Walking through the city at night we arrived at this bar, we ordered some beers and cider, the drink was good and very cool.
As for the atmosphere where you could chat, the only thing where the bar is a bit enclosed would need a little ventilation.
As for the prices, quite good.
If you like the classic Irish pumps, this is your place. I liked a lot the atmosphere, the service, the TV showing football while drinking beer. I didn't try the food.
