After a 40 minute delay I made the first call.
At first they wanted to make it clear to me that I hadn't ordered, but with emphasis and the announcement that I had already paid in advance, I was told that the food would come in 10 minutes.
After another 20 minutes I called again, now it would be 5 minutes.
Ultimately the food arrived more than an hour late. Without apology or accommodation.
The taste of the food was OK.
My 4-year-old son could have managed the portion.
Just sauce with four chicken bites in it.

Order: Half of the dishes were okay. The garlic bread was regular bread. One dish wasn't seasoned at all. The salad dressing was bad in the sense of fermenting.
We had Lamb Tikka Masala and Lamb Palak. It was super tasty, the spiciness was just right. Nice and hot as lamb should be. Thank you for this great taste.
Ordered via Lieferando, food was very warm, but price/quantity ratio was very poor. In addition, despite a call, there were several complications with the delivery
Great food, terrible delivery…
After waiting 80 minutes (45-50 according to the app), he tells me “another 10” minutes. After another 15 minutes and another call he tells me “yes, now another 10-15 minutes”. Then came after another 30 minutes.
Still tastes great
Always tastes good, delivery is usually quick. Complaint management very poor. I ordered chili con carne with bread and received a little chili con carne with bread and not ordered salad (not on the menu). Called and instead of receiving understanding, I was just brushed off. Ah yes, it was cold too. The gnocchi was good and warm.
We order there regularly and have never been disappointed. The food is very tasty, hot and requests are also catered for. We have never been able to take photos of the food because it is EXTREMELY DELICIOUS. Keep it up 👍🏼
Delivery time, friendliness of the delivery person and portion size were fine.
The food itself (Chicken Tikka Masala) didn't taste particularly good, even though it was seasoned with cardamom. I know this for sure because one portion contained the entire shell of a cardamom pod. In the other portion there was a piece of black packaging material about 4 cm long.
The price was restaurant level - what for?
Terrible service. I ordered on Lieferando and after waiting 2 hours for delivery and calling the restaurant to be told it was on the way, I gave up waiting and requested a refund. Do not order from here unless you want to be disappointed!
Actually, I've always been happy with Dallas Pizza, considering that you can't get Italian pizza with the same look and quality. On Monday this week I wanted to order and the homepage was no longer available. An app was then available on a new homepage, but it didn't work, so I didn't try to order via the new homepage. So I thought that the store was closed and I just saw in the recessions that Dallas Pizza is no longer available in Neuhausen.
