this Italian restaurant run by a loving Calabrian family. Whether salad, pizza or pasta, everything is a real culinary delight. My personal favorite among the delicious dishes is Spaghetti Mediterranea.

A very good restaurant. I've been getting pizza there for years. Definitely the best pizza around! If you want to eat there, you definitely need to make a reservation. They are often fully booked. We still managed to get a spot here and there. The staff is super friendly.

Very good restaurant. You can order food to be picked up and you can dine in. Be sure to make a reservation as it is always very busy and it is a popular Italian restaurant. The food speaks for itself and the portions are very good (large). The staff is always friendly and tries to be quick even when there is a lot of traffic. The decor is also nice and you can sit outside in the backyard to eat in the summer. There are enough parking spaces in the train station opposite.

Great Italian in Altötting👍. Be sure to reserve a table. I went to this restaurant today at 7:30 p.m. and there was no space left. You can't really give a restaurant a better compliment than a full house. Luckily I had reserved a table in advance💪. I had minestrone and spaghetti aglio e olive, both were excellent👌. The service and friendliness of the staff should also be highlighted. The price level is remarkable for the quality of the food. I can recommend the restaurant 100% with a clear conscience👍
